背景技术
市面上的关于护发膜种类甚多，但这些产品成分里往往添加了各种化学制剂等，不但对人体肌肤存在着一定的伤害，护发效果还欠佳。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处，本发明提供了一种自制润发发膜，纯天然成分有效滋润干枯受损发质，让头发受到滋养和净脂效果，达到发质的水油平衡。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种自制润发发膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：酸牛奶50～80，乳酪50～80，黑芝麻粉30～50，蛋黄20～40。
采用以上技术方案，具有让头发受到滋养和净脂效果，达到发质的水油平衡。

实施例1
一种自制润发发膜，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
酸牛奶50，乳酪50，黑芝麻粉30，蛋黄20。
上述技术方案中，所述的一种自制润发发膜制备工艺如下：
将所有组分都混合均匀搅拌成泥状即可。
使用方法：
1、将发膜均匀涂于洗净的湿头发上，并充分按摩头皮2-3分钟；
2、套上浴帽20分钟后，用温水洗净即可；
3、每周1-2次。
