The +/-800 kV ultrahigh-voltage direct-current transmission line is one of 12 key power transmission channels determined by the national atmospheric pollution prevention action plan, is an important gripper for deeply promoting the construction of the shanghai temple energy chemical industry base, and has important practical significance for promoting the development of the whole-flag economic society.
The high-capacity power system of the +/-800 kV ultra-high voltage transmission line plays a decisive role in the safety of the power grid when the power system is connected into the power grid, and once a power accident occurs, the power grid generates great fluctuation, oscillation and even cracking. Therefore, how to improve the power supply reliability and strengthen the operation and maintenance technology, and the live working technology is adopted to realize the uninterrupted maintenance and the uninterrupted continuous power supply is the problem which needs to be solved. The +/-800 kV composite insulator string is about 9.6-11 meters, an extra-high voltage electric field is formed from the insulator string to the surrounding space of the electrified lead, and workers can change the linear insulator string in the electric field in an electrified mode. And the task is safely finished with minimum personnel allocation, shortest emptying operation time and minimum labor intensity. Therefore, the hot-line work method needs to be scientific, simple, precise, reasonable in tool structure, light in weight, flexible and convenient to operate.

(3) because the bypass stress system is provided with two symmetrical tensioning devices, the stress of the original insulator string to be replaced is divided into two groups of tensioning devices, the stress is reduced, and the service life is prolonged;
(4) compared with the traditional insulator replacing mode, the method has the advantages that an auxiliary hardware string tool is added, a bypass stress system is tightened, the insulator string is loosened, the insulator string is directly picked and falls to the ground, the hardware string is generally overlong and overweight in an extra-high voltage double-hanging-point circuit, however, when the insulator string is picked off, the hardware string on the cross arm side is opened and is in a free hanging state, when a new insulator string is replaced, the hardware string is quite difficult to return to a working position, the auxiliary hardware string tool is arranged, and the whole replacing method is particularly convenient, namely the hardware string is always in the working position;
(5) when the bypass stressed system is in an initial installation state, a large margin is quickly tightened by the manual mechanical tightener, and when the bypass is stressed, the hydraulic tightener is used for tightening, so that the stroke of the hydraulic tightener can be shortened, the volume and the weight are reduced, the working time is shortened, the device is reasonable in structure, the method is convenient and efficient, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

c) the large-load mechanical tightener 3 of the first tensioning device 13 and the second tensioning device 14 is manually operated to quickly tighten a large residual force, then the hydraulic tightener 1 of the first tensioning device 13 and the second tensioning device 14 is used for fine adjustment until the angle measuring rod 7 is superposed with the reference rod 8, so that the first tensioning device 13 and the second tensioning device 14 are ensured to be stressed the same, the stress of an insulator string to be replaced can be completely replaced, and the leads 15 on two sides are ensured to be kept in the original state without generating an included angle;

e) and after the insulator string is replaced, adjusting the large-load mechanical tightener to loosen the bypass stress system and remove the bypass stress system and the auxiliary hardware string tool.
