4. The warning device of claim 1 wherein said detecting means is connected to a plurality of said ribs for detecting contact information for each of said ribs.
5. The warning device of a charged body isolating switch according to claim 4, wherein said detecting means is any one of a vibration sensor, an infrared sensor, and a laser sensor;
the alarm device is set as an audible and visual alarm device.
