acquiring the type of insurance products selected by a customer and customer information filled by the customer, and acquiring the type of the customer determined by a public number system platform according to the type of the insurance products selected by the customer and the customer information; the client information is that a client obtains a public number through a mobile terminal, selects an insurance product type on the public number, and fills in the insurance product type after determining the insurance product type; the client types comprise old clients and new clients, wherein the old clients refer to clients who have transacted related insurance services once, and the new clients refer to clients who have not transacted related insurance services; the related insurance business refers to the insurance business with the same type as the insurance product selected by the client;
matching corresponding salesmen according to the client type and the insurance product type, sending task information to a salesmen client, and sending the information of the salesmen to the mobile terminal through a public number; the matching the corresponding salesman comprises: selecting a salesman database corresponding to the insurance product type according to the insurance product type, and matching proper salesmen in the selected salesman database according to the client type;
acquiring task progress information through the salesman client, sending the task progress information to the mobile terminal, and displaying the task progress information through the public number;
determining a customer type based on the customer information, comprising:
when the client name and the identity card number in the client information are searched in the database of the insurance product type, judging that the client type is an old client, and preferentially distributing a salesman who has served the client to the old client;
when the client name and the identity card number in the client information are not found in the database of the insurance product type, judging that the client type is a new client; calling a salesman service quality ranking table, matching salesmen with corresponding service quality grades according to the guarantee of a new client in the historical purchase record of the public number platform, and sending the basic information of the matched salesmen to the mobile terminal of the client; the corresponding relation between the ranking list of the quality of service of different grades and the quota is established according to the service data parameters, wherein the service data parameters comprise the following indexes: and calculating a final score according to the index and a preset percentage by using the sales plan completion rate, the sales increase rate, the sales price retention rate, the new customer development rate and the old customer retention rate of the salesman.
2. The insurance task allocation method according to claim 1, wherein acquiring task progress information through the salesman client, sending the task progress information to the mobile terminal, and displaying through the public number, comprises:
when receiving information of confirming to receive the task sent by the client of the service staff, displaying the task progress state through the public number to finish task distribution;
when receiving task execution information sent by the salesman client, displaying the task progress state as the task in progress through the public number;
and when receiving the task completion information sent by the client of the salesman, displaying the task progress state as task completion through the public number.
3. The insurance task allocation method of claim 2, wherein displaying the task progress status as task in progress through the public number when receiving the task execution information sent by the salesman client, comprises:
when receiving task execution information sent by the salesman client, displaying a task progress state as a task in progress through the public number, and displaying a task execution state, wherein the task execution state comprises: client negotiation, client information checking, system entry, premium collection and system billing.

the obtaining module determines the client type according to the client information, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the client name and the identity card number in the client information are found in the database of the insurance product type, judging that the client type is an old client; preferentially distributing a salesman who has served the old customer;
