And the filler 110 is arranged among the pores of the base body 10, so that the gas among the pores of the base body 10 can be discharged, the moisture in the air is prevented from entering the base body 10 to cause the easy-to-draw glue 100 to be damped, and the structural stability and the strength of the easy-to-draw glue 100 are improved.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the pop-top glue assembly 300 further comprises: the first handle layer 310 is stacked on the handle portion 120 and connected to the handle portion 120, and at least one tear line 313 is disposed on the first handle layer 310 at a position opposite to the handle portion 120. For example, as shown in fig. 3-6, a plurality of spaced apart tear lines 313 are provided on the first handle layer 310 opposite the handle portion 120.
The tear line 313 may be formed by partially cutting the first handle layer 310 along the longitudinal direction of the tear line 313, and the first handle layer 310 may be partially cut by the cut, so that no gap exists between the first handle layers 310 on both sides of the cut. The tear line 313 can effectively protect the easy-to-draw adhesive 100, prevent water vapor from invading and prevent the phenomenon that the easy-to-draw adhesive 100 cannot be drawn due to the fact that two sides of the easy-to-draw adhesive are bonded. For example, in the example shown in FIG. 3, the cuts are in spaced apart pluralities along the length of the tear line 313.
In the related art, the handle part of the pop-top glue assembly is exposed, is easy to age and break under the influence of water vapor in the air, is easy to break when needing to be pulled, cannot be pulled out, and parts connected with the pop-top glue, such as a battery and the like, are not easy to detach, so that the use is influenced.
The first grip layer 310 is provided on the grip portion 120 in a layered manner, and at least one tear line 313 is provided on the first grip layer 310, and the tear line 313 is cut only partially and has substantially no gap. Under the condition that does not receive external force at ordinary times, first handle layer 310 can satisfy the function of concealing protection handle portion 120, handle portion 120 that can avoid first handle layer 310 cover position receives the invasion and attack of steam, avoid handle portion 120 to break because of the ageing of steam invasion and attack, when electronic equipment 500 maintenance needs to disassemble battery etc. such as cell-phone, first handle layer 310 atress is in time cracked in tear line 313 department, handle portion 120 just is difficult to the fracture of inefficacy, make easy drawing glue 100 easily pull out. Wherein the pulling force of the break at the tear line 313 can be adjusted by changing the length of the incision.
Therefore, the first handle layer 310 is arranged on the handle part 120 of the pop-top glue 100, and the at least one tearing line 313 is arranged on the first handle layer 310, so that the function of shielding and protecting the pull-top glue handle part 120 is met, and the easy-top glue 100 can be easily pulled out due to timely breakage when pulling is needed.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3-6, tear line 313 is in a plurality, and a plurality of tear lines 313 are parallel. Therefore, the possibility of the first handle layer 310 being broken under stress can be improved, and the plurality of tear lines 313 are arranged in parallel, so that the first handle layer 310 can be broken at least one tear line 313. For example, in the example shown in fig. 3, the tear lines 313 are six tear lines arranged in parallel, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the tear lines 313 may be one, two, three, four, five, or more tear lines. When the first grip layer 310 is pulled, the first grip layer 310 breaks at least one of the tear lines 313.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a double-sided adhesive 330 is disposed between the handle portion 120 and the first handle layer 310. Thereby, the length of the handle part 120 can be relatively increased, and the easy-open adhesive 100 can be easily pulled out.
In some embodiments of the present application, an included angle between the tear line 313 and the length direction of the pop-top glue 100 is α, where α satisfies: alpha is more than 0 and less than or equal to 90 degrees. Further, α satisfies: alpha is more than 45 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees. Still further, α satisfies: α is 90 °. Thus, when the first handle layer 310 is pulled, the first handle layer 310 is facilitated to be broken at the tear line 313, thereby facilitating easy pulling out of the easy-open adhesive 100.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the pop-top tape assembly 300 may further include a second handle layer 320, and the second handle layer 320 is stacked with the handle portion 120 and located on a side of the handle portion 120 away from the first handle layer 310. Thus, the side of the handle portion 120 remote from the first handle layer 310 may be prevented from being bonded with other components, thereby facilitating the use of the handle portion 120.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a double-sided tape 330 is disposed between the second handle layer 320 and the handle portion 120. Therefore, the adhesion between the second handle layer 320 and the handle part 120 is facilitated, the reliability of the adhesion between the handle part 120 and the second handle layer 320 is improved, and the separation of the second handle layer 320 and the handle part 120 is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 3-6, the second handle layer 320 is spaced apart from the at least one tear line 313 along the length of the pop-top tape 100. Thereby facilitating the first handle layer 310 to be broken at the tear line 313 when being pulled, thereby facilitating the easy-open adhesive 100 to be easily pulled out.
Optionally, the second handle layer 320 is provided with a tear line 313 opposite to the tear line 313 on the first handle layer 310, so that the first handle layer 310 is broken at the tear line 313 thereof, and the second handle layer 320 is broken at the tear line 313 thereof, so that the easy-open adhesive 100 is easily pulled out.
A battery assembly according to an embodiment of the present application includes: the battery 530 and the easy-open glue component 300 are described above, and part of the easy-open glue component 300 is adhered to the battery 530.
Specifically, the battery 530 may be provided in the case 521, and a portion of the pop-top 100 assembly is adhered to the battery 530. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first surface 101 and the second surface 102 of the easy open glue 100 are both provided with an adhesive layer 20. The easy-open adhesive assembly 300 is sandwiched between the battery 530 and the housing 521, the adhesive layer 20 on the first surface 101 may be adhered to the outer peripheral wall of the battery 530, and the adhesive layer 20 on the second surface 102 may be adhered to the inner peripheral wall of the housing 521.
According to the battery pack of the embodiment of the application, the easy-to-pull glue pack 300 is bonded on the battery 530, so that the battery 530 is convenient to fix and assemble, the filler 110 is arranged between the holes of the base body 10 of the easy-to-pull glue 100, gas among the holes of the base body 10 can be discharged, moisture in air is prevented from entering the base body 10 to damp the easy-to-pull glue 100, the structural stability and the strength of the easy-to-pull glue 100 are improved, and therefore the easy-to-pull glue 100 can be effectively prevented from being broken in the process of detaching the easy-to-pull glue 100 and the battery 530.
A housing assembly 520 of an electronic device 500 according to an embodiment of the application is described below with reference to fig. 2.
