本发明涉及鞋底技术领域,尤其是一种柔软性极强的鞋底。
背景技术
目前, 聚氨酯橡胶以其轻便, 舒适, 耐寒, 加工成型快——多项物理机械性能指标 均可通过对原材料的选择和配方的调整, 在一定范围内变化, 从而满足用户对制品性能的 不同要求, 生产成本低等诸多优点而被广泛应用于鞋底的制作中。但是对于质软的聚氨酯 鞋底, 存在耐磨性能差, 不耐水解, 容易导致鞋底龟裂、 断裂的发生, 造成聚氨酯鞋底的应用 范围存在一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种具有极强耐磨性能的柔软性极强的鞋底。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种柔软性极强的鞋底,由以下重量份的材料制作而成,二羟基聚氧化丙烯醚40-60份;甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯60-80份;纳米二氧化硅5-15份;坡缕石颗粒5-15份;β相纳米氧化铝5-15份;表面改性剂1-3份;顺丁橡胶30-40份;丁晴橡胶10-20份;白炭黑5-8份;氧化镁1-2份;硬脂酸3-4份;聚乙二醇2-5份;氧化锌1-2份;二乙二醇15-18份;三乙醇胺10-12份;过氧化二异丙苯4-8份;米糠12-20份;促进剂20-25份;补强剂45-50份;软化剂15-20份;发泡剂1-2份。
本发明所得到的一种柔软性极强的鞋底,增加了聚氨酯橡胶鞋底材料的耐磨性能, 提高了聚氨酯橡胶鞋底材 料的强度和高弹性, 增加聚氨酯橡胶鞋底材料的耐磨和耐水解性能,有效提升柔软性能。
