The cushion block is fixed on the rotary table 2 below the lower pressing block 10, so that the downward moving distance of the lower pressing block 10 can be limited, and the limiting and buffering effects are achieved.

The turntable 2 on the automatic coiler is designed with a fixed groove, and after the coiled pipe enters the turntable 2, the coiled pipe is automatically coiled into a fixed pattern, so that the tightness is moderate and the diameter is fixed.
2) The switching is convenient. The turntable 2 on the automatic coiler can be designed to be suitable for coil sizes and shapes of different types of gauges. Each turntable 2 can be quickly disassembled, and the turntable 2 can be easily replaced by loosening the connection with the motor.
3) The picking-up is simple. After the sheath tube is rolled by the rolling wheel 17, the rolling wheel 17 is driven by the rotating shaft to leave the upper part of the spiral involute groove 3, the lower pressing cylinder 12 works to drive the upper pressing block 18 to move downwards, the lower pressing block 10 presses the high section 8 of the elastic piece downwards, the low section 6 of the elastic piece is tilted, and the coil pipe is ejected upwards out of the spiral involute groove 3. The operator easily removes the coil to complete a coil process.
