本发明公开了一种纸板切条装置,包括输送带、电动旋轴、切割架、修磨架、电机、滑槽、切盘、接电滑柱、锁紧圈、固接板、旋切刀、传动齿圈、打磨架、旋磨圈、磨砂外圈和内凸圈。本发明的有益效果是:该装置通过将纸板放置在输送带上进行输送,在移送到切割架下方时,通过切割架上的上的若干个切盘对纸板进行自动对接切割,在对纸板切割成条后,纸板条被输送到修磨架下方,通过修磨架下方的若干个打磨架旋进纸板条之间,对纸板条两侧的侧板进行旋磨抛光,使切割后的纸板条表面更加光滑、圆润,使用更舒适、方便,该装置自动化程度高,使用时省时省力,保证了使用的便捷性;该装置操作方便,各构件连接灵活。

本发明涉及一种纸板切条装置,具体为一种纸板切条装置,属于木材加工设备应用技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活的快速发展,纸板在人们日常生活中使用越来越广泛,尤其是在家具制造加工领域,人们经常把纸板切割成纸板条,方便后续的加工使用,因此,纸板切条装置在纸板加工时使用越来越频繁。
但是,目前的用于纸板加工时的纸板切条装置仍然存在着很多不足之处,如现有的用于纸板加工时的纸板切条装置存在着使用时需人工操控,且操控难度高,使用时费时费力,自动化程度低,对纸板切条后,纸板条侧壁不够很粗糙,不够圆润,不便于使用,不可灵活调节纸板切成条的宽度,对纸板切条效率低的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种纸板切条装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种纸板切条装置,包括输送带、切割架和修磨架,所述输送带内部等间距设置有若干个电动旋轴,且所述切割架卡接在所述输送带上方,所述切割架上方安装有电机,且所述电机一侧平行设置有滑槽,所述切割架上安装有若干个切盘,且所述切盘上方纵向设置有接电滑柱,所述接电滑柱下方焊接有固接板,且所述固接板中部套接有旋切刀,所述旋切刀中部垂直安装有传动齿圈,且所述修磨架上安装有若干个打磨架。
优选的,为了使输送带能够正常转动,所述输送带与若干个所述电动旋轴呈转动连接,且所述输送带两侧均固定连接有三个撑座。
优选的,为了使切盘在工作时更稳定,所述接电滑柱贯穿所述滑槽,且所述接电滑柱上旋接有锁紧圈。
优选的,为了使旋切刀能够正常旋动对纸板切割,所述电机通过传动齿圈与所述旋切刀呈活动连接,且所述旋切刀为圆形结构。
优选的,为了使被切条后的纸板条更加光滑、圆润,所述打磨架下方套接有旋磨圈,且所述旋磨圈外侧设置有磨砂外圈,所述旋磨圈中部设置有内凸圈,且所述内凸圈的直径小于旋磨圈的直径。
优选的,为了使该装置工作精度更高,纸板切割质量更好,所述切割架与修磨架呈平行设置,且所述切割架与输送带的宽度大小相匹配。
本发明的有益效果是:该装置通过将纸板放置在输送带上进行输送,在移送到切割架下方时,通过切割架上的若干个切盘对纸板进行自动对接切割,在对纸板切割成条后,纸板条被输送到修磨架下方,通过修磨架下方的若干个打磨架旋进纸板条之间,对纸板条两侧的侧板进行旋磨抛光,使切割后的纸板条表面更加光滑、圆润,使用更舒适、方便,该装置自动化程度高,使用时省时省力,保证了使用的便捷性;人们可根据纸板所需切割宽度的需要,通过在滑槽内滑动切盘来改变切盘对纸板的切割位置,从而改变了纸板被切条后的纸板条宽度,保证了使用的灵活性;该装置通过锁紧圈将切盘旋接固定在切割架,人们可轻松改变切盘在切割架上的安装个数,该装置安装或拆卸十分方便、快捷;该装置操作方便,各构件连接灵活。

请参阅图1-5所示,一种纸板切条装置,包括输送带1、切割架3和修磨架4,输送带1内部等间距设置有若干个电动旋轴2,且切割架3卡接在输送带1上方,切割架3上方安装有电机5,且电机5一侧平行设置有滑槽6,切割架3上安装有若干个切盘7,且切盘7上方纵向设置有接电滑柱8,接电滑柱8下方焊接有固接板10,且固接板10中部套接有旋切刀11,旋切刀11中部垂直安装有传动齿圈12,且修磨架4上安装有若干个打磨架13。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,输送带1与若干个电动旋轴2呈转动连接,且输送带1两侧均固定连接有三个撑座,使输送带能够正常转动。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,接电滑柱8贯穿滑槽8,且接电滑柱8上旋接有锁紧圈9,使切盘在工作时更稳定。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,电机5通过传动齿圈12与旋切刀11呈活动连接,且旋切刀11为圆形结构,使旋切刀11能够正常旋动对纸板切割。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,打磨架13下方套接有旋磨圈14,且旋磨圈14外侧设置有磨砂外圈15,旋磨圈14中部设置有内凸圈16,且内凸圈16的直径小于旋磨圈14的直径,使被切条后的纸板条更加光滑、圆润。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案,切割架3与修磨架4呈平行设置,且切割架3与输送带1的宽度大小相匹配,使该装置工作精度更高,纸板切割质量更好。
本发明在使用时,首先,将整个纸板切条装置位置固定,其次,在使用该装置时,通过将纸板放置在输送带1上进行输送,在移送到切割架3下方时,通过切割架3上的若干个切盘7对纸板进行自动对接切割,在对纸板切割成条后,纸板条被输送到修磨架4下方,通过修磨架4下方的若干个打磨架13旋进纸板条之间,对纸板条两侧的侧板进行旋磨抛光,使切割后的纸板条表面更加光滑、圆润,通过在滑槽6内滑动切盘7来改变切盘7对纸板的切割位置,从而改变了纸板被切条后的纸板条宽度,保证了使用的灵活性;该装置通过锁紧圈9将切盘7旋接固定在切割架3,人们可轻松改变切盘7在切割架3上的安装个数。

1.一种纸板切条装置,包括输送带(1)、切割架(3)和修磨架(4),其特征在于:所述输送带(1)内部等间距设置有若干个电动旋轴(2),且所述切割架(3)卡接在所述输送带(1)上方,所述切割架(3)上方安装有电机(5),且所述电机(5)一侧平行设置有滑槽(6),所述切割架(3)上安装有若干个切盘(7),且所述切盘(7)上方纵向设置有接电滑柱(8),所述接电滑柱(8)下方焊接有固接板(10),且所述固接板(10)中部套接有旋切刀(11),所述旋切刀(11)中部垂直安装有传动齿圈(12),且所述修磨架(4)上安装有若干个打磨架(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板切条装置,其特征在于:所述输送带(1)与若干个所述电动旋轴(2)呈转动连接,且所述输送带(1)两侧均固定连接有三个撑座。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板切条装置,其特征在于:所述接电滑柱(8)贯穿所述滑槽(8),且所述接电滑柱(8)上旋接有锁紧圈(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板切条装置,其特征在于:所述电机(5)通过传动齿圈(12)与所述旋切刀(11)呈活动连接,且所述旋切刀(11)为圆形结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸板切条装置,其特征在于:所述打磨架(13)下方套接有旋磨圈(14),且所述旋磨圈(14)外侧设置有磨砂外圈(15),所述旋磨圈(14)中部设置有内凸圈(16),且所述内凸圈(16)的直径小于旋磨圈(14)的直径。
