本发明提供一种切蛋器,包括底筒、主筒体、滑块、刀片、滑套、螺栓、顶盖、弹簧;所述底筒上端开口下端封闭;主筒体的底端与底筒插拔式连接,在主筒体侧壁上竖直的设置有多个条形通孔,在主筒体内部靠近条形通孔底端的位置设有挡板;滑块设置在主筒体内并位于挡板上方;刀片上端固定在滑块底部,下端穿透挡板并可随着滑块在主筒体内上下移动;滑套套设在主筒体外部并可上下移动;螺栓对应于条形通孔设在滑套上,且螺栓的螺杆穿过条形通孔伸入主筒体内与滑块侧面螺纹连接,并可沿着条形通孔上下移动;所述顶盖安装在主筒体顶端;所述弹簧两端分别固定在顶盖底部与滑块顶部。本发明切割效果好、效率高,结构合理、操作方便、体积小、携带方便。

一种切蛋器
技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种切蛋器。
背景技术
目前,各种蛋类由于营养丰富,已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的食品之一,但是在食用之前需要去除蛋壳然后切割成小块。目前人们通常用刀具进行切割,然而由于蛋类特殊的外形结构,而且去除蛋壳之后的蛋外皮光滑,所以用刀具切割操作难度比较大,而且切出的蛋往往非常不美观,存在大小不一,切面不整齐的现象,尤其是在切松花蛋的时候,这种缺点就更加明显,另外由于菜刀刀面与蛋切面为面接触,容易使切好的蛋块粘在刀面上。而目前现有的切蛋器通常结构比较复杂、体积较大、携带不便。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种切割效果好、效率高,结构合理、操作方便、体积小、携带方便的切蛋器。具体方案如下:
一种切蛋器,包括底筒、主筒体、滑块、刀片、滑套、螺栓、顶盖、弹簧;所述底筒上端开口下端封闭;所述主筒体的底端与底筒插拔式连接,在主筒体侧壁上竖直的设置有多个条形通孔,在主筒体内部靠近条形通孔底端的位置设有挡板;所述滑块设置在主筒体内并位于挡板上方;所述刀片上端固定在滑块底部,下端穿透挡板并可随着滑块在主筒体内上下移动;所述滑套套设在主筒体外部并可上下移动;所述螺栓对应于条形通孔设在滑套上,且螺栓的螺杆穿过条形通孔伸入主筒体内与滑块侧面螺纹连接,并可沿着条形通孔上下移动;所述顶盖安装在主筒体顶端;所述弹簧两端分别固定在顶盖底部与滑块顶部。
进一步地,为了使滑套下移时,作用在滑块上的力更均匀,以便于滑块的平稳的上下移动,所述条形通孔的数目为四个并均布于主筒体四周;对应的,所述螺栓的数目也为四根。
进一步地,为了更均匀的分割蛋体,所述刀片为十字形刀片。
进一步地,为了防止刀片切割时压破蛋体,所述刀片底部中央设有底针,在底筒底部中央对应于底针设有凹孔。
进一步地,所述顶盖与主筒体紧配合。
进一步地,为了防止手握住滑套下移时,手打滑,导致切割不完全,影响切割效果,所述滑套顶端设有环形凸起。
本发明切割效果好、效率高,结构合理、操作方便、体积小、携带方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
一种切蛋器,包括底筒1、主筒体2、滑块5、刀片4、滑套7、螺栓6、顶盖8、弹簧9;所述底筒1上端开口下端封闭;所述主筒体2的底端与底筒1插拔式连接,在主筒体2侧壁上竖直的设置有多个条形通孔3,在主筒体2内部靠近条形通孔3底端的位置设有挡板11;所述滑块5设置在主筒体2内并位于挡板11上方;所述刀片4上端固定在滑块5底部,下端穿透挡板11并可随着滑块5在主筒体2内上下移动;所述滑套7套设在主筒体2外部并可上下移动;所述螺栓6对应于条形通3孔设在滑套7上,且螺栓6的螺杆穿过条形通孔3伸入主筒体2内与滑块5侧面螺纹连接,并可沿着条形通孔3上下移动;所述顶盖8安装在主筒体2顶端;所述弹簧9两端分别固定在顶盖8底部与滑块5顶部。
进一步地,为了使滑套7下移时,作用在滑块5上的力更均匀,以便于滑块5的平稳的上下移动,所述条形通孔3的数目为四个并均布于主筒体2四周;对应的,所述螺栓6的数目也为四根。
进一步地,为了更均匀的分割蛋体13,所述刀片4为十字形刀片。
进一步地,为了防止刀片4切割时压破蛋体13,所述刀片4底部中央设有底针12,在底筒2底部中央对应于底针12设有凹孔。
进一步地,所述顶盖8与主筒体2紧配合。
进一步地,为了防止手握住滑套7下移时,手打滑,导致切割不完全,影响切割效果,所述滑套7顶端设有环形凸起10。
使用时,把主筒体2与底筒1分开,将蛋体13放到底筒1中,然后把主筒体2插接在底筒1上,此时,底针12的端部插入到蛋体13内,用手握住滑套7下压,刀片4在底针12的导引以及滑块5的压迫下均匀的分割开蛋体13,若没有底针12,刀片4刀口比较钝时,由于不能快速分割开蛋体13表面,当刀片4随滑块5下移时,就会压裂蛋体13再分割,导致切割不均匀,影响切割效果。当下压到底后,停止用力,滑套7与滑块5以及刀片4在弹簧9作用力复位,而粘在刀片4上的蛋块在挡板11阻挡下,从刀片4滑落到底筒2中,再次把主筒体2与底筒1分开,倒出底筒1中的蛋块即可进行下一个蛋体的切割。

1.一种切蛋器,其特征在于:包括底筒(1)、主筒体(2)、滑块(5)、刀片(4)、滑套(7)、螺栓(6)、顶盖(8)、弹簧(9);所述底筒(1)上端开口下端封闭;所述主筒体(2)的底端与底筒(1)插拔式连接,在主筒体(2)侧壁上竖直的设置有多个条形通孔(3),在主筒体(2)内部靠近条形通孔(3)底端的位置设有挡板(11);所述滑块(5)设置在主筒体(2)内并位于挡板(11)上方;所述刀片(4)上端固定在滑块(5)底部,下端穿透挡板(11)并可随着滑块(5)在主筒体(2)内上下移动;所述滑套(7)套设在主筒体(2)外部并可上下移动;所述螺栓(6)对应于条形通孔(3)设在滑套(7)上,且螺栓(6)的螺杆穿过条形通孔(3)伸入主筒体(2)内与滑块(5)侧面螺纹连接,并可沿着条形通孔(3)上下移动;所述顶盖(8)安装在主筒体(2)顶端;所述弹簧(9)两端分别固定在顶盖(8)底部与滑块(5)顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切蛋器,其特征在于:所述条形通孔(3)的数目为四个并均布于主筒体(2)四周;对应的,所述螺栓(6)的数目也为四根。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切蛋器,其特征在于:所述刀片(4)为十字形刀片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种切蛋器,其特征在于:所述刀片(4)底部中央设有底针(12),在底筒(1)底部中央对应于底针(12)设有凹孔(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种切蛋器,其特征在于:所述顶盖(8)与主筒体(2)紧配合。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的一种切蛋器,其特征在于:所述滑套(7)顶端设有环形凸起(10)。
