The welding device of the mobile phone module comprises a welding gun seat and a placing unit for fixing a part to be welded, wherein a welding gun is arranged on the welding gun seat, and the welding device is characterized in that: the placing unit comprises a mounting table, a rack arranged on the mounting table, a cleaning mechanism arranged on the rack and a lifting mechanism for controlling the height of the mounting table, wherein an annular baffle is fixed on the mounting table, and a plurality of through holes positioned below the annular baffle are formed in the mounting table; the cleaning unit is positioned above the mounting table and comprises a fixed cylinder arranged on the frame and a rotating rod positioned below the fixed cylinder, the lower end of the rotating rod is connected with an L-shaped rod, a scraping blade which can keep fit with the inner wall of the annular baffle is arranged on the L-shaped rod, and a cavity which is communicated with each other is formed in the rotating rod and the L-shaped rod; the rotating rod is internally provided with a closed curve bulge, and the L-shaped rod is provided with a plurality of through holes which can be opposite to the inner wall of the annular baffle; the fixed cylinder is connected with a water inlet pipe, and the water inlet pipe is connected with a one-way water inlet valve; the fixed cylinder is internally and slidably connected with a plunger, the lower part of which is slidably connected with the cavity of the rotating rod, the plunger is provided with a push rod, the lower end of which is contacted with the curve protrusion, and the plunger is connected with a first spring which enables the push rod to be always attached to the curve protrusion; the plunger is provided with a through groove, and the through groove is provided with a one-way drain valve; a shell is fixed on the frame, a rotating rod penetrates through the shell and is rotationally connected to the shell, and a plurality of turbine blades positioned in the shell are arranged on the rotating rod;
the lifting mechanism comprises an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder and a middle cylinder which is fixedly arranged, a push plate is connected in the middle cylinder in a sliding manner, and a jacking column with the upper end connected with the mounting table is arranged on the push plate; the pushing plate divides the middle cylinder into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, and a one-way air inlet valve which can be communicated with the upper cavity and the lower cavity is respectively arranged on the middle cylinder; the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder passes through the middle cylinder and is fixedly connected with the push plate; a pressing plate is connected in the air cylinder in a sliding way, and a second spring is connected between the pressing plate and the air cylinder; an air pipe is respectively connected between the air cylinder and the upper cavity and the lower cavity of the middle cylinder, and a one-way exhaust valve is arranged on the air pipe; one side of the air cylinder, which is close to the air pipe, is connected with a pipeline, a valve is arranged on the pipeline, and the discharge end of the pipeline is communicated with the shell; the shell is connected with an exhaust pipe, and the exhaust end of the exhaust pipe is positioned right above the annular baffle plate; the lower surface of the mounting table is fixedly provided with an annular collecting box positioned below the through hole.
