Abstract
A multi-roller straightening unit is used for processing metal plates. The multi-roller straightener is arranged between the inlet tension roller set and the outlet tension roller set; the inlet tension roller set comprises a tension roller I, a tension roller II, a tension roller III and a tension roller IV; the outlet tension roller set comprises a tension roller five, a tension roller six, a tension roller seven and a tension roller eight. The invention can realize the straightening of the chilled band steel by utilizing the continuous positive and negative bending actions of small wrap angle, multiple passes and gradual decrease of stretch bending straightening and multi-roll straightening under the conditions of small tension and trace elongation aiming at the characteristics of large yield strength, low elongation, large internal stress and buckling wave shape of the chilled band steel.

The super-hard state and hard-soft state bimetal, stainless steel and expansion alloy steel are widely applied to the fields of household appliances, kitchen equipment, medical appliances, metal hoses, computer accessories, mobile phones, automobile parts and the like. However, for high strength steel strips, a large elongation is required for straightening by a stretch-bending straightener, and a cold-set sheet with high yield strength and low elongation is obviously not suitable for the stretch-bending straightener.
The parallel roller straightener adopts a small-diameter working roller to bend the strip material in a positive and negative alternate way, and the tensile stress and the bending stress are superposed, so that longitudinal fiber tissues with different lengths in the strip material are plastically stretched and elongated at the same time in the whole thickness, and the same length is kept in the whole width after the elastic shrinkage, so that the internal stress of the strip material causing poor plate shape is reduced or basically eliminated, and the high flatness is obtained. However, the parallel roll leveler cannot level the cold hard sheet with high yield strength and low elongation.

Compared with the prior art, the method can realize the straightening of the chilled band steel by utilizing the continuous forward and reverse bending actions of stretch bending straightening and multi-roller straightening and gradually decreasing under the conditions of small tension and trace elongation aiming at the characteristics of large yield strength, low elongation, large internal stress and buckling wave shape of the plate surface of the chilled band steel.
