Abstract
本发明公开了特种抗抑菌消毒液,由泊洛沙姆、薄荷油、滑石粉、纳米银原液、壳聚糖制备而成,使用者在使用过后,将会在皮肤上形成一层具有持久抗菌、抑菌性能的保护层,使皮肤在普通环境中具有60分钟以上的抗菌、抑菌效果、在手术室这类经常做消毒的环境中具有长达4个小时以上的抗菌、抑菌效果,同时本发明中可以长时间分散均匀,能在至少3年时间内不出现分层以及不产生颗粒物沉淀现象,同时纳米银的持久抗菌性能,使得本发明不会出现变质问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及洗护用品技术领域,尤其是特种抗抑菌消毒液。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和对健康认识的增加,大家都养成了勤洗手的习惯,洗手液也成为日常生活中必备的清洁用品。洗手液分为普通型洗手液、消毒产品和特殊产品三类。其中消毒产品含有抗菌、抑菌或杀菌的有效成分。
然而现有市场上的抗菌洗手液产品的仅仅具有刚刚清洗时短暂的抗菌、抑菌或杀菌效果,有效效果难以持续性保持。
纳米银是以纳米技术为基础研制而成的新型抗菌产品,由于量子效应,小尺寸效应和具有极大的比表面积,因而具有传统无机抗菌剂无法比拟的抗菌效果,且安全性高、效力持久。然而,由于纳米银粒径较小,表面能较高,具有极强的团聚倾向,因此在洗手液中,保证纳米银的稳定性、单分散性是将纳米银作为洗手液抗菌剂的关键技术之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供特种抗抑菌消毒液,使用者在使用过后,将会在皮肤上形成一层具有持久抗菌、抑菌性能的保护层,使皮肤在普通环境中具有60分钟以上的抗菌、抑菌效果、在手术室这类经常做消毒的环境中具有长达4个小时以上的抗菌、抑菌效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的特种抗抑菌消毒液,由泊洛沙姆、薄荷油、滑石粉、纳米银原液、壳聚糖制备而成,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)、取4.5g泊洛沙姆加入到1000ml的去离子水中溶解形成泊洛沙姆水溶液;
(2)、取1~2ml的薄荷油于、15g的滑石粉共同研磨并混合均匀,然后加入部分所述泊洛沙姆水溶液进行搅拌溶解然后进行过滤,取澄清液部分,将澄清液加入所述泊洛沙姆水溶液进行稀释定容至1000ml,形成薄荷水溶液;
(3)、取纳米银原液20ml,在所述纳米银原液中缓慢滴入部分所述薄荷水溶液,滴加过程中边搅拌,直至纳米银分散均匀,最后通过加入所述薄荷水溶液定容至1000ml,形成纳米银混合液;
(4)、在所述纳米银混合液中加入20ml的壳聚糖混合均匀,形成特种抗抑菌消毒液。
优选的,步骤(2)所述过滤为抽滤或静态过滤。
优选的,步骤(3)所述取纳米银原液的浓度为1000ppm/ml。
优选的,所述滑石粉的粒径大于在所述步骤2中过滤时的过滤孔径。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明设计特种抗抑菌消毒液,使用者在使用过后,将会在皮肤上形成一层具有持久抗菌、抑菌性能的保护层,使皮肤在普通环境中具有60分钟以上的抗菌、抑菌效果、在手术室这类经常做消毒的环境中具有长达4个小时以上的抗菌、抑菌效果。
2、本发明在皮肤上形成的保护层薄、皮肤不会感觉到有任何异物存在。
3、本发明对皮肤具有一定保水作用,且不会造成皮肤脱脂变皱现象。
4、泊洛沙姆为表面活性剂、可以有助于薄荷油与纳米银的溶解和分散,同时可以提高本申请的粘度,促进纳米银长时间粘附在皮肤上。
5、滑石粉有助于分散薄荷油,提高比表面积,增加薄荷油的溶解速度和溶解量,同时滑石粉可以作为助滤剂,可以有效提高步骤2的过滤速度。
6、纳米银在泊洛沙姆、滑石粉和壳聚糖的共同作用下在本发明中可以长时间分散均匀,能在至少3年时间内不出现分层以及不产生颗粒物沉淀现象,同时纳米银的持久抗菌性能,使得本发明不会出现变质问题。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
实施例1:
特种抗抑菌消毒液,由泊洛沙姆、薄荷油、滑石粉、纳米银原液、壳聚糖制备而成,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)、取4.5g泊洛沙姆加入到1000ml的去离子水中溶解形成泊洛沙姆水溶液;
(2)、取1~2ml的薄荷油于、15g的滑石粉共同研磨并混合均匀,然后加入部分所述泊洛沙姆水溶液进行搅拌溶解然后进行抽滤或静态过滤,取澄清液部分,将澄清液加入所述泊洛沙姆水溶液进行稀释定容至1000ml,形成薄荷水溶液;
(3)、取纳米银原液20ml,在所述纳米银原液中缓慢滴入部分所述薄荷水溶液,滴加过程中边搅拌,直至纳米银分散均匀,最后通过加入所述薄荷水溶液定容至1000ml,形成纳米银混合液,所述取纳米银原液的浓度为1000ppm/ml;
(4)、在所述纳米银混合液中加入20ml的壳聚糖混合均匀,形成特种抗抑菌消毒液。
实施例2:
对上述实施例1方法制得的特种抗抑菌消毒液进行破坏性试验测试
分甲、乙、丙共3组,每组10瓶,每瓶100ml,分别静置在正常室温、50±2℃、5±2℃环境中,每隔2个月做一次感官评价记录,记录入下表:
本试验证明,本专利产品质量稳定,彻底解决了纳米银粒子的稳定性差,容易团聚的缺点。
实施例3:
功能性结果测试:
对上述实施例1方法制得的特种抗抑菌消毒液与45%酒精消毒液作功能性对比。
选取一批规格为5*5cm大小的相同牛皮分为甲乙两组,每组各10块,甲乙组各自的牛皮表面分别涂抹实施例1方法制得的特种抗抑菌消毒液与45%酒精消毒液,然后放置于相同的空气流通的空间内,每隔30分钟对牛皮表面做一次微生物检测,检测结果如下:
由表1可以看出,本发明的特种抗抑菌消毒液的抗菌效果具有持续性,不同于现有消毒液仅有短暂的杀菌效果,可以在皮肤表面形成一层看不见的抗菌抑菌保护膜,长时间的抑制细菌的生长。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。
Claims (4)
1.特种抗抑菌消毒液,其特征在于,由泊洛沙姆、薄荷油、滑石粉、纳米银原液、壳聚糖制备而成,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)、取4.5g泊洛沙姆加入到1000ml的去离子水中溶解形成泊洛沙姆水溶液;
(2)、取1~2ml的薄荷油于、15g的滑石粉共同研磨并混合均匀,然后加入部分所述泊洛沙姆水溶液进行搅拌溶解然后进行过滤,取澄清液部分,将澄清液加入所述泊洛沙姆水溶液进行稀释定容至1000ml,形成薄荷水溶液;
(3)、取纳米银原液20ml,在所述纳米银原液中缓慢滴入部分所述薄荷水溶液,滴加过程中边搅拌,直至纳米银分散均匀,最后通过加入所述薄荷水溶液定容至1000ml,形成纳米银混合液;
(4)、在所述纳米银混合液中加入20ml的壳聚糖混合均匀,形成特种抗抑菌消毒液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的特种抗抑菌消毒液,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述过滤为抽滤或静态过滤。
3.根据权利要求1所述的特种抗抑菌消毒液,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述取纳米银原液的浓度为1000ppm/ml。
4.根据权利要求1所述的特种抗抑菌消毒液,其特征在于,所述滑石粉的粒径大于在所述步骤(2)中过滤时的过滤孔径。
