Abstract

本发明涉及一种瓣状脑部电极,包括:电极本体,电极本体的末端由若干柔性的瓣状件构成,每个瓣状件的表面具有若干电极触点。本发明的瓣状脑部电极,电极的前端为瓣状的瓣状件,瓣状件散开时能够极大地提高电极的作用范围,从而监控大范围的脑部电信号或者对大范围的脑部组织进行电刺激。

一种瓣状脑部电极
技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓣状脑部电极,属于医疗器械设备技术领域。
背景技术
脑部植入电极,主要由棒状基材和纤细金属电极组成,可严密贴合脑曲面,金属电极能够接收脑电波或者通过金属电极来放电,从而精确监测脑细胞活动,为癫痫、脊髓损伤和其他神经系统疾病辅助治疗提供帮助。对癫痫患者而言,脑部植入电极灵敏度高,可探测癫痫发作信号,从而发送脉冲阻断神经元异常放电;对脊髓损伤患者而言,脑部植入电极能在患者脑部和他们所使用牵引、矫形器具间传输信号,充当两者“接口”,利于操控器具。
然而现有的脑部植入电极的金属电极仅可以作用到电极四周的有限位置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为克服现有技术中问题,提供一种作用范围广的瓣状脑部电极。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种瓣状脑部电极,包括:电极本体,电极本体的末端由若干柔性的瓣状件构成,每个瓣状件的表面具有若干电极触点。
优选地,本发明的瓣状脑部电极,瓣状件为片状,瓣状件的末端具有若干用于凸点。
优选地,本发明的瓣状脑部电极,至少其中一个瓣状件的中间设置一预弯曲弹性件,瓣状件上设置有使瓣状件聚合在一起的并能够取下的套箍。
优选地,本发明的瓣状脑部电极,所述弯曲弹性件为镍钛记忆合金。
优选地,本发明的瓣状脑部电极,所述瓣状件为硅胶或者医用聚氨酯。
优选地,本发明的瓣状脑部电极,所述瓣状件为瓣。
优选地,本发明的瓣状脑部电极,瓣状件之间具有间隙,间隙远离末端的一端设置有圆形槽。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的瓣状脑部电极,电极的前端为瓣状的瓣状件,瓣状件散开时能够极大地提高电极的作用范围,从而监控大范围的脑部电信号或者对大范围的脑部组织进行电刺激。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种瓣状脑部电极,如图1所示,包括:电极本体1,电极本体1的末端由若干柔性片状(厚度较薄)的瓣状件11构成(优选为8片状),每个瓣状件11的表面具有若干电极触点3(图中每个瓣状件11上设置有两个电极触点3),瓣状件11的末端具有若干用于增大摩擦力的凸点12。
电极本体1上具有导线穿过瓣状件11与每个瓣状件11上的电极触点3连接,并且通电后使电极触点3放电,从而对脑部进行刺激。
通过凸点12使得瓣状件11在插入脑内时,通过凸点12的摩擦力使得瓣状件11相互分散开(并不一定会向图2中所示的完全散开)。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种瓣状脑部电极,如图3所示左侧为末端、右侧为连接端,包括由若干瓣状件11构成的电极本体1,位于电极本体1表面的电极触点3,至少其中一个瓣状件11的中间设置一预弯曲弹性件4(优选为镍钛记忆合金),靠近所述柔性管1的末端上设置有用于使瓣状件11聚合在一起的套箍5(套箍5可以为多个),套箍5从瓣状件11上脱除后,瓣状件11之间会相互分散,瓣状件11分散后能够与柔性管1的中轴线呈45°-90°夹角,如45°、60°、80°、90°等等,瓣状件11与,瓣状件11之间具有间隙2,间隙2远离末端的一端设置有圆形槽21。
通过预弯曲弹性件4来限定瓣状件11分散后的形状,从而实现对刺激位置的控制。
预弯曲弹性件4可以设置在其中一个或多个或者全部的瓣状件11上,且各预弯曲弹性件4所能使瓣状件11弯曲的角度。
在实施例1或实施例2中,电极触点3可位于瓣状件11的外表面,也可位于瓣状件11的内表面。
电极触点3可以为铂、铂铱合金等。
瓣状件11可以为硅胶,也可以为医用聚氨酯。
瓣状件11可以是两瓣、三瓣、四瓣……八瓣等等。
本发明的瓣状脑部电极,电极的前端为瓣状的瓣状件11,瓣状件11散开时能够极大地提高电极的作用范围,从而监控大范围的脑部电信号或者对大范围的脑部组织进行电刺激。

1.一种瓣状脑部电极,其特征在于,包括:电极本体,电极本体的末端由若干柔性的瓣状件构成,每个瓣状件的表面具有若干电极触点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓣状脑部电极,其特征在于,瓣状件为片状,瓣状件的末端具有若干用于凸点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓣状脑部电极,其特征在于,至少其中一个瓣状件的中间设置一预弯曲弹性件,瓣状件上设置有使瓣状件聚合在一起的并能够取下的套箍。
4.根据权利要求3所述的瓣状脑部电极,其特征在于,所述弯曲弹性件为镍钛记忆合金。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的瓣状脑部电极,其特征在于,所述瓣状件为硅胶或者医用聚氨酯。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的瓣状脑部电极,其特征在于,所述瓣状件为8瓣。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的瓣状脑部电极,其特征在于,瓣状件之间具有间隙,间隙远离末端的一端设置有圆形槽。
