本发明薄膜电容器喷金机送丝控制系统,其特征在于包括人机界面(1)、PLC(2)、步进电机驱动器(3)以及步进电机(4);所述人机界面(1)与PLC(2)双向通讯连接;所述PLC(2)的高频脉冲输出端与步进电机驱动器(3)的CP脉冲输入端电连接;所述步进电机驱动器(3)输出端与步进电机(4)电连接;所述步进电机(4)与送丝机构机械连结。本发明采用步进电机驱动送丝机构,通过人机界面直接分开设置粗、细颗粒喷涂的送丝速度,可实现分别针对粗、细颗粒喷涂需要实现精准调速,又使系统外围电路简化,且设备故障率低。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜电容器生产制造领域,特别是涉及一种薄膜电容器喷金机送丝控制系统。
背景技术
在薄膜介质电容器的制造过程中,喷金是一个非常关键的生产工序,此工序是利用电弧或火焰将金属丝熔化后,再利用压缩空气将其从喷嘴高速喷涂在电容器芯子金属化薄膜端面层隙中,从而使电容器芯子的金属化薄膜内绕层和外绕层分别形成一个相同电位的金属电极面,从而达到将电极引出的目的;将一定数量的待喷的电容器芯子整齐的摆放在芯子载体喷金框架内,喷金框架放在传动链条上,由传动链条送入喷腔室的喷枪下,以喷枪左右扫描为横向,传动链条驱动喷金框架缓慢移动为纵向完成一定区域电容器芯子喷金任务;喷金层厚度与送丝速度及喷涂次数有密切的关系,根据工艺要求,在一次自动喷金过程中,要先进行细颗粒喷涂,再进行粗颗粒喷涂(喷涂次数均可设置),也就是说在一次自动喷金过程中,必须有两种送丝速度;另一方面对于不同的电容器芯子,这两种送丝速度又是不同的,电容器芯子规格的多种多样,决定了这两种送丝速度又必须是无极可调;送丝速度快慢决定喷金颗粒的粗细度,送丝速度是有极可调还是无极可调决定喷金颗粒的平均度,CN102403136A专利文献公开了一种可无极调速的电容器喷金送丝控制装置,可以实现分别针对粗、细颗粒喷涂的需要实现无极调速,但这种装置使控制系统外围电路不够简化,且设备故障率高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种薄膜电容器喷金机送丝控制系统,采用步进电机驱动送丝机构,既可实现分别针对粗、细颗粒喷涂需要实现精准调速,又使系统外围电路简化,且设备故障率低。
技术方案:
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:薄膜电容器喷金机送丝控制系统,包括人机界面、PLC、步进电机驱动器以及步进电机;所述人机界面与PLC双向通讯连接,用于设置粗、细颗粒喷涂次数及粗、细颗粒喷涂时的脉冲频率;所述PLC的高频脉冲输出端与步进电机驱动器的CP脉冲输入端电连接,用于发出步进电机驱动器所需的CP脉冲信号,CP脉冲频率决定步进电机的转速;所述步进电机驱动器输出端与步进电机电连接,用于按PLC输出CP脉冲频率驱动步进电机;所述步进电机与送丝机构机械连结,用于驱动送丝机构。
进一步的,所述人机界面的粗颗粒脉冲频率设置值大于细颗粒喷涂脉冲频率设置值。
进一步的,所述步进电机运行速度的精度达到0.001mm/秒。
优选的,所述PLC的型号为三菱FX1N-24MT-001晶体管输出型,可提供2路高频脉冲输出信号供选用(对应Y0,Y1输出端子)。
优选的,所述步进电机驱动器为锐特R60 两相步进驱动器,可细分设置为25000步/转,可驱动步进电机运行速度的精度达到0.001mm/秒,满足喷金颗粒的平均度调节要求。
优选的,所述步进电机为锐特57系列两相步进电机,步距角为1.8°,运行速度的精度达到0.001mm/秒,满足喷金颗粒的平均度调节要求。
本发明的优点:
采用步进电机驱动送丝机构,通过人机界面直接分开设置粗、细颗粒喷涂的送丝速度,通过步进电机驱动器的细分设置可使粗、细颗粒喷涂的送丝速度的精度达到0.001mm/秒,接近无极调节,喷金颗粒的粗细度、平均度均满足要求;且控制系统外围电路得到简化,使设备故障率低。

如图1所示,本发明一种薄膜电容器喷金机送丝控制系统,包括人机界面(1)、PLC(2)、步进电机驱动器(3)以及步进电机(4);所述人机界面(1)与PLC(2)双向通讯连接,用于设置粗、细颗粒喷涂次数及粗、细颗粒喷涂时的脉冲频率,所述人机界面(1)的粗颗粒脉冲频率设置值大于细颗粒喷涂脉冲频率设置值;所述PLC(2)的高频脉冲输出端与步进电机驱动器(3)的CP脉冲输入端电连接,用于发出步进电机驱动器(3)所需的CP脉冲信号,CP脉冲频率决定步进电机的转速,所述PLC(2)的型号为三菱FX1N-24MT-001晶体管输出型,可提供2路高频脉冲输出信号供选用(对应Y0,Y1输出端子);所述步进电机驱动器(3)输出端与步进电机(4) 电连接,用于按PLC(2)输出CP脉冲频率驱动步进电机(4),所述步进电机驱动器(3)为锐特R60 两相步进驱动器,可细分设置为25000步/转,可驱动步进电机(4)运行速度的精度达到0.001mm/秒,满足喷金颗粒的平均度调节要求;所述步进电机(4)与送丝机构机械连结,用于驱动送丝机构,所述步进电机(4)为锐特57系列两相步进电机,步距角为1.8°,所述步进电机(4)运行速度的精度达到0.001mm/秒,满足喷金颗粒的平均度调节要求。
本发明PLC(2)与步进电机驱动器(3)间只有频脉冲信号输出电连接,控制系统外围电路得到简化,使设备故障率降低。
实施例:
人机界面(1)上用于设置粗、细颗粒喷涂次数所对应的PLC(2)数据寄存器为D132、D130,用于设置粗、细颗粒喷涂时的脉冲频率所对应的PLC(2) 数据寄存器为D142、D140(D142>D140),机器工作时:
1.当细颗粒喷涂次数未达到D130设置值时,PLC(2)执行PLSY D140 K0 Y000指令,PLC(2)发出的高频脉冲频率按D140设置值输出给步进电机驱动器(3)的CP脉冲输入端,步进电机驱动器(3)按D140设置的频率驱动步进电机(4),步进电机(4)驱动送丝机构完成细颗粒喷涂;
2.当细颗粒喷涂次数达到D130设置值而未达到粗颗粒喷涂次数D132设置值时,PLC(2)通过内部辅助继电器M100执行PLSY D142 K0 Y000指令,PLC(2)发出的高频脉冲频率按D142设置值输出给步进电机驱动器(3)的CP脉冲输入端,步进电机驱动器(3)按D142设置的频率驱动步进电机(4),步进电机(4)驱动送丝机构完成粗颗粒喷涂;
当粗颗粒喷涂次数达到D132设置值时, 一个周期的喷涂结束。

1.薄膜电容器喷金机送丝控制系统,其特征在于:
A.该控制系统包括人机界面(1)、PLC(2)、步进电机驱动器(3)以及步进电机(4);所述人机界面(1)与PLC(2)双向通讯连接,用于设置粗、细颗粒喷涂次数及粗、细颗粒喷涂时的脉冲频率,所述人机界面(1)的粗颗粒脉冲频率设置值大于细颗粒喷涂脉冲频率设置值;所述PLC(2)的高频脉冲输出端与步进电机驱动器(3)的CP脉冲输入端电连接,用于发出步进电机驱动器(3)所需的CP脉冲信号,CP脉冲频率决定步进电机的转速;所述步进电机驱动器(3)输出端与步进电机(4) 电连接,用于按PLC(2)输出CP脉冲频率驱动步进电机(4);所述步进电机(4)与送丝机构机械连结,用于驱动送丝机构;
B.该控制系统的人机界面(1)上用于设置粗、细颗粒喷涂次数所对应的PLC(2)数据寄存器为D132、D130,用于设置粗、细颗粒喷涂时的脉冲频率所对应的PLC(2)数据寄存器为D142、D140,机器工作时:
1).当细颗粒喷涂次数未达到D130设置值时,PLC(2)执行PLSY D140 K0 Y000指令,PLC(2)发出的高频脉冲频率按D140设置值输出给步进电机驱动器(3)的CP脉冲输入端,步进电机驱动器(3)按D140设置的频率驱动步进电机(4),步进电机(4)驱动送丝机构完成细颗粒喷涂;
2).当细颗粒喷涂次数达到D130设置值而未达到粗颗粒喷涂次数D132设置值时,PLC(2)通过内部辅助继电器M100执行PLSY D142 K0 Y000指令,PLC(2)发出的高频脉冲频率按D142设置值输出给步进电机驱动器(3)的CP脉冲输入端,步进电机驱动器(3)按D142设置的频率驱动步进电机(4),步进电机(4)驱动送丝机构完成粗颗粒喷涂;
3).当粗颗粒喷涂次数达到D132设置值时, 一个周期的喷涂结束。
