Background
At present, sludge is a product after sewage treatment, and is an extremely complex heterogeneous body composed of organic debris, bacterial cells, inorganic particles, colloids and the like. The main characteristics of the sludge are high water content (up to more than 99 percent), high organic matter content, easy decomposition and stink generation, fine particles, small specific gravity and colloidal liquid state. If the sludge is not treated, the sludge can be discharged at will, so that the environment is seriously polluted, but the sludge treatment difficulty is high mainly due to two reasons: firstly, the sludge can dissipate stink, and the stink contains harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxide, ammonia gas and the like; secondly, the water content is high, the drying difficulty is high, the sludge is mechanically dewatered and actually is sludge concentration, biomass and the like are not influenced, and the heating mode of sludge drying is from the outside to the inside, so that a dry hard shell is formed on the surface of a material, the drying time is long, and the material is dried unevenly.
The industry people has conducted extensive research on sludge treatment, and CN103537156 discloses a deodorizing and purifying method for high-temperature and high-humidity tail gas generated by sludge roasting, which treats odor through a method of circulating spraying of a venturi absorption unit and absorption liquid. The invention can not give consideration to both deodorization and sufficient and uniform drying, and if harmful bacteria exist in the sludge, the risk of environmental pollution after the sludge is put into the device still exists.
In view of the above, there is a need to provide a treatment apparatus that can thoroughly solve the problem of sludge contamination.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drying and deodorizing treatment device for municipal sludge, which can effectively dry the sludge, eliminate odor, inactivate microbial bacteria and realize sludge harmlessness.

an urban sludge drying and deodorizing treatment device comprises a sludge storage tank, a primary treatment device arranged at the lower part of the sludge storage tank, a secondary treatment device connected with the primary treatment device, and a gas treatment device communicated with the primary treatment device and the secondary treatment device;
a discharge port is formed in the lower part of the sludge storage tank, and a discharge valve is mounted on the discharge port;
the primary treatment device comprises a heating plate, a top cover arranged on the heating plate, a vibration device arranged at the bottom of the heating plate, and a pushing mechanism and a discharging plate which are respectively arranged on opposite sides of the heating plate, wherein a heating mechanism is arranged in the heating plate, a blowing mechanism is arranged on the heating plate, a feeding hole is arranged on the top cover, and the feeding hole is connected with a discharging hole of the sludge storage tank through an elastic connecting piece;
the secondary treatment device comprises a treatment tank, a grinding ball, a sieve plate, a microwave radiation pipe, a gas receiving cover and a treatment tank rotation driving mechanism, wherein the sieve plate is arranged in the middle of the treatment tank, the grinding ball is placed on the sieve plate, the microwave radiation pipe and the gas receiving cover are correspondingly arranged above the grinding ball, and the tail end of a discharge plate of the primary treatment device extends into the treatment tank;
the gas treatment device comprises a high-energy ion treatment device, a suction fan communicated with the high-energy ion treatment device, a primary gas conveying pipe communicated with the suction fan and a secondary gas conveying pipe, wherein the primary gas conveying pipe is communicated with the top cover, and the secondary gas conveying pipe is communicated with the gas receiving cover.

Furthermore, the heating mechanism comprises a heat source medium box and a heating pipeline arranged in the heating plate in a coiled mode, and two ends of the heating pipeline are connected with the heat source medium box through medium conveying pipes respectively.

The high-energy ion treatment device emits high-energy positive and negative ions by the ion generating device, and the high-energy positive and negative ions are contacted with hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in the malodorous gas to open molecular chemical bonds of the malodorous gas and decompose the malodorous gas into carbon dioxide and water, thereby achieving the aim of deodorization.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
opening a valve 12, allowing sludge stored in a sludge storage tank to fall onto a heating plate 21 from a discharge port 11, spreading the sludge on the heating plate by the heating plate 21 under the vibration of a vibrator 7, blowing by an air blowing pipe, heating the heating plate, accelerating air circulation, effectively taking away moisture, when the sludge is dried to a certain degree, hardening into blocks, starting an air cylinder 28, pushing sludge blocks by a piston rod 29 of the air cylinder 28 to enter a secondary treatment device from a discharge plate 23, opening the valve 12 again, continuing the primary treatment device, rapidly rotating a treatment tank of the secondary treatment device, colliding grinding balls with the sludge blocks and the wall of the treatment tank to crush the sludge, radiating the crushed sludge by microwaves to achieve the purposes of sterilization and drying, allowing the sludge to fall from sieve holes after being crushed to a certain degree, and entering a sludge powder storage tank 100 through a guide plate 36, in the whole process, gas in the primary treatment device and the secondary treatment device is sucked into the high-energy ion treatment device through the suction fan to be treated, and then is cooled and discharged, so that the harmless treatment of the sludge is completed.
The treatment equipment provided by the invention is designed according to the characteristics of sludge, has a compact structure, and can realize harmless treatment of the sludge.
