The top of the inner wall of the box body is provided with two fans for drying residual moisture on a substance to be evaporated, the fans are respectively positioned on two sides of the water pipe, the fans are provided with connecting rods, two ends of each connecting rod are respectively connected with the inner wall of the box body and the fan bolt, the fans are electrically connected with a power supply, and the fans are electrically connected with the control device. The fan can effectually weather the water on treating the coating by vaporization thing, makes and treats the coating by vaporization thing air-dry. The tail end of the water pipe is provided with a spray head, and the spray head is in threaded connection with the water pipe. The spray header can effectively weaken the pressure of water flow to the evaporation material, and effectively prevent the evaporation material from being damaged due to water pressure. The bottom of the box body is provided with a drain pipe which is communicated with the box body and fixedly connected with the box body. The water drainage pipe can effectively drain water in the box body. Sponge pads are arranged on the clamping jaws of the first pneumatic finger and the second pneumatic finger, and the clamping jaws of the first pneumatic finger and the second pneumatic finger are respectively connected with the respective sponge pads in an adhesive mode. The spongy cushion can effectively prevent the damage of the object to be vapor-deposited caused by over-force during clamping. The box cover is provided with a hinge, two ends of the hinge are respectively connected with the box body and the box cover through bolts, and the box cover is hinged with the box body through the hinge. The hinge can make the case lid close, effectively prevents that there is water splash in the cleaning process. Be provided with the inlet pipe on the water tank, the inlet pipe is linked together with the water tank, inlet pipe and water tank fixed connection. A cleaning agent for cleaning the evaporation object is added into the water tank from the feeding pipe.
The invention also provides a cleaning device and a cleaning method thereof before evaporation, which comprises the following steps:
1) starting the electric cylinder by adopting a control device;
2) putting the object to be evaporated into the box body, controlling the electric cylinder by using the control device, enabling the electric cylinder to push the second pneumatic finger to stretch to the length which is the same as that of the object to be evaporated, controlling the first pneumatic finger and the second pneumatic finger to clamp the object to be evaporated at the same time, and closing the box cover;
3) starting an electric water pump by using a control device, pumping water in a water tank through a water pipe to clean an object to be evaporated through a spray head, wherein the spraying time is 30s, and then closing the electric water pump;
4) after the control device is adopted to control the motor to rotate 180 degrees, the linear electric sliding rail is controlled to enable the cleaning cotton to clean the to-be-evaporated object which is washed by one surface back and forth, meanwhile, the control device is adopted to start the electric water pump again to spray the other surface of the to-be-evaporated object, after 30 seconds of spraying, the electric water pump is closed, the control device is adopted to control the linear electric sliding rail to move the cleaning cotton to the leftmost side, and the operation is stopped;
5) the control device is adopted to control the motor to rotate 180 degrees again, and the linear electric slide rail is controlled to move back and forth to clean the other surface of the object to be vapor-deposited by the cleaning cotton, wherein the cleaning time is 15 s;
6) and a control device is adopted to open a fan to blow the object to be evaporated.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that are not thought of through the inventive work should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (2)
1. A cleaning device for before coating by vaporization, its characterized in that: the device comprises a box body and a box cover, wherein the box body is provided with a water tank, a power supply, a control device, a motor and an electric cylinder, the water tank, the power supply, the control device, the motor and the electric cylinder are fixedly connected with the box body, the motor is provided with a shaft coupling, the shaft coupling is connected with a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the motor through the shaft coupling, the box body is internally provided with a first pneumatic finger and a second pneumatic finger which are used for clamping an object to be evaporated, the motor is positioned on the left side of the first pneumatic finger, the first pneumatic finger is connected with the other end of the rotating shaft through a bolt, the second pneumatic finger is provided with a turntable bearing, two ends of the turntable bearing are respectively fixedly connected with the second pneumatic finger and the inner wall of the box body, the electric cylinder is positioned on the right side of the second pneumatic finger, and the first pneumatic finger and the second pneumatic finger are both, the water tank is provided with a water pipe, the water pipe penetrates through the tank body, the water pipe is connected with the water tank through a bolt, the water pipe is provided with an electric water pump, the electric water pump is connected with a water pipe flange, the motor, the electric cylinder and the electric water pump are all electrically connected with the control device, a linear electric slide rail is arranged in the tank body and is positioned below a first pneumatic finger and a second pneumatic finger, the two ends of the linear electric slide rail are all connected with the bolt on the inner wall of the tank body, a support column is arranged above the linear electric slide rail, cleaning cotton used for cleaning an evaporated material washed by water is arranged above the support column, one end of the support column is connected with a slider bolt on the linear electric slide rail, the other end of the support column is connected with the cleaning cotton in an adhesion manner, the middle part of the support column is provided with a spring, and, the linear electric sliding rail is electrically connected with a power supply, the linear electric sliding rail is electrically connected with a control device, two fans for drying residual moisture on a substance to be evaporated are arranged at the top of the inner wall of the box body, the fans are respectively positioned at two sides of a water pipe, a connecting rod is arranged on each fan, two ends of each connecting rod are respectively connected with the inner wall of the box body and a fan bolt, the fans are electrically connected with the power supply, the fans are electrically connected with the control device, a spray head is arranged at the tail end of the water pipe and is in threaded connection with the water pipe, a drain pipe is arranged at the bottom of the box body and is communicated with the box body, the drain pipe is fixedly connected with the box body, sponge pads are arranged on the clamping jaws of the first pneumatic finger and the second pneumatic finger, and the clamping jaws of the first pneumatic finger and the second pneumatic finger are respectively bonded with the sponge pads, the box cover is provided with a hinge, two ends of the hinge are respectively connected with the box body and the box cover through bolts, and the box cover is hinged with the box body through the hinge.
2. The cleaning method for a cleaning device before evaporation according to claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following use steps:
1) starting the electric cylinder by adopting a control device;
2) putting the object to be evaporated into the box body, controlling the electric cylinder by using the control device, enabling the electric cylinder to push the second pneumatic finger to stretch to the length which is the same as that of the object to be evaporated, controlling the first pneumatic finger and the second pneumatic finger to clamp the object to be evaporated at the same time, and closing the box cover;
3) starting an electric water pump by using a control device, pumping water in a water tank through a water pipe, cleaning an object to be evaporated by using a spray head, wherein the spraying time is 20-30 s, and then closing the electric water pump;
4) after the control device is adopted to control the motor to rotate 180 degrees, the linear electric sliding rail is controlled to enable cleaning cotton to clean the to-be-evaporated object which is washed by one surface back and forth, meanwhile, the control device is adopted to start the electric water pump again to spray the other surface of the to-be-evaporated object, after 20-30 seconds of spraying, the electric water pump is closed, the control device is adopted to control the linear electric sliding rail to move the cleaning cotton to the leftmost side, and the operation is stopped;
5) the control device is adopted to control the motor to rotate 180 degrees again, and the linear electric sliding rail is controlled to move back and forth to clean the other surface of the object to be evaporated with cleaning cotton, wherein the cleaning time is 10-15 s;
6) and a control device is adopted to open a fan to blow the object to be evaporated.
