Abstract
The invention discloses a device for measuring the coverage degree of anterior teeth in orthodontics, which comprises: the measuring arm can move along the length direction of the B ruler, the space between the A ruler and the B ruler and the space between the B ruler and the measuring arm are all right angles, and the top end of the A ruler is provided with a vertical small flange opposite to the direction of the B ruler. The device has simple structure and smaller volume, is convenient for clinical practical operation and application, can accurately measure the coverage degree of anterior teeth in oral medicine, and solves the practical problems encountered in the clinic of orthodontic treatment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a measuring tool, in particular to a device for measuring the coverage degree of anterior teeth (note that the 'fit' is a 'dental fit' word formed by teeth and teeth, is a special term of stomatology, and has no word in a word stock) in orthodontics.
Background
In orthodontic clinical work, it is necessary to measure and analyze the oral cavity model of a patient and the actual occlusion of the anterior teeth in the mouth, so as to make a treatment plan and evaluate the treatment effect. At present, when the front teeth coverage degree is measured on an oral cavity model, a plurality of tools such as a vernier caliper, a ruler, a compass and the like are often combined for measurement, so that the measurement process is relatively complicated, and the accuracy of a measurement result is influenced due to the function dispersion of the measurement tools. When the intraoral actual measurement analysis is clinically carried out on anterior occlusion, the conventional tool is inconvenient to directly apply in the mouth due to the fact that the conventional tool is limited by an anatomical structure of the oral cavity and has large geometric dimensions. The Chinese patent application 2011103121979 discloses an instrument for measuring the opening degree and the tooth coverage degree, which comprises a trapezoid acrylic transparent bottom plate, a magneto-optical grating digital display and a carbon fiber composite magnetic plate, wherein the included angle between the upper bottom edge of the trapezoid acrylic transparent bottom plate and a bevel edge is 60 degrees, the magneto-optical grating digital display is fixed at one end of the upper bottom edge of the trapezoid acrylic transparent bottom plate, the carbon fiber composite magnetic plate passes through the magneto-optical grating digital display and is positioned in a chute at the upper bottom edge of the trapezoid acrylic transparent bottom plate, and the carbon fiber composite magnetic plate can slide on the chute. Although this device measures the degree of coverage of teeth, its structural design is too complex and limited in clinical practice.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a model and intraoral measurement for realizing the coverage degree of anterior teeth in orthodontic clinic, which can overcome the defects of the prior art and more conveniently solve the problems encountered in clinical practice.
The orthodontic anterior tooth coverage measuring device of the present invention includes: the measuring arm can move along the length direction of the B ruler, the space between the A ruler and the B ruler and the space between the B ruler and the measuring arm are all right angles, and the top end of the A ruler is provided with a vertical small flange opposite to the direction of the B ruler. The invention uses the small flange at the top end of the A ruler to be hooked on the lower front tooth cutting edge during the measurement operation, and the position of the B ruler and the measuring arm on the B ruler is moved and adjusted according to the specific measurement position, so that the measuring arm is contacted with the lip side of the upper front tooth, the measured data can be correctly obtained through the scale reading on the ruler body, and the correct parameters are provided for oral cavity operations such as orthodontic treatment and the like.
Preferably, in the orthodontic anterior tooth coverage measuring device of the first embodiment of the invention, a B ruler sliding sleeve which can be in sliding fit with a B ruler is fixedly arranged on a measuring arm, and an A ruler sliding sleeve which is in sliding fit with an A ruler is fixedly arranged at one end of the B ruler; the other end is provided with a B flange for preventing the sliding sleeve of the B ruler from sliding, and the lower end of the A ruler is provided with an A flange for preventing the sliding sleeve of the A ruler from sliding.

The device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure and smaller volume, is convenient for clinical practical operation and application, can solve the practical problems encountered in the clinic of orthodontic treatment, effectively solves the defects in the prior art, and can accurately judge the coverage degree of anterior teeth. When the invention is used for measuring the occlusion of the anterior teeth of the oral cavity model outside the mouth, the step-by-step measurement is not required to be carried out by combining with various measuring tools such as a divider, a ruler and the like, so that the measuring process is simple, convenient and feasible; and measurement errors caused by step measurement are avoided, and the accuracy of measurement data is greatly improved. In addition, when the orthodontic is used for measuring the actual occlusion condition of the front teeth in the mouth of a patient, the invention can directly finish the operation process of measurement in one time in the mouth of the patient, so that the complicated process of taking and filling the die in the mouth of the patient can be avoided, and the working efficiency is greatly improved; meanwhile, the problem of subjective evaluation mainly by visual inspection at present is solved, and the accuracy of examination and diagnosis of the anterior occlusion relationship is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
Two embodiments of the present invention are shown in fig. 1 and 3, respectively, and the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the orthodontic anterior teeth covering and covering measuring device of the present embodiment is composed of an a-rule 1, a B-rule 2 movable in the length direction of the a-rule, and a measuring arm 6 movable in the length direction of the B-rule, and scales are provided on the respective rule bodies of the a-rule and the B-rule. One end of the B ruler 5 is provided with a sliding sleeve which can be in sliding fit with the A ruler 2. One end of the measuring arm 6 is a free end, and the other end is provided with a sliding sleeve 7 which can be in sliding fit with the B ruler. The A ruler and the B ruler and the measuring arm 6 are all right angles. In addition, a vertical small flange 4 opposite to the direction of the rule B is arranged at the top end of the rule A2.
In the invention, during measurement operation, a small flange at the top end of the A ruler is hooked on the cutting edge of the contact point of the incisor in the lower jaw, and the A ruler is adjusted to be vertical to the plane of the lower jaw; for the repeated and repeated measurement of anterior teeth, the small flange is hooked on the cutting edge of the contact point of the incisors in the upper jaw, and the A ruler is adjusted to be perpendicular to the upper jaw plane. According to the specific measuring position, the position of the B ruler and the measuring arm on the B ruler are slidingly adjusted, so that the measuring arm is correctly contacted with the incisor labial surface to be measured, and the measured data can be correctly obtained through the scale readings on the A ruler and the B ruler, so that correct parameters are provided for oral operation mainly including orthodontic treatment. The free end of the ruler (i.e. the end without the sliding sleeve) is provided with a B flange 8 for preventing the sliding sleeve of the ruler B from sliding off, and the lower end of the ruler A (i.e. the end opposite to the small flange 4) is also provided with an A flange 1 for preventing the sliding sleeve of the ruler A from sliding off.
The basic structure of the second embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 3 is the same as that of the previous embodiment, except that a connecting rod 9 is arranged at the lower end of the a ruler, and the connecting rod can also play a role in restraining the sliding sleeve of the a ruler from slipping and falling, and a handheld handle 10 is arranged at the outer end of the connecting rod 9. This embodiment of the invention is more convenient to use due to the provision of the connecting rod and the hand-held handle.
When the invention is used for orthodontic anterior tooth coverage measurement, taking the second embodiment as an example, the handle of the invention is held on the measured anterior tooth area, and the B ruler is slidingly adjusted to be at the bottom so as not to influence the measurement operation. Firstly, when opening the mouth, the small flange at the top end of the A ruler is hooked on the cutting edge of the contact point of the incisor in the lower jaw, and then the angle of the A ruler is adjusted to be vertical to the plane of the lower jaw; then, when the cusps are staggered, the measuring arm 6 is slidingly adjusted to be in contact with the labial surface of the maxillary incisors. At this time, directly reading the parameter value of the anterior covered by the scale, wherein the A scale reading represents the covered; b scale readings represent coverage.
