On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, when the preset house source condition is that the number of bedrooms in the house source information to be sold is greater than a first preset threshold and the area is greater than a second preset threshold, the customer retrieval condition is that a house property whose number of bedrooms is less than or equal to the first preset threshold is purchased in a preset historical time period, and the age of the customer is greater than a third preset threshold; or when the preset house source condition is that the area in the house source information to be sold is smaller than a fourth preset threshold value, the customer retrieval condition is that the age is in a preset age range, the customer is in a love stage and has no house, the credit is good, and the annual income is larger than a fifth preset threshold value.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in this embodiment, the retrieving unit is specifically configured to: retrieving a second customer satisfying a first customer retrieval sub-condition among the customer retrieval conditions from a pre-constructed property transaction database; and searching the first client meeting the second client searching sub-condition in the client searching condition from the client image of the second client.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the embodiment further includes a pushing unit, configured to push the house source information to be sold to the first customer.
The embodiment provides a customer source obtaining device in house property sales, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an overall structure of the customer source obtaining device in house property sales, provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the device includes: at least one processor 31, at least one memory 32, and a bus 33; wherein,
the processor 31 and the memory 32 complete mutual communication through the bus 33;
the memory 32 stores program instructions executable by the processor 31, and the processor calls the program instructions to execute the methods provided by the method embodiments, for example, the method includes: s1, if the house source information to be sold meets each preset house source condition, acquiring a client retrieval condition corresponding to each preset house source condition; wherein, the preset room source condition and the client retrieval condition are stored in a pre-associated manner; s2, searching out the first client meeting the client searching condition from the pre-constructed house property transaction database and/or the pre-constructed client portrait.
The present embodiments provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause the computer to perform the methods provided by the above method embodiments, for example, including: s1, if the house source information to be sold meets each preset house source condition, acquiring a client retrieval condition corresponding to each preset house source condition; wherein, the preset room source condition and the client retrieval condition are stored in a pre-associated manner; s2, searching out the first client meeting the client searching condition from the pre-constructed house property transaction database and/or the pre-constructed client portrait.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
The above-described embodiments of the customer source acquiring device in house property sales are merely illustrative, wherein the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A method for acquiring customer source in house property sales is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, if the house source information to be sold meets each preset house source condition, acquiring a client retrieval condition corresponding to each preset house source condition; wherein, the preset room source condition and the client retrieval condition are stored in a pre-associated manner;
s2, searching out the first client meeting the client searching condition from the pre-constructed house property transaction database and/or the pre-constructed client portrait.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 is preceded by:
a tag describing a user representation according to one or more of basic information, consumption information, network behavior information and news media information of a client;
constructing a customer representation according to the tags;
wherein the tags include one or more of a basic tag, a life class tag, a consumer capability tag, an hobby tag, and a life stage tag;
the base label comprises one or more of name, age, gender, cultural degree, occupation and income;
the life label comprises one or more of a room, a room without, a vehicle with and a vehicle without;
the life stage label is a marriage stage, a childbearing stage or a pregnancy stage.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the property transaction database includes one or more of a customer's identification number, loan information, property information, and property deal amount.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step S1 is preceded by:
when a house property transaction database is constructed, a mobile phone number, an IMEI number or an app account number are used as customer identifications; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
when the customer portrait is constructed, a mobile phone number, an IMEI number of the handheld device or an app account number is used as a customer identifier.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the house source information to be sold comprises one or more of opening time, house type, building area, floor, cell periphery, opening price and cell selling point.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein when the preset house source condition is that the number of bedrooms in the house source information to be sold is greater than a first preset threshold value and the area is greater than a second preset threshold value, the customer retrieval condition is that a house property with the number of bedrooms smaller than or equal to the first preset threshold value is purchased in a preset historical time period and the age of the customer is greater than a third preset threshold value; or,
and when the preset house source condition is that the area in the house source information to be sold is smaller than a fourth preset threshold value, the customer retrieval condition is that the age is in a preset age range, the customer is in a love and marriage stage, has no house, has good credit and has income more than a fifth preset threshold value.
7. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step of retrieving the first client meeting the client retrieval condition from the pre-constructed property transaction database and the pre-constructed client representation in step S2 specifically comprises:
retrieving a second customer satisfying a first customer retrieval sub-condition among the customer retrieval conditions from a pre-constructed property transaction database;
and searching the first client meeting the second client searching sub-condition in the client searching condition from the client image of the second client.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step S2 is further followed by:
and pushing the house source information to be sold to the first client.
9. A system for acquiring a customer source in a house property sale, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a display unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a client retrieval condition corresponding to a preset house source condition when house source information to be sold meets the preset house source condition; wherein, the preset room source condition and the client retrieval condition are stored in a pre-associated manner;
and the retrieval unit is used for retrieving the first client meeting the client retrieval condition from the pre-constructed real estate transaction database and/or the pre-constructed client portrait.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions that cause a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
