本发明公开一种多档位水龙头,包括壳体、阀芯、阀杆、固定法兰盘、旋转法兰盘、滤罩、水质检测器,壳体上设有进水端与出水端,阀芯为空心球状,其位于壳体内腔中,阀杆连接阀芯,并控制阀芯在壳体内腔中转动,实现壳体进水端通入的水流由出水端通出,所述固定法兰盘安装在其轴线与阀杆轴线重合的壳体顶端,且阀杆顶端贯穿固定法兰盘,同心连接设置在固定法兰盘上端面的旋转法兰盘,所述固定法兰盘上端面设有档位刻度线,所述旋转法兰盘设有与档位刻度线配合使用的指示箭头,所述滤罩设置在壳体上的出水端,所述水质检测器设置在壳体上的进水端。本发明结构简单、新颖,实现对水龙头流量的多档位控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种节水水龙头结构,具体是一种多档位水龙头。
背景技术
随着人类的进步和工农业生产的发展,水不再是取之不尽用之不竭的资源,而是人类社会正面临的紧缺资源。日益严重的水资源短缺和严重的水环境污染困扰着国计民生,而且已成为制约社会可持续发展的主要因素。因此,节约用水成为人类面临的重要课题。现有技术中,水龙头调节出水量,是通过把手带动阀杆及阀芯,在0°-90°范围内旋转,可无级调节出水量大小,结构简单,使用方便,但也存在不足之处。现有的水龙头往往不能快捷及准确调节到所需要的出水量,特别是人们经常会无意识将把手旋到底,从而使出水量最大,即使再往回调,但已造成水资源的浪费,特别是在一些每次用水量不大,但使用频率很高的地方,诸如公共场所,更需要准确、快捷调节出水量的水龙头,以节约水资源。因此,根据各个场所的供水水压的高低不同,用水方式、用途以及对水龙头的出水量要求不同,设计一种能够设定最大出水量的多档位调节水龙头/水阀,成为节约水资源的一个重要手段。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多档位水龙头,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种多档位水龙头,包括壳体、阀芯、阀杆、固定法兰盘、旋转法兰盘、滤罩、水质检测器,壳体上设有进水端与出水端,阀芯为空心球状,其位于壳体内腔中,阀杆连接阀芯,并控制阀芯在壳体内腔中转动,实现壳体进水端通入的水流由出水端通出,所述固定法兰盘安装在其轴线与阀杆轴线重合的壳体顶端,且阀杆顶端贯穿固定法兰盘,同心连接设置在固定法兰盘上端面的旋转法兰盘,所述固定法兰盘上端面设有档位刻度线,所述旋转法兰盘设有与档位刻度线配合使用的指示箭头,所述滤罩设置在壳体上的出水端,所述水质检测器设置在壳体上的进水端。
进一步的,所述水质检测器的探头贯穿壳体外壁伸入其进水端内部。
进一步的,通过旋转法兰盘转动,使阀杆控制阀芯在壳体内腔中转动,实现控制出水端水流的大小。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种多档位水龙头,其结构简单、新颖,通过通过旋转法兰盘转动,使阀杆控制阀芯在壳体内腔中转动,实现控制出水端水流的大小,而旋转法兰盘上设有与固定法兰盘上所设的档位刻度线配合使用的指示箭头,实现对水龙头流量的多档位控制,通过水质检测器,可检测壳体进水端流入的水流水质,通过滤罩,可对壳体出水端流出的水流进行过滤。

下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1~2所示,本发明提供一种多档位水龙头,包括壳体1、阀芯2、阀杆3、固定法兰盘4、旋转法兰盘5、滤罩6、水质检测器7,壳体1上设有进水端1-1与出水端1-2,阀芯2为空心球状,其位于壳体1内腔中,阀杆3连接阀芯2,并控制阀芯2在壳体1内腔中转动,实现壳体1进水端1-1通入的水流由出水端1-2通出,所述固定法兰盘4安装在其轴线与阀杆3轴线重合的壳体1顶端,且阀杆3顶端贯穿固定法兰盘4,同心连接设置在固定法兰盘4上端面的旋转法兰盘5,所述固定法兰盘4上端面设有档位刻度线8,所述旋转法兰盘5设有与档位刻度线8配合使用的指示箭头9,所述滤罩6设置在壳体1上的出水端1-2,所述水质检测器7设置在壳体1上的进水端1-1。
所述水质检测器7的探头贯穿壳体1外壁伸入其进水端1-1内部。
通过旋转法兰盘转动5,使阀杆3控制阀芯2在壳体1内腔中转动,实现控制出水端1-2水流的大小。
综合本发明的技术方案,其结构简单、新颖,通过手动旋转法兰盘5转动,使阀杆3控制阀芯2在壳体1内腔中转动,实现控制出水端1-2水流的大小,而旋转法兰盘5上设有与固定法兰盘4上所设的档位刻度线8配合使用的指示箭头9,实现对水龙头流量的多档位控制,通过水质检测器7,可检测壳体1进水端1-1流入的水流水质,通过滤罩6,可对壳体1出水端1-2流出的水流进行过滤。

1.一种多档位水龙头,其特征在于,包括壳体、阀芯、阀杆、固定法兰盘、旋转法兰盘、滤罩、水质检测器,壳体上设有进水端与出水端,阀芯为空心球状,其位于壳体内腔中,阀杆连接阀芯,并控制阀芯在壳体内腔中转动,实现壳体进水端通入的水流由出水端通出,所述固定法兰盘安装在其轴线与阀杆轴线重合的壳体顶端,且阀杆顶端贯穿固定法兰盘,同心连接设置在固定法兰盘上端面的旋转法兰盘,所述固定法兰盘上端面设有档位刻度线,所述旋转法兰盘设有与档位刻度线配合使用的指示箭头,所述滤罩设置在壳体上的出水端,所述水质检测器设置在壳体上的进水端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多档位水龙头,其特征在于,所述水质检测器的探头贯穿壳体外壁伸入其进水端内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多档位水龙头,其特征在于,通过旋转法兰盘转动,使阀杆控制阀芯在壳体内腔中转动,实现控制出水端水流的大小。
