The working principle is as follows: the gas tank 21 is used for delivering gas to the heater 13 through the gas pipe 23, the heater 13 burns natural gas to heat the hot gas tank 12, compressed air is stored into the hot gas tank 12 through the hot gas pipe 10, the compressed air in the hot gas tank 12 is heated and expanded, a compressed hot gas source is provided for the air motor 2 through the air pipe 11, the air motor 2 rotates to drive the impeller 3 to rotate, a large number of wind sources are generated through high-speed running of the air motor, a certain wind pressure is generated in the wind cavity 29, the effect of boosting the impeller is achieved, meanwhile, the compressed air is blown to the plane plates 90 of the fan blades together with the gas discharged by the air motor, the turntable is effectively pushed to rotate, and the purpose of recycling waste gas is achieved; in addition, compressed air from the air motor 2 is blown to the plane plate 90 of the fan blade through the exhaust port of the exhaust pipe 24, so that the fan blade mechanism can obtain the maximum force and rotate along the rotating shaft 18, the rotating shaft 18 rotates to finally drive the generator 8 to work, and the generator 8 continuously generates electricity; the turntable rotates to drive the air compressor 1 to work, and compressed air of the air compressor 1 provides an air source for the hot air tank 12.
