Abstract

本发明涉及抗菌毛巾织物及其制备方法。所述抗菌毛巾织物采用由纳米锌复合物、聚氨酯类粘合剂、渗透剂、物理抗菌整理剂和水组成的浸轧液进行处理来制备。本发明的抗菌毛巾能够对真菌和细菌起到有效的抑制作用且无毒副作用,不会引起皮肤过敏或不适等症状,能够实现短效和长效抑菌的性能,并且成本更低、用途更广泛。

抗菌毛巾织物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品领域。更特别地,本发明涉及抗菌毛巾织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,健康意识也随之不断增强;在消费的同时越来越多的人开始关注自己的健康问题,对公共卫生所带来的健康遗患也越来越重视。早在2007年,商务部、卫生部就联合发布了关于《美容美发场所卫生规范》、《沐浴场所卫生规范》和《住宿业卫生规范》等服务业的卫生规范条例,其中明确规定毛巾等公共用品,要做到一客一换一消毒。然而尽管如此,美容美发、足疗洗浴、酒店宾馆等服务行业的公共卫生诟病依然普遍存在,其中毛巾这一不可或缺的生活用品也成为了各种已知、未知流行疾病的传播媒介之一。而无菌毛巾的出现则是顺应市场需求。它解决了服务业毛巾共用卫生隐患这一难题颠覆了传统服务业公共毛巾的使用观念。因此,开发一种具备优良抗菌性能的抗菌毛巾具有重要的意义。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种抗菌毛巾织物及其制备方法。
在一个方面中,本发明涉及一种抗菌毛巾织物的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)配制浸轧液;
(2)将浸轧液注入浸轧机的浸轧槽中,然后将毛巾通过进布装置导入至浸轧槽内;
(3)调节轧车压力0.1-0.5MPa,进行毛巾浸轧工艺处理;
(4)对毛巾进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100-120℃。
在优选的实施方式中,浸轧液配制步骤如下:称取纳米锌复合物溶于水中,形成A溶液;称取聚氨酯类粘合剂、渗透剂和物理抗菌整理剂加入至A溶液中,搅拌5-10min,混合均匀后形成B溶液;加入剩余用量的水至B溶液中,搅拌混合均匀,获得浸轧液。
在优选的实施方式中,所述浸轧液各组分含量如下:
纳米锌复合物为50-200g/L,优选60-150g/L,更优选80-100g/L;
聚氨酯类粘合剂为10-50g/L,优选20-30g/L;
渗透剂为10-50g/L,优选20-30g/L;
物理抗菌整理剂为10-100g/L,优选10-50g/L,更优选10-20g/L。
在优选的实施方式中,所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
在优选的实施方式中,所述物理抗菌整理剂为季铵盐类阳离子聚合物,优选为WS-8810。
在优选的实施方式中,浸轧工艺处理后的毛巾带液量为30-75%,优选50-70%。
在优选的实施方式中,100 kg浸轧液处理150-300kg毛巾。
在另一个方面中,本发明涉及采用如上所述制备方法制备获得的抗菌毛巾织物。
本发明所使用的纳米锌复合物及其制备方法参见CN104014814A,在这里通过参考将其全部内容并入本文。纳米锌是一种多功能性的新型无机材料。由于晶粒的细微化,其表面电子结构和晶体结构发生变化,产生了宏观物体所不具有的表面效应、体积效应、量子尺寸效应和宏观隧道效应以及高透明度、高分散性等特点。纳米锌的突出特点在于产品粒子为纳米级,同时具有纳米材料和传统氧化锌的双重特性。纳米锌材料热稳定性好,能够吸附、抑制和杀死细菌,具有抗菌效果好、时效长、安全性高、价格合理等特点,在口服急毒性、皮肤刺激、敏感性实验中证实,具有高度安全性与抗菌长效能力。
本发明的抗菌毛巾能够对真菌和细菌起到有效的抑制作用且无毒副作用,不会引起皮肤过敏或不适等症状,能够实现短效和长效抑菌的性能,并且成本更低、用途更广泛。
具体实施方式
下文将对本发明的实施例进行进一步的描述,其中,各实施例仅为本发明示例性的实施方式,并不意图构成对本发明范围的限定。本领域技术人员可以根据上文的说明以及下文对实施例的描述作出多种不同的改进和变形,其均不会背离本发明的精神和实质。据此,本发明的范围仅意图通过各项权利要求所要求保护的范围来进行限定。
抗菌毛巾织物制备方法如下:
(1)配制浸轧液;
(2)将浸轧液注入浸轧机的浸轧槽中,然后将毛巾通过进布装置导入至浸轧槽内;
(3)调节轧车压力0.2-0.3MPa,进行毛巾浸轧工艺处理;
(4)对毛巾进行烘干处理,烘干温度为120℃。
其中,浸轧液配制步骤如下:称取纳米锌复合物溶于水中,形成A溶液;称取聚氨酯类粘合剂、渗透剂和WS-8810加入至A溶液中,搅拌5-10min,混合均匀后形成B溶液;加入剩余用量的水至B溶液中,搅拌混合均匀,获得浸轧液。
100 kg浸轧液处理200kg毛巾。
实施例1:浸轧液中纳米锌复合物为50 g/L,聚氨酯类粘合剂为10 g/L,渗透剂为10 g/L,WS-8810为35 g/L。浸轧工艺处理后的毛巾带液量为50%。
实施例2:浸轧液中纳米锌复合物为60 g/L,聚氨酯类粘合剂为15 g/L,渗透剂为15g/L,WS-8810为20g/L。浸轧工艺处理后的毛巾带液量为70%。
实施例3:浸轧液中纳米锌复合物为80 g/L,聚氨酯类粘合剂为20 g/L,渗透剂为20 g/L,WS-8810为20 g/L。浸轧工艺处理后的毛巾带液量为60%。
实施例4:浸轧液中纳米锌复合物为100 g/L,聚氨酯类粘合剂为30 g/L,渗透剂为25 g/L,WS-8810为10 g/L。浸轧工艺处理后的毛巾带液量为65%。
采用FZ/T 62015-2009对实施例1-4制备得到的抗菌毛巾织物进行抑菌率测试,结果见下表。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗菌毛巾织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)配制浸轧液;
(2)将浸轧液注入浸轧机的浸轧槽中,然后将毛巾通过进布装置导入至浸轧槽内;
(3)调节轧车压力0.1-0.5MPa,进行毛巾浸轧工艺处理;
(4)对毛巾进行烘干处理,烘干温度为100-120℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:浸轧液配制步骤如下:称取纳米锌复合物溶于水中,形成A溶液;称取聚氨酯类粘合剂、渗透剂和物理抗菌整理剂加入至A溶液中,搅拌5-10min,混合均匀后形成B溶液;加入剩余用量的水至B溶液中,搅拌混合均匀,获得浸轧液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述浸轧液各组分含量如下:
纳米锌复合物为50-200g/L,优选60-150g/L,更优选80-100g/L;
聚氨酯类粘合剂为10-50g/L,优选20-30g/L;
渗透剂为10-50g/L,优选20-30g/L;
物理抗菌整理剂为10-100g/L,优选10-50g/L,更优选10-20g/L。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
5.根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述物理抗菌整理剂为季铵盐类阳离子聚合物,优选为WS-8810。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:浸轧工艺处理后的毛巾带液量为30-75%,优选50-70%。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于:100 kg浸轧液处理150-300kg毛巾。
8.一种抗菌毛巾织物,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1至7任一项所述的制备方法制备获得。
