Abstract

一种具有改进提花片复位机构的针织圆机,包括针筒、圆周分布在针筒外周面且竖直延伸的插片槽、部分插设在插片槽中的插片,相邻两插片之间围成针槽,其特征在于:所述针筒外周面形成有环形凹槽,插片将环形凹槽分隔成多个安装槽,安装槽中安装有用于使提花片复位的复位弹簧,本发明巧妙地利用插片对环形凹槽进行分隔,从而形成多个用于安装复位弹簧的安装槽,该安装槽的设置只需在原有针筒的外周面加工环形凹槽即可,而无需像加工插片槽那样需要繁琐的加工,另外复位弹簧选择条形弹片可方便于组装,条形弹片的两端设置成弯折支撑环也是为了便于条形弹片的拆装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种针筒及针织圆机。
背景技术
公知的,针织圆机,包括针筒、圆周分布在针筒外周面且竖直延伸的插片槽、部分插设在插片槽中的插片,相邻两插片之间围成针槽,提花片活动设置在针槽中,为了保证提花片的复位通常会设置复位三角或者在提花片上设置弹片,该弹片与提花片一体成型,但是提花片设置弹片会影响提花片的顺畅动作,而复位三角无法适用于各种机型。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有改进提花片复位机构的针织圆机及针筒,通过在针筒上设置安装槽和复位弹簧使提花片准确复位。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:
一种具有改进提花片复位机构的针织圆机,包括针筒、圆周分布在针筒外周面且竖直延伸的插片槽、部分插设在插片槽中的插片,相邻两插片之间围成针槽,其特征在于:所述针筒外周面形成有环形凹槽,插片将环形凹槽分隔成多个安装槽,安装槽中安装有用于使提花片复位的复位弹簧。
所述插片槽的局部深度设置成使所述插片可以完全隔断环形凹槽。
所述安装槽为矩形,所述复位弹簧为中间拱起凸出所述安装槽之外的条形弹片,条形弹片的两端支撑在所述安装槽槽底的两端。
所述条形弹片的两端分别形成弯折支撑环。
一种针筒,包括圆周分布在针筒外周面且竖直延伸的插片槽、部分插设在插片槽中的插片,相邻两插片之间围成针槽,其特征在于:所述针筒外周面形成有环形凹槽,插片将环形凹槽分隔成多个安装槽,安装槽中安装有用于使提花片复位的复位弹簧。
所述插片槽的局部深度设置成使所述插片可以完全隔断环形凹槽。
所述安装槽为矩形,所述复位弹簧为中间拱起凸出所述安装槽之外的条形弹片,条形弹片的两端支撑在所述安装槽槽底的两端。
所述条形弹片的两端分别形成弯折支撑环。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明巧妙地利用插片对环形凹槽进行分隔,从而形成多个用于安装复位弹簧的安装槽,该安装槽的设置只需在原有针筒的外周面加工环形凹槽即可,而无需像加工插片槽那样需要繁琐的加工,另外复位弹簧选择条形弹片可方便于组装,条形弹片的两端设置成弯折支撑环也是为了便于条形弹片的拆装。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2所示,一种具有改进提花片复位机构的针织圆机,包括针筒1、圆周分布在针筒1外周面且竖直延伸的插片槽11、部分插设在插片槽11中的插片4,相邻两插片4之间围成针槽。
针筒1外周面形成有环形凹槽12,插片4将环形凹槽12分隔成多个安装槽12A,安装槽12A中安装有用于使提花片3复位的复位弹簧,插片槽11的局部深度设置成使插片4可以完全隔断环形凹槽12,即在环形凹槽12的区域,插片槽11的深度大于环形凹槽12的深度。
安装槽12A为矩形,复位弹簧为中间拱起凸出安装槽12A之外的条形弹片2,条形弹片2的两端支撑在安装槽12A槽底的两端,条形弹片2的两端分别形成弯折支撑环21。
