Abstract

本发明公开了一种建筑内墙复合涂料的制备方法,其技术方案包括:首先,在一定量水溶液中,加入离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇及硅藻土,水浴控温、搅拌一段时间,加入异丙醇铝,搅拌反应一段时间,得到复合物A;其次,向复合物A中,滴加钛酸丁酯,搅拌均匀,转移至反应釜中进行水热反应,控制反应温度和时间,制得复合物B;最后,向水性乳液中添加复合物B,搅拌均匀,制得建筑内墙复合涂料C。该建筑内墙复合涂料复合了离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、硅藻土、纳米勃姆石、纳米二氧化钛及水性乳液,能有效吸附并去除空气中有毒有害气体,如甲醛、甲苯、臭味等,其耐候性好、不易开裂、绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保涂料领域,具体涉及一种建筑内墙复合涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
建筑内墙涂料,由于其施工简易、美观大方,在家居、办公等装饰中起着重要的作用,但是一些不合格的产品,出现了很多危害人体健康的问题,例如:不合格涂料释放甲醛、挥发性有机物VOC等,从而刺激人的皮肤、呼吸道、致突变性,甚至发生癌变等。如何获得安全、绿色、环保、持久、耐候的建筑内墙涂料,已经成为建筑领域的研究热点。
离子液体是一种液态的,由阴、阳离子组成的盐,部分离子液体具有表面活性剂功能,CN 103168026A报道了包含多官能阳离子的可聚合离子液体及抗静电涂料。化学制备技术,具有成本低廉、产品结构、功能可以调控等特点,在制备多组分、多功能复合材料领域,具有独特优势。
因此,寻找一种绿色环保的建筑内墙复合涂料,已成为环保建材领域的一种迫切需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种建筑内墙复合涂料的制备方法,结合化学合成技术的优势,快速批量制备复合离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、硅藻土、纳米勃姆石、纳米二氧化钛及水性乳液的建筑内墙复合涂料。
本发明的技术方案:首先,在一定量水溶液中,加入离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇及硅藻土,水浴控温、搅拌一段时间,加入异丙醇铝,搅拌反应一段时间,得到复合物A;其次,向复合物A中,滴加钛酸丁酯,搅拌均匀,转移至反应釜中进行水热反应,控制反应温度和时间,制得复合物B;最后,向水性乳液中添加复合物B,搅拌均匀,制得建筑内墙复合涂料C。
其中,离子液体作为新型的表面活性剂,聚乙烯醇作为粘结剂,聚乙二醇作为分散剂,硅藻土作为无机吸附材料,异丙醇铝在水解过程中,与离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇及硅藻土相互作用,形成复合离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、硅藻土、纳米勃姆石的复合物A;复合物A与钛酸丁酯偶联作用,在水热条件下反应,形成含有离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、硅藻土、纳米勃姆石、纳米二氧化钛的复合物B;含有多官能团的复合物B与水性乳液搅拌均匀,形成建筑内墙复合涂料C。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有显著优点:其一、该建筑内墙复合涂料复合了离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、硅藻土、纳米勃姆石、纳米二氧化钛及水性乳液,能有效吸附并去除空气中有毒有害气体,如甲醛、甲苯、臭味等;其二、该建筑内墙复合涂料耐候性好、不易开裂、绿色环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例说明本发明的技术解决方案,这些实施例不能理解为对技术方案的限制。
实施例1:依以下具体步骤制备一种建筑内墙复合涂料。
步骤1、向100mL水溶液中,加入20g离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐、1g聚乙烯醇、0.6g聚乙二醇PEG-4000及2g硅藻土,水浴控温80oC,搅拌1h,加入4g异丙醇铝,继续搅拌反应24h,得到复合物A;
步骤2、向复合物A中,滴加10g异钛酸丁酯,搅拌1h至均匀,转移至反应釜中进行水热反应,反应温度控制150oC,时间控制10h,制得复合物B;
步骤3、向500g水性纯丙烯酸乳液中,添加50g复合物B,搅拌2h至均匀,制得建筑内墙复合涂料C。
实施例2:依以下具体步骤制备一种建筑内墙复合涂料。
步骤1、向100mL水溶液中,加入20g离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐、3g聚乙烯醇、2g聚乙二醇PEG-10000及8g硅藻土,水浴控温85oC,搅拌2h,加入10g异丙醇铝,继续搅拌反应48h,得到复合物A;
步骤2、向复合物A中,滴加20g正钛酸丁酯,搅拌2h至均匀,转移至反应釜中进行水热反应,反应温度控制180oC,时间控制6h,制得复合物B;
步骤3、向500g水性硅丙烯酸乳液中,添加150g复合物B,搅拌4h至均匀,制得建筑内墙复合涂料C。
实施例3:依以下具体步骤制备一种建筑内墙复合涂料。
步骤1、向100mL水溶液中,加入20g离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐、2g聚乙烯醇、1g聚乙二醇PEG-6000及5g硅藻土,水浴控温83oC,搅拌1.5h,加入6g异丙醇铝,继续搅拌反应36h,得到复合物A;
步骤2、向复合物A中,滴加20g异钛酸丁酯,搅拌1.5h至均匀,转移至反应釜中进行水热反应,反应温度控制160oC,时间控制8h,制得复合物B;
步骤3、向500g水性醋丙烯酸乳液中,添加80g复合物B,搅拌3h至均匀,制得建筑内墙复合涂料C。

Claims (4)

1.在一种建筑内墙复合涂料的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
第一步、向一定量水溶液中,加入离子液体、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇PEG及硅藻土,水浴控温80oC -85oC,搅拌1h-2h,加入异丙醇铝,继续搅拌反应24h-48h,得到复合物A,其中,离子液体占水的质量比例控制20%,聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇PEG、硅藻土及异丙醇铝占离子液体的质量比例分别为5%-15%、3%-10%、10%-40%和20%-50%;
第二步、向复合物A中,滴加钛酸丁酯,搅拌1h-2h至均匀,转移至反应釜中进行水热反应,反应温度控制150oC -180oC,时间控制6h-10h,制得复合物B,其中,钛酸丁酯占复合物A中水的质量比例控制10%-20%;
第三步、向一定量水性乳液中,添加复合物B,搅拌2h-4h至均匀,制得建筑内墙复合涂料C,其中,复合物B占水性乳液的质量比例控制10%-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑内墙复合涂料的制备方法,其特征是:所述的复合物A中,离子液体选用1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐或1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑甲磺酸盐,PEG分子量控制4000-10000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑内墙复合涂料的制备方法,其特征是:所述的复合物B中,钛酸丁酯选用正钛酸丁酯或异钛酸丁酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑内墙复合涂料的制备方法,其特征是:所述的建筑内墙复合涂料C中,水性乳液选用纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液或醋丙乳液。
