In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the sealing cap 2 is provided with a sealing ring 21 having a U-shaped cross section in the circumferential direction, the sealing ring 21 is made of elastic rubber, and when the cylinder 1 is filled with compressed air, the U-shaped elastic rubber sealing ring 21 expands outwards to seal the gap between the upper end of the cylinder 1 and the sealing cap 2, so as to ensure that sufficient pressure exists in the cylinder 1 to squeeze out the engine oil in the oil tank.
The following specifically describes the use process of the portable oiling machine provided by the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 2, the sealing cap 2 is opened to open the upper end of the cylinder 1;
as shown in fig. 3, the oil suction pipe 52 is moved upward so as not to affect the rotation of the cantilever 51;
as shown in fig. 4, the cantilever 51 is driven by the connecting arm 7 to rotate and move out of the cylinder 1, and drives the flange seat 6 connected to one end of the cantilever 51 and the oil suction pipe 52 penetrating through the flange seat 6 to move out of the cylinder 1, at this time, no shielding object exists at the upper end of the cylinder 1;
as shown in fig. 5, the original oil storage and transportation barrel 20 is placed into the barrel 1 from the upper end of the barrel 1, and the original oil storage and transportation barrel 20 is driven by the turntable 11 to rotate until the oil port of the original oil storage and transportation barrel 20 is opposite to the position where the oil suction pipe 52 is inserted into the barrel 1;
as shown in fig. 6, the position of the oil suction pipe 52 is adjusted so that the cantilever 51 is not influenced by contact with the original oil storage and transportation barrel 20 to rotate into the barrel 1, then the cantilever 51 is rotated into the barrel 1, at this time, the telescopic head 511 arranged at the other end of the cantilever 51 retracts under the blocking action of the side wall of the barrel 1 and presses the spring 513, when the telescopic head 511 of the cantilever 51 corresponds to the oil outlet pipe 3, the side wall of the telescopic head 511 is provided with a hole communicated with the oil outlet pipe 3, therefore, the telescopic head 511 loses the blocking action of the side wall and stretches out and inserts into the oil outlet pipe 3 under the elastic action of the spring 513 to enable the oil delivery pipe to be communicated with the oil outlet pipe 3, then the oil suction pipe 52 is inserted into the original oil storage and transportation barrel 20, finally the sealing cover 2 is covered at the upper end of the barrel 1 and locked on the barrel 1 through a hook lock, and the oiling machine can be in a state ready for use;
when engine oil is added, compressed air is introduced into the cylinder body 1 through the inlet pipe 4, the pressure in the cylinder body 1 is increased, engine oil in the original engine oil storage and transportation cylinder 20 flows into the oil outlet pipe 3 through the oil outlet 521 and the oil conveying pipeline in sequence under the action of the pressure, and is discharged through the outlet of the oil outlet pipe 3, in the process, the barometer 9 is observed, the amount of the compressed air entering the cylinder body 1 is controlled through the air pressure regulator 42 to adjust the air pressure, so that the flow speed of the engine oil is controlled to adapt to the aperture of the oil hole in the engine body of different models, the flow speed requirement when the engine oil is filled is met, and if the air pressure is too high, the safety valve 8 can automatically release pressure to improve the safety performance of a convenient oiling machine; when the oil quantity is observed through the flowmeter and the required quantity is reached, the air source is cut off through the air pressure switch 41 to finish the oiling work, so that the oiling work is extremely convenient;
after the operation is completed, the convenient oiling machine can be pushed to a storage place for storage through the roller 102 arranged on the base 10 and the handle 1011 arranged on the protective shell 101, so that the next use is convenient.
In summary, the convenient oiling machine provided by the invention can directly use the original oil storage and transportation barrel, so that the possibility of pollution of the engine oil due to the replacement process of the engine oil barrel is reduced; the cylinder body is sealed by the sealing cover, so that impurities and dust in the external environment are prevented from entering the cylinder;
according to the convenient oiling machine provided by the invention, the ingress pipe for introducing compressed air is arranged, the compressed air is used as a power source, engine oil is led into the engine through the oil outlet pipe under the positive pressure condition, the operation is convenient, the labor force of workers is reduced, meanwhile, the engine oil scattering is reduced, and the flow speed of the engine oil can be controlled by adjusting the pressure, so that the requirement of the oil hole diameter in the engine body of different models on the flow speed when the engine oil is filled is met;
according to the convenient oiling machine provided by the invention, the telescopic head is arranged, so that the connection between the cantilever and the oil outlet pipe is simple and convenient;
according to the convenient oiling machine provided by the invention, the turntable is arranged in the cylinder body, so that the oil port of the original oil storage and transportation cylinder can be conveniently moved to a position opposite to the oil suction pipe;
according to the convenient oiling machine provided by the invention, the rollers are arranged on the base, so that the convenient oiling machine is simple and easy to move.

the cylinder body is of a hollow structure with an open upper end and a closed bottom end, the hollow structure forms a containing part for containing a barrel for storing and transporting engine oil, the upper end of the cylinder body is pivoted with a sealing cover, and the side wall of the cylinder body is hermetically communicated with an oil outlet pipe and an ingress pipe for introducing compressed air;
the oil absorption assembly comprises a cantilever and an oil absorption pipe, the cantilever is axially provided with an oil pipeline, one end of the cantilever is pivoted to the upper part of the inner wall of the cylinder body, the other end of the cantilever can be communicated with the oil pipeline in a sealing way, the oil absorption pipe can be connected to the cantilever in a vertically movable way, the upper end of the oil absorption pipe is closed, the lower end of the oil absorption pipe is open, and the upper part of the oil absorption pipe is provided with an oil outlet which can be communicated with the oil pipeline.

the other end of the cantilever is axially provided with a containing cavity with the inner diameter larger than that of the oil pipeline, a step is formed at the joint of the containing cavity and the oil pipeline, a telescopic head capable of stretching is arranged in the containing cavity, the telescopic head is of a hollow structure with two open ends, the cantilever is communicated with the oil pipeline through the telescopic head, and a spring is arranged between the telescopic head and the step.
