Abstract
The invention provides a safety belt device of a vehicle, and relates to a vehicle seat. The seatbelt apparatus includes: a first harness member for wearing by a pregnant woman or by an ordinary passenger, the first harness member being mounted within a seat back of the seat; the first safety belt piece is independently used or is combined with the buckling butt joint part, so that the safety belt device can be mutually converted between a wearing state of a pregnant woman and a wearing state of a common passenger. The seat belt device of the vehicle of the present invention has the adjusting unit capable of converting the first seat belt element into the wearing state for the pregnant woman or the wearing state for the ordinary passenger, and the second seat belt element capable of being hidden in the seat, so that the seat belt device can be converted between the wearing state for the pregnant woman and the wearing state for the ordinary passenger, and the seat belt device can be fully used.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat, and more particularly, to a seatbelt apparatus for a vehicle.
Background
Vehicle safety belts are important devices for protecting passengers. For the pregnant women taking the two vehicles, the pregnant women need to wear special safety belts due to the body shapes of the pregnant women and the reasons of the pregnant women. Moreover, the safety belt worn by the pregnant woman can be required to avoid the fetus when the vehicle is braked emergently, so that the pregnant woman and the fetus can be effectively protected.
At present, the safety belt of the pregnant woman is not matched with a vehicle seat generally, but is configured afterwards so as to increase the effective protection of the pregnant woman and the fetus, and the safety belt configured afterwards can effectively protect the pregnant woman and the fetus to a certain extent.
However, the safety belts are only suitable for pregnant women, and the pregnant women are idle after using the safety belts, so that the use rate of the safety belts is low; also, because such harnesses are rear-mounted, they cannot be fully mated in an abutting relationship with a seat in the vehicle body.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a seatbelt apparatus for a vehicle.
A further object of the present invention is to enable a seatbelt apparatus to be switched between a wearing state for a pregnant woman and a wearing state for a general passenger, so that the seatbelt apparatus is fully used.

Detailed Description
The left and right in each of the following embodiments correspond to the left and right sides of a passenger seated normally on the seat 3 shown in any one of fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a seat belt apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention in a wearing state by a pregnant woman, and as shown in fig. 1, the seat belt apparatus of a vehicle according to the embodiment may include: a first seatbelt 1, a snap abutment 24 and a seat 3 to which the seatbelt device is mounted. The first harness member 1 may be worn by a pregnant woman or a general passenger, and the first harness member 1 may be installed in the seat back 32 of the seat 3. It is to be noted that the ordinary passenger as described herein and hereinafter is mainly distinguished from the passengers of pregnant women, such as the elderly, children, men, and women who are not pregnant.
Fig. 3 is a schematic perspective view of a first general passenger wearing state of the seatbelt apparatus, and fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view of a second general passenger wearing state of the seatbelt apparatus. The description is made with reference to fig. 1, 3, and 4. The engagement abutment 24 may be provided at a seat cushion 31 of the seat 3, and the seatbelt device may be mutually converted between a wearing state of a pregnant woman and a wearing state of a general passenger by a single use of the first seatbelt piece 1 or a combined use thereof with the engagement abutment 24.
The safety belt device can be used by pregnant women and ordinary passengers, so that the utilization rate of the safety belt device is greatly increased compared with the existing safety belt special for the pregnant women. In contrast to the conventional maternity harness in which the first harness 1 is disposed at the rear, the first harness 1 is attached to the seat back 32, and the engagement abutment 24 is attached to the seat cushion 31. The arrangement realizes that the safety belt device can be completely matched with the seat 3 in the vehicle body in a butt joint mode. In this way, on the one hand, the reliability of the restraint capability of the safety belt device on the pregnant woman during emergency braking of the vehicle is greatly increased; on the other hand, after the safety belt device is matched with the seat 3, the environment in the vehicle is more beautiful and unique, and the comfort of passengers is improved.
Turning back to fig. 1 for further explanation, the first harness component 1 may comprise a left chest strap 11 and a right chest strap 12. In the wearing state of the pregnant woman, the left chest belt 11 and the right chest belt 12 may be in an X shape and may be fixedly connected at the node of the X shape, thereby restraining the chest of the pregnant woman. In an embodiment not shown, the first harness element 1 may further comprise two vertically arranged chest straps, and may be configured to restrain the chest of the pregnant woman by restraining the arms of the pregnant woman, respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, the first safety belt member 1 may have other specific structures as long as the first safety belt member 1 can effectively restrain the chest of the pregnant woman. In a wearing state of a common passenger, the left chest strap 11 may be fixedly connected to the fastening butt-joint portion 24, or the left chest strap 11 and the right chest strap 12 may be respectively and fixedly connected to the corresponding fastening butt-joint portion 24, so as to restrain the common passenger.
As will be described with reference to fig. 1, the two engagement abutment portions 24 may be provided on the left and right sides of the seat 3. The first harness member 1 may further include a first fastening component, which may include a first left fastening component 111 mounted on the left chest strap 11 and a first right fastening component 121 mounted on the right chest strap 12. When the pregnant woman wears the chest strap, the first left buckling piece 111 can be buckled and fixedly connected with the first right buckling piece 121, so that the left chest strap 11 and the right chest strap 12 can be connected in an X shape and can restrain the chest of the pregnant woman.

When the wearing state of the safety belt device is changed into the wearing state of a common passenger by a pregnant woman, the chest belt retractor 14 can enable the left chest belt 11 or the right chest belt 12 to be opposite to the chair back 32 to be extended, so that the buckling butt joint part 24 can be buckled with the left chest belt 11 or the right chest belt 12, and the common passenger can be restrained.
In order to further cooperate with the chest belt retractor 14, as shown in fig. 1, a left chest belt guide portion 321 and a right chest belt guide portion 322 may be installed on both sides of the top end of the seat back 32, and both the left chest belt guide portion 321 and the right chest belt guide portion 322 may be provided with guide holes for the left chest belt 11 and the right chest belt 12 to pass through, respectively. Continuing from fig. 1 to fig. 2, regarding the specific structure of the chest strap retractor 14, as shown in fig. 2, the chest strap retractor 14 may have a left retracting portion 141 and a right retracting portion 142, and both ends of the left chest strap 11 may be retracted into the left retracting portion 141, so that both ends of the left chest strap 11 may be extended or shortened at the same time; both ends of the right chest band 12 may be wound around the right winding part 142 so that both ends of the right chest band 12 may be extended or shortened at the same time.
The left furling part 141 and the right furling part 142 may be consistent in structure and symmetrically arranged. Therefore, the fetus can be better protected, and the pregnant woman can not be injured by the safety belt, so that the protection effect on the pregnant woman and the fetus is greatly improved.
The second seatbelt member 2 may be disposed at the center of the top surface of the seat cushion 31. The center may be provided with a protrusion outlet of the left leg band 21 and the right leg band 22. The outlet may be a soft depression formed at the outer skin layer and the foam layer of the seat cushion 31. And a hard guide hole is arranged at the bottom end of the pit, and the hard guide hole can be the outlet.
In an embodiment not shown, when the seat belt device is worn by an ordinary passenger, the left leg strap 21 and the right leg strap 22 can be extended and fixed at the edge of the seat cushion 31 by fastening, clamping, strong magnet attraction, self-adhesive tape bonding, or the like. For example, the left leg strap 21 and the right leg strap 22 may be extended and fixed at the center of the front edge of the seat cushion 31 so as to obstruct the movement of the legs of the ordinary passenger as little as possible.
The second safety belt 2 may further include a second fastening component, the second fastening component includes a second left fastening component installed at the outer end of the left leg belt 21 and a second right fastening component installed at the outer end of the right leg belt 22, and the second left fastening component and the second right fastening component may be fastened and fixedly connected to the corresponding fastening butt-joint portion 24, so that the left leg belt 21 and the right leg belt 22 restrain the leg of the pregnant woman.
Continuing with FIG. 2, the leg band receiver 23 can extend or retract the left leg band 21 simultaneously with the right leg band 22. On one hand, as long as the left leg strap 21 or the right leg strap 22 is pulled out, the other right leg strap 22 or the left leg strap 21 synchronously extends out, so that the seat belt device can be quickly changed from a common passenger wearing state to a pregnant woman wearing state. On the other hand, during emergency braking of the vehicle, the leg band rolling member 23 can make the left leg band 21 and the right leg band 22 quickly tightened at the same time, so that the legs of the pregnant woman can be restrained quickly in time, thereby protecting the legs of the pregnant woman.
In other embodiments, the second seat belt element 2 may also be of other specific configurations. As long as the second harness member 2 can restrain the leg of the pregnant woman and does not obstruct the seating of the ordinary passenger on the seat 3.
Regarding the fastening method, the first left fastener 111, the second right fastener and the fastening butt-joint portion 24 on the left side of the seat 3 may be latch structures. The first right fastener 121, the second left fastener and the fastening and abutting portion 24 on the right side of the seat 3 may be latch abutting members. The clamping tongue structure can be buckled and butted with the clamping tongue butting piece.
In an embodiment, not shown, the engagement interfacing portion 24 may be provided with an identification circuit, which may cause the left leg band 21 and the right leg band 22 to be tightened by controlling the leg band receiver 23 when a vehicle collision occurs, and the identification circuit may be set in a communication state when the engagement interfacing portion 24 is engaged with the corresponding left leg band 21 or right leg band 22.
The use method of the safety belt device comprises the following steps:

The first left fastener 111 and the first right fastener 121 are fastened and fixedly connected to enable the left chest strap 11 and the right chest strap 12 to be connected in an X shape, so that the chest of a pregnant woman is restrained. The position of the chest strap abutting part 132 at the top and middle part of the guiding part 131 can be adjusted to be convenient for pregnant women of different gestational ages to wear or to be suitable for different sitting postures of the pregnant women. And drawing out the left leg belt 21 and the right leg belt 22, and fixedly fastening the second left fastener and the second right fastener with the corresponding fastening butting parts 24, so that the left leg belt 21 and the right leg belt 22 can restrain the legs of the pregnant woman and the wearing is finished.
Use method for converting wearing state of pregnant woman into wearing state of common passenger
The control leg band roll 23 retracts the left leg band 21 and the right leg band 22 into the leg band roll 23. Sliding the chest strap abutting portion 132 on the left (right) side of the seat 3 to the bottom end of the guiding portion 131, wherein the first left fastening member 111 is fixedly fastened to the fastening abutting portion 24 on the right side of the seat 3, or the first left fastening member 111 and the first right fastening member 121 are fixedly fastened to the fastening abutting portion 24 on the right side of the seat 3 and the fastening abutting portion 24 on the left side of the seat 3, respectively, the left chest strap 11 or the right chest strap 12 between the first left fastening member 111 or the first right fastening member 121 and the corresponding chest strap abutting portion 132 restrains the abdomen of the ordinary passenger, and the other section of the left chest strap 11 or the right chest strap 12 restrains the body above the waist of the ordinary passenger.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
Claims (7)
1. A seatbelt apparatus for a vehicle, characterized by comprising:
a first harness element (1) for wearing by a pregnant woman or by a common passenger, said first harness element (1) being mounted in a seat back (32) of a seat (3) of said vehicle;
a buckling butt-joint part (24) arranged on a seat cushion (31) of the seat (3), and the first safety belt piece (1) is used alone or in combination with the buckling butt-joint part (24) to enable the safety belt device to be mutually switched between a wearing state of a pregnant woman and a wearing state of a common passenger; and
the second safety belt piece (2) is mounted in the seat cushion (31) and can extend or retract relative to the seat cushion (31) through the second safety belt piece (2), so that the second safety belt piece (2) can restrain the legs of a pregnant woman and can be hidden in the seat cushion (31), and when the legs of the pregnant woman are restrained, the second safety belt piece (2) is fixedly connected with the buckling butt joint part (24);
the first safety belt piece (1) comprises a left chest belt (11) and a right chest belt (12), wherein in a wearing state of a pregnant woman, the left chest belt (11) and the right chest belt (12) are in an X shape and are fixedly connected at a node of the X shape to restrain the chest of the pregnant woman;
the first harness part (1) further comprises two height adjusters (13), wherein the two height adjusters (13) are arranged corresponding to the left chest strap (12) and the right chest strap (11),
wherein, in the wearing state of the pregnant woman, the heightening device (13) can adjust the distance between the two bottom ends of the X shape and the seat cushion (31); in a common passenger wearing state, the height adjuster (13) can enable the bottom of the left chest belt (12) or the right chest belt (11) to be close to the seat cushion (31) so that the left chest belt (12) or the right chest belt (11) can restrain the abdomen of the common passenger;
the height adjuster (13) comprises:
a chest strap interface (132) that mates with the left chest strap (12) or the right chest strap (11), respectively; and
a guide part (131) mounted on the side wall of the seat (3), wherein the guide part (131) is matched with the chest belt butt-joint part (132), and the distance between the two bottom ends of the X shape and the seat cushion (31) is adjusted by changing the position of the chest belt butt-joint part (132) relative to the guide part (131) in the wearing state of the pregnant woman, so that the pregnant women with different gestational ages can wear the pregnant woman conveniently; in a normal passenger wearing state, moving the chest strap docking portion (132) to the bottom of the guide portion (131) so that the left chest strap (12) or the right chest strap (11) can restrain the abdomen of a normal passenger;
the guide parts (131) are arranged at the side parts of the chair back (32), each guide part (131) is provided with a long-strip-shaped groove body (133), the long-strip-shaped groove bodies (133) are arranged along the vertical direction of the chair back (32),
the chest strap butt joint part (132) is matched with the left chest strap (11) or the right chest strap (12), and the chest strap butt joint part (132) can move in a reciprocating manner in the strip-shaped groove body (133) so as to change the wearing span of the left chest strap (11) and the right chest strap (12);
circular through holes are respectively formed in two ends of the strip-shaped groove body (133).
2. The safety belt device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the left chest strap (11) is fixedly connected to the engagement abutment (24) or the left chest strap (11) and the right chest strap (12) are respectively fixedly connected to the corresponding engagement abutment (24) in a normal passenger wearing state to restrain a normal passenger.

The safety belt arrangement as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the first safety belt part (1) further has a chest belt retractor (14) which is arranged in the seat (3), the chest belt retractor (14) being used to control the extent to which the left and right chest belts (11, 12) protrude with respect to the seat back (32) so that the engagement abutment (24) can be engaged with the left chest belt (11) or the right chest belt (12).

The seatbelt apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the chest belt retractor (14) has a left retracting portion (141) and a right retracting portion (142), both ends of the left chest belt (11) are retracted to the left retracting portion (141) so that both ends of the left chest belt (11) can be simultaneously extended or shortened, and both ends of the right chest belt (12) are retracted to the right retracting portion (142) so that both ends of the right chest belt (12) can be simultaneously extended or shortened.
5. The safety belt arrangement as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the second safety belt member (2) has a left leg strap (21) and a right leg strap (22) which are respectively configured to restrain the legs of a pregnant woman, and a leg strap retractor (23) for controlling retraction of the left leg strap (21) and the right leg strap (22).
6. The seat belt device according to claim 5, wherein the second seat belt member (2) further comprises a second fastening component, the second fastening component comprises a second left fastening component mounted at the outer end of the left leg belt (21) and a second right fastening component mounted at the outer end of the right leg belt (22), the second left fastening component and the second right fastening component can be fastened and fixed with the corresponding fastening butt-joint portions (24), so that the left leg belt (21) and the right leg belt (22) can restrain the leg of the pregnant woman.
7. The seatbelt apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the engagement butting portion (24) is provided with an identification circuit which causes the left leg strap (21) and the right leg strap (22) to be tightened by controlling the leg strap retractor (23) when a vehicle collision occurs, the identification circuit being set in a communication state when the engagement butting portion (24) is engaged with the corresponding left leg strap (21) or right leg strap (22).
