Description

Occupant restraint device and vehicle
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to an occupant restraining device and a vehicle.
Background
With the development of automobile consumption and industry, people have higher requirements on automobile safety and comfort. For example, various seat belts or restraint systems are provided in the automotive field to restrain a passenger in his seat and to provide a controlled deceleration of a portion of the body to limit the force applied to the body of the passenger when the vehicle is rapidly decelerated due to, for example, a collision.
In the related art, the driving seat of the automobile is mainly a three-point automobile seat safety belt, but the contact area of the safety belt and a human body is small, the stress is increased, and the positions of a plurality of shoulders cannot be adjusted or cannot be adjusted to a comfortable state of a passenger, so that the automobile collides, the safety belt does not have a protection effect, and the neck of a member is easily cut, so that choking is caused. The problem that the chest is pressed by the safety belt in the wearing process of the safety belt is large, and the safety belt is easy to cut the neck of an occupant or slide shoulder in the collision process is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides an occupant restraint device and vehicle, has little, the collision of meeting or emergency braking when can not appear damaging neck or the advantage of sliding shoulder to chest oppression force.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present application provide an occupant restraint device that is provided on a seat to which a retractor is fixed. The passenger restraining device comprises a clothing cover, wherein the clothing cover is used for covering the upper half body of a passenger, and the two opposite ends of the clothing cover are longitudinally connected with a first belt body and a second belt body; the end, far away from the clothing cover, of the first belt body is a winding end, and the winding end is used for being connected with a winding device; the second belt body is far away from the one end of clothing cover and has the spring bolt, has the hasp with spring bolt adaptation on the seat, and the spring bolt can insert in the hasp.
Specifically, a retractor is fixed in the seat, such as in the back of the seat, and has the function of pulling out or winding up the first belt body, and also has the function of pretensioning, force limiting and the like of a conventional three-point seat belt, so that the occupant can move freely. The seat is provided with a lock catch, and a lock tongue at one end of the second belt body far away from the clothing body can be inserted into and pulled out of the lock catch, so that an occupant can wear the clothing cover conveniently. Here, the design of the cover for covering the upper body of the occupant, which is connected between the first belt body and the second belt body, is that the contact area with the upper body of the occupant is relatively large after the occupant wears the cover relative to the long belt body which can only contact with the occupant in a small area, so that the pressure applied to the upper body of the occupant becomes dispersed when the cover is tightened with the first belt body, and the occupant does not feel a large pressing force; on the other hand, the situation of cutting the neck or sliding the shoulder can not occur.
The specific shape of the cover is not limited, and the cover is preferably a sheet-like structure that is easily fitted to the upper body of the occupant, and that can cover at least the chest or the region below the shoulders and above the waist of the occupant. In addition, the material of the clothing cover can be a soft material with certain strength, or a clothing material with certain strength can be used as the rest part of the soft material, and the clothing material can ensure that the clothing material is not easy to tear and has certain wearing comfort when the vehicle is collided or braked emergently.
In addition, the number of the first belt bodies and the number of the retractors are not limited, and preferably, the number of the first belt bodies is two, and the retractors are two, and the retractors of the two first belt bodies can be connected with the retractors in the seat after respectively bypassing the left shoulder and the right shoulder of the passenger. The two opposite ends of the clothing cover are longitudinally connected with a first belt body and a second belt body, and particularly the extending direction of the first belt body and the second belt body is consistent with the connecting line direction between the bottom and the top of the chair back.
In one possible implementation manner of the present application, there are two retractors, and two first belt bodies; the two first belt bodies are longitudinally connected to one end, close to the top of the seat, of the clothing cover in a bilateral symmetry manner, and the rolling end of each first belt body is respectively connected to a corresponding rolling device; the two first belt bodies are respectively hung on shoulders of the passengers and respectively connected with the coiler through respective coiling ends. The two first belt bodies are longitudinally connected to one end, close to the top of the seat, of the clothing cover in a bilateral symmetry mode, namely, the two first belt bodies form longitudinally parallel shoulder belts, so that the clothing cover is convenient to be stressed more dispersedly while protection is provided to a certain extent, and acting force applied to the body of an occupant by the clothing cover can be dispersed better.
The transverse distance between the two first belts cannot be too small, so that the first belts are prevented from touching the neck of the passenger, and discomfort of the passenger is reduced. Of course, the lateral spacing of the two first straps must not be too wide to affect the ability of the first straps to maintain the position of the occupant's shoulders during a crash event.
In addition, although the two first belts are used for realizing the capability of keeping the shoulder position of the passenger, the situation that the first belts slide on the shoulders is not easy to occur due to the existence of the clothing cover. For example, when the vehicle collides and emergently brakes, the clothing covers can be attached to most of the upper body of the passenger, so that on one hand, the two first belt bodies are not easy to separate from the shoulder positions of the passenger; on the other hand, even if the two first belt bodies are separated from the shoulder positions, the safety protection of the occupant is not reduced due to the protection of the occupant by the cover.
In one possible implementation of the present application, the connection of the two first straps to the cover is located at a position between the shoulders and the chest of the occupant. The arrangement is convenient for the clothing cover to be attached to most areas of the upper body of the passenger as much as possible, and the pressing force to the passenger is reduced. In addition, the two first belt bodies can be as short as possible, so that the possibility that the first belt bodies are incompletely recovered by the retractor is reduced; on the other hand, the first belt body that is too long is prevented from extending to a position below the chest of the occupant, that is, the area where the first belt body is attached to the occupant in the occupant height direction is too large, and when a collision or an emergency occurs, the first belt body is too long, and the neck of the occupant is cut.
In one possible implementation of the present application, the end of the first strap body remote from the retractor is sewn to the cover. In this way, the integrity between the first belt body and the clothing cover is strong, and the protrusion is not easy to be generated at the sewing position, so that the uncomfortable feeling when contacting with the passenger can be reduced.
In one possible implementation manner of the present application, two second belt bodies are symmetrically connected at one end of the cover far away from the first belt body, and the two second belt bodies are respectively wound at thigh positions of the passengers; the second belt bodies are respectively provided with a lock tongue, two lock catches are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the seat, and the lock tongue of each second belt body can be inserted into the corresponding lock catch respectively. In this way, the restraining force to the occupant can be increased during the collision or emergency braking of the vehicle, so that the cover is attached to the upper half of the occupant as much as possible, and the pressing force to the occupant is reduced.
In one possible implementation of the present application, the ends of the two second strap bodies, which are far away from the lock tongue, are both connected with the cover in a sewing manner. The design can increase the integrity of the second belt body and the clothing cover and the fitting degree of the joint of the second belt body and the clothing cover and the body of the passenger.
In one possible implementation of the present application, the furled end of the first strap passes over the top of the back of the seat. By the design, compared with the fact that the furling end of the first belt body bypasses the left side and the right side of the seat to be connected with the furling device, the ability of the furling device to keep the shoulder position of the passenger can be achieved when the furling device is tightened.
In one possible implementation of the present application, the cover is a soft material. Such as high-strength soft materials, can ensure the strength of the clothing cover and simultaneously promote the comfort of the passengers when the clothing cover is closely attached to the passengers.
In one possible implementation of the present application, the second belt body is an elastic belt body, and the elastic belt body is elastically deformable, so as to adapt to passengers with different shapes. Among these, the clothing covers are relatively small due to different sizes of the passengers, such as when the passengers with high sizes are encountered, but the clothing covers are made of elastic materials with high strength and large non-deformation amount, so that the clothing covers with different sizes are inconvenient to replace frequently to adapt to the passengers with different sizes. At this time, for the high-fat passenger, because the second belt body is the elastic belt body of flexible deformation, after the high-fat passenger can stretch the second belt body in order to adapt to its figure, again with the latch bolt joint on second belt body and the seat. Thereby, the adaptability of the occupant restraint device can be increased.
The deformation amount of the elastic band body is required to be set in a small range so as to prevent the deformation amount from being excessively large to affect the safety of the occupant. For example, the deformation of the elastic belt body is required to be within a reasonable range, that is, the first belt body is tightened by the retractor in the event of a collision or emergency braking of the vehicle, and the cover does not lose the protection of the occupant due to the fact that the second belt body is excessively deformed to cause the occupant to lean forward when the cover applies a restraining force to the upper half of the occupant.
In a second aspect, the present application also provides a vehicle comprising a body, a seat, and any one of the occupant restraint devices of the first aspect. The seat is arranged on the vehicle body, a retractor is fixed on the seat, the passenger restraining device is arranged on the seat, and the retractor is used for being connected with the retracting end of the first belt body. Since the vehicle provided by the present application includes any one of the occupant restraining devices provided by the first aspect, there is the same technical effect that there is an advantage in that the chest compression force is small, and the neck or shoulder slip is not damaged when a collision or an emergency brake is encountered.

The embodiment of the application provides a vehicle, and it should be noted that the vehicle in the application may refer to a large-sized vehicle, a small-sized vehicle, a special-Purpose vehicle, etc., and is exemplified by a vehicle type, and the vehicle in the embodiment of the application may be a sedan type, an off-road type, a Multi-Purpose vehicle (MPV) type, or other vehicle types.
With the rapid development of the automobile industry, people have higher requirements on automobile safety and comfort, competition in the automobile industry is also increasingly vigorous, comfort and safety become pursued by people on automobiles, the problem of the existing three-point automobile seat belt is also increasingly obvious, the pressing force of the safety belt is large, the neck is tightened to become a main reason that people are unwilling to tie the safety belt, the reason is analyzed that the contact area of the safety belt and a human body is smaller, the pressing force is large, and the positions of a plurality of shoulders cannot be adjusted or cannot be adjusted to a passenger comfort state, so that the automobile is in collision time, the safety belt does not bring protection effect, and members' necks are easily cut, so that choking is caused.
In order to improve riding comfort and driving safety, the design of the automobile member protective clothing is original, the wearing of the automobile member protective clothing is comfortable and simple, the contact area between the protective clothing and the member is large, the stress is smaller, the force of the safety clothing transmitted by a human body in the collision process is more dispersed, the injury value of the human body is lower, and the human body can freely move. For example, a vehicle in an embodiment of the present application includes a vehicle body and an occupant restraint device. The passenger restraining device is arranged on the vehicle body and has the advantages of small chest compression force and no neck injury or shoulder sliding injury when collision or emergency braking occurs.
The retractor is a core component of the automobile safety belt and accounts for 60% -95% of the cost of the safety belt. A retractor for the safety belt of car seat is composed of a circular winding axle and at least one ratchet wheel fixed to the end of said axle. The circular winding shaft movably penetrates through the oval shaft holes of the main boards at the two sides of the winding bin, and the inner ratchet teeth are arranged obliquely above the oval shaft holes at the inner side of the main boards and form a locking part with the ratchet wheels.
In addition, the inside of the retractor is provided with a rewinding spring which can enable the braid wound on the reel to be recovered, so that the braid is always attached to a human body. It also typically has a vehicle acceleration sensor, an energy absorbing assembly, a pretension pullback assembly, a tension relief device, and the like. For example, the retractor can sense sudden acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle, and the spool is locked by the mechanical locking mechanism, so that the safety webbing cannot be pulled out. When the energy is quite large at the moment of collision and the energy is applied to a person, the energy absorption assembly in the retractor can prolong the time of applying the energy in the time, so that the peak value of the force is reduced. The corresponding pre-tightening pull-back assembly can explode the gas generator in a few milliseconds through the collision sensor and push the pull-back device to pull back the webbing, so that the passenger can be bound on the seat, and the pull-back spring in the retractor enables the dead bolt to be inserted into the lock at a moment of the lock, so that the tension of the spring can be reduced, and the uncomfortable feeling of the safety belt bound on the passenger can be relieved. The retractor in the embodiment of the present application has the functions of pulling out, recovering, pre-tightening, limiting force and the like of the conventional safety belt of the retractor.
A vehicle is provided in an embodiment of the present application that includes a body, a seat, and an occupant restraint device. Wherein, the seat sets up on the automobile body, and is fixed with the retractor on the seat, and passenger restraint device sets up on the seat, and this passenger restraint device has and is less to chest compressive force, can not appear damaging neck or shoulder slip's advantage when meetting collision or emergency brake.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, an occupant restraint device is further provided in the present application, the occupant restraint device is disposed on a seat 1, and a retractor 2 is fixed on the seat 1. The passenger restraining device comprises a clothing cover 3, wherein the clothing cover 3 is used for covering the upper half body of a passenger 01, and the two opposite ends of the clothing cover 3 are longitudinally connected with a first belt body 4 and a second belt body 5; wherein, one end of the first belt body 4 far away from the clothing cover 3 is a rolling end which is used for being connected with the rolling device 2; the second belt body 5 has a lock tongue 51 at one end far away from the clothing cover 3, the seat 1 is provided with a lock catch 6 matched with the lock tongue 51, and the lock tongue 51 can be inserted into the lock catch 6.
Specifically, the seat 1 has a seat back 11 and a seat cushion 12, and the seat back 11 of the seat 1 is provided with a retractor 2 that can retract the first belt 4. Here, the first belt body 4 is made of synthetic fiber having extremely high strength, and after being connected to the retractor 2, the first belt body 4 is tightened by the retractor 2 or the occupant pulls out the first belt body 4 by the retractor 2. The retractor 2 has the function of pulling out or winding up the first belt body 4 and the function of pretensioning, force limiting and the like which are necessary for a conventional three-point type safety belt, so that the occupant 01 can move freely. Wherein, the seat 1 is provided with a lock catch 6, and a lock tongue 51 at one end of the second belt body 5 far away from the clothing body can be inserted into and pulled out of the lock catch 6, so that the clothing cover 3 is convenient for the passenger 01 to wear. Here, the cover 3 for covering the upper body of the occupant 01, which is connected between the first belt body 4 and the second belt body 5, is designed so that the pressure applied to the upper body of the occupant 01 becomes dispersed when the cover 3 is tightened with the first belt body 4 due to the relatively large contact area with the upper body of the occupant 01 after the occupant 01 wears the cover, and the occupant 01 does not feel a large pressing force, compared with the long belt body which can only contact with the occupant 01 in a small area; on the other hand, the situation of cutting the neck or sliding the shoulder can not occur.
The specific shape of the cover 3 is not limited, and the cover 3 is preferably a sheet-like structure that is easily fitted to the upper body of the occupant 01, and that can cover at least the chest or the region below the shoulder and above the waist of the occupant 01. In addition, the material of the cover 3 may be a soft material with a certain strength, or may be a clothing material with a certain strength, wherein the rest of the soft material is a material of clothing material with a certain strength, which can ensure that the vehicle is not easily torn when being collided or braked emergently, and has a certain wearing comfort.
The number of the first belt members 4 and the number of the retractors 2 are not limited, and preferably, the number of the first belt members 4 is two, the number of the retractors 2 is two, and the retracting ends of the two first belt members 4 can be connected to the retractor 2 in the seat 1 after bypassing the left and right shoulders of the occupant 01, respectively. Wherein, the two opposite ends of the cover 3 are longitudinally connected with the first belt body 4 and the second belt body 5, specifically, the extending direction of the first belt body 4 and the second belt body 5 is consistent with the connecting line direction between the bottom and the top of the chair back 11 of the chair 1.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, there are two retractors 2 and two first belts 4; the two first belt bodies 4 are longitudinally connected to one end, close to the top of the seat 1, of the clothing cover 3 in a bilateral symmetry manner, and the rolling end of each first belt body 4 is respectively connected to the corresponding rolling device 2; wherein, the two first belt bodies 4 can be respectively wound on the shoulders of the passenger 01 and then are respectively connected with the retractor 2 through the respective winding ends. The two first belt bodies 4 are longitudinally connected at one end of the cover 3 close to the top of the seat 1 in a bilateral symmetry manner, namely, the two first belt bodies 4 form longitudinally parallel shoulder belts, so that the cover 3 is convenient to be stressed more dispersedly while a certain degree of protection is provided, and the acting force exerted on the body of the passenger 01 by the cover 3 can be dispersed better.
The lateral distance between the two first belts 4 cannot be too small, so that the first belts 4 do not collide with the neck of the occupant 01, and discomfort of the occupant 01 is reduced. Of course, the lateral distance of the two first straps 4 cannot be too wide, so as not to affect the ability of the first straps 4 to maintain the position of the shoulders of the occupant 01 in the event of a crash.
In addition, although the two first bands 4 are used to achieve the capability of maintaining the shoulder position of the occupant 01, the shoulder sliding of the first bands 4 is unlikely to occur due to the presence of the cover 3. For example, when the vehicle collides with or brakes suddenly, the cover 3 is attached to most of the upper body of the occupant 01, so that the two first belt bodies 4 are not easily separated from the shoulder positions of the occupant 01; on the other hand, even if the two first belt bodies 4 come out of the shoulder positions, the safety protection of the occupant 01 is not lowered due to the protection of the hood 3 to the occupant 01.
Continuing, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the connection of both first straps 4 and cover 3 is located at a position between the shoulder and chest of occupant 01. The arrangement is convenient for the clothing cover 3 to be attached to most of the upper body of the passenger 01 as much as possible, and the pressing force to the passenger 01 is reduced. In addition, the two first belt bodies 4 can be made as short as possible, so that the possibility that the first belt bodies 4 are incompletely recovered by the retractor 2 is reduced; on the other hand, the first belt 4 which prevents the overskirt extends to a position below the chest of the occupant 01, that is, a region where the first belt 4 is stuck to the occupant 01 in the height direction of the occupant 01 is excessively large, and when a collision or an emergency occurs, the first belt 4 is excessively long, and the neck of the occupant 01 is cut.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the end of the first belt body 4 remote from the retractor 2 is stitched to the cover 3. In this way, the first belt body 4 and the cover 3 are integrated with each other, and the protrusions are not easily formed at the sewn portions, so that the discomfort of the occupant 01 when in contact with the occupant can be reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the number of the second belt bodies 5 is two, the two second belt bodies 5 are symmetrically connected at one end of the clothing cover 3 far from the first belt body 4, and the two second belt bodies 5 are respectively wound at thigh positions of the passenger 01; the second belt bodies 5 are respectively provided with a lock tongue 51, two lock catches 6 are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the seat 1, and the lock tongue 51 of each second belt body 5 can be inserted into the corresponding lock catch 6. In this way, the restraining force for the occupant 01 can be increased during a vehicle collision or emergency braking, and the cover 3 can be attached to the upper body of the occupant 01 as much as possible, so that the pressing force for the occupant 01 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, both ends of the second strap 5 remote from the locking tongue 51 are sewn to the cover 3. The design can increase the integrity of the second belt body 5 and the clothing cover 3 and the fit degree between the joint of the second belt body 5 and the clothing cover 3 and the body of the passenger 01.
Continuing with reference to fig. 2, the furled end of the first belt 4 passes over the top of the seat back 11 of the seat 1. By such a design, the ability of the first belt body 4 to maintain the shoulder position of the occupant 01 can be achieved when the retractor 2 is tightened, as compared to the connection of the retractor 2 around the left and right sides of the seat 1 at the retractor end of the first belt body 4.
In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2, the cover 3 is a high strength soft material. For example, the cover 3 is nylon, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, or the like. The material ensures the strength of the cover 3 and improves the comfort of the occupant 01 when the cover 3 is tightly attached to the occupant 01.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the second belt 5 is an elastic belt. Here, the elastic band body is elastically deformable for accommodating occupants 01 of different shapes. Among these, since the sizes of the occupants 01 are different, for example, when the occupant 01 having a higher size is encountered, the cover 3 is relatively small, but the cover 3 is made of elastic material having high strength and large non-deformation amount, so that it is inconvenient to frequently replace the covers 3 having different sizes to adapt to the occupants 01 having different sizes. At this time, for the occupant 01 with a high body, since the second belt 5 is an elastic belt that can be elastically deformed, the occupant 01 with a high body can stretch the second belt 5 to adapt to the body and then lock the tongue 51 of the second belt 5 with the buckle 6 on the seat 1. Thereby, the adaptability of the occupant 01 restraint device can be increased.
In this case, the deformation amount of the elastic band needs to be set in a small range to prevent the deformation amount from affecting the safety of the occupant 01. For example, the deformation amount of the elastic belt body is required to be within a reasonable range, that is, when the vehicle collides or suddenly brakes, the first belt body 4 is tightened by the retractor 2, and the cover 3 applies the restraining force to the upper half of the occupant 01, so that the cover 3 does not lose the protection of the occupant 01 because the occupant 01 leans forward due to the excessive deformation of the second belt body 5.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, for example, two retractors 2 are installed at left and right sides of the inside of a seat back 11, two first belt bodies 4 are respectively pulled out at left and right shoulder positions of an occupant 01, the first belt bodies 4 at left and right sides are connected with a piece of clothing cover 3, and are combined into a protective garment in the occupant restraint device, in order to be suitable for occupants 01 with different body sizes, a small section of second belt body 5 with certain elasticity is respectively connected at left and right lower sides of the clothing cover 3, one end of the two sections of second belt body 5 far from the clothing cover 3 is sewn with an upper lock tongue 51, after the occupant 01 gets on a car, the protective garment is placed to cover the whole upper half body in front of the chest through the head, the two lock tongues 51 are respectively pulled out in two lock catches 6 on the seat 1 by left and right hands, and the retractor 2 in the seat back 11 has functions identical with those of a common three-point type belt retractor 2, and has functions of pulling out, pre-tightening, limiting force and the like, so that the occupant can still feel a three-point type protective garment can be freely worn on the head, and the occupant can still feel a problem of a person can feel when the occupant can feel a sudden impact on the protective garment with the chest or the chest and the protective garment.
The foregoing embodiment numbers of the present application are merely for describing, and do not represent advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments. The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the claims, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes using the descriptions and drawings of the present application, or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
