Abstract

本发明公开了一种PVC复合板材，包括基板，所述基板的上端压合有防噪防潮层，且防噪防潮层的顶端粘贴有高强度层，所述高强度层的上表面铺设有表面处理层，所述基板的下表面压合有PVC发泡板，且PVC发泡板的下表面压合有耐磨层。该发明中设有防噪防潮层，其中的吸音棉层和隔音毡具有良好吸音效果，双层吸音材料进行隔音，效果显著，隔音毡中添加有吸水球可以吸水防潮，防噪防潮层的上表面设有高强度层，使该发明具有很好的强度，硬度高，增加强度，提高使用寿命。

一种PVC复合板材
技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域，尤其涉及一种PVC复合板材。
背景技术
PVC塑木板材是由木粉(或秸秆粉)、热塑性高分子材料PVC以及加工助剂为基础材料，混合均匀后再经模具设备加热、挤出、成型而制成的板材。塑木板材兼有木材和塑料的性能与特征，与传统的纯木制板材相比，具有不含甲醛、苯等有毒物质，环保可再生，无辐射，装饰性强，价格合理的优点，因此具有十分广阔的市场前景。
现有的复合板材，如WPC复合板材等，其结构主要分为三层：面层、板材、印刷彩膜、耐磨层、WPC基材。加工方法分为三步：第一步是将面层与画纸用胶水贴合成一个整体；第二步是挤压定型需要厚度的木塑复合材料WPC基材；第三步将贴合好的面层与画纸和WPC基材用胶水压贴。由于WPC基材中使用木粉，造成了资源的浪费；加工过程中使用胶水进行压贴，WPC复合板材中不可避免的含有甲醛，造成环境污染；此外，加工工艺中需要胶水涂敷工艺，增加工艺步骤，也使得实现连续生产难度大，使用胶水压贴的方式还会因为工艺或操作原因易造成胶粘不牢。
现有的PVC复合板材功能单一，不能同时具备多种功能，强度差，隔音效果不好，防潮性能差，耐候性低。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种PVC复合板材。
本发明提出的一种PVC复合板材，包括基板，所述基板的上端压合有防噪防潮层，且防噪防潮层的顶端粘贴有高强度层，所述高强度层的上表面铺设有表面处理层，所述基板的下表面压合有PVC发泡板，且PVC发泡板的下表面压合有耐磨层。
优选地，所述防噪防潮层包括纤维板层、吸音棉层、隔音毡和吸水球，所述纤维板层的内腔上端粘贴有吸音棉层，且吸音面层的下端压合有隔音毡，所述隔音毡的内腔中填充有吸水球。
优选地，所述PVC发泡板包括上发泡板、放静电板和下发泡板，所述上发泡板和下发泡板之间粘贴有防静电板。
优选地，所述表面处理层的外表面套设有保护膜。
优选地，所述上发泡板和下发泡板的截面形状为凹型。
优选地，所述防噪防潮层的上表面压合有抗菌层。
优选地，所述抗菌层为竹纤维层或纳米材料层。
本发明中的有益效果：该发明中设有防噪防潮层，其中的吸音棉层和隔音毡具有良好吸音效果，双层吸音材料进行隔音，效果显著，隔音毡中添加有吸水球可以吸水防潮，防噪防潮层的上表面设有高强度层，使该发明具有很好的强度，硬度高，增加强度，提高使用寿命，PVC发泡板具有隔音、吸音、隔热、保温等性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。

一种PVC复合板材，包括基板1，所述基板1的上端压合有防噪防潮层2，且防噪防潮层2的顶端粘贴有高强度层3，所述高强度层3的上表面铺设有表面处理层4，所述基板1的下表面压合有PVC发泡板5，且PVC发泡板5的下表面压合有耐磨层6。
所述防噪防潮层2包括纤维板层21、吸音棉层22、隔音毡23和吸水球24，所述纤维板层21的内腔上端粘贴有吸音棉层22，且吸音面层22的下端压合有隔音毡23，所述隔音毡23的内腔中填充有吸水球24。
所述PVC发泡板5包括上发泡板51、放静电板52和下发泡板53，所述上发泡板51和下发泡板53之间粘贴有防静电板52，所述表面处理层4的外表面套设有保护膜，所述上发泡板51和下发泡板53的截面形状为凹型，所述防噪防潮层2的上表面压合有抗菌层，所述抗菌层为竹纤维层或纳米材料层。
该发明中设有防噪防潮层2，其中的吸音棉层22和隔音毡23具有良好吸音效果，双层吸音材料进行隔音，效果显著，隔音毡23中添加有吸水球24可以吸水防潮，防噪防潮层2的上表面设有高强度层3，使该发明具有很好的强度，硬度高，增加强度，提高使用寿命，PVC发泡板5具有隔音、吸音、隔热、保温等性能

1.一种PVC复合板材，其特征在于，包括基板，所述基板的上端压合有防噪防潮层，且防噪防潮层的顶端粘贴有高强度层，所述高强度层的上表面铺设有表面处理层，所述基板的下表面压合有PVC发泡板，且PVC发泡板的下表面压合有耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC复合板材，其特征在于，所述防噪防潮层包括纤维板层、吸音棉层、隔音毡和吸水球，所述纤维板层的内腔上端粘贴有吸音棉层，且吸音面层的下端压合有隔音毡，所述隔音毡的内腔中填充有吸水球。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC复合板材，其特征在于，所述PVC发泡板包括上发泡板、放静电板和下发泡板，所述上发泡板和下发泡板之间粘贴有防静电板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC复合板材，其特征在于，所述表面处理层的外表面套设有保护膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC复合板材，其特征在于，所述上发泡板和下发泡板的截面形状为凹型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC复合板材，其特征在于，所述防噪防潮层的上表面压合有抗菌层。
7.根据权利要求1或1所述的一种PVC复合板材，其特征在于，所述抗菌层为竹纤维层或纳米材料层。
