The rebar is placed on first mounting panel 40 through second opening 42 artificially, and the rebar is removed to the left to artifical afterwards, makes the rebar be located between first transfer gear 45 and the second transfer gear 46, then artifical second motor 44 that starts makes first transfer gear 45 clockwise rotation, and first transfer gear 45 clockwise rotation can carry the rebar to the left with the cooperation of second transfer gear 46, so do not need the manual work to place the rebar in standing groove 35, after carrying suitable length to the rebar to the left, the artifical rebar that will cuts off the rebar.
