The installation unit comprises two installation block assemblies extending along the up-down direction, and the two installation block assemblies are oppositely arranged along the left-right direction. The automatic telescopic rod 15 is provided with a pipeline 17 with an opening facing the ceramic block, and the pipeline 17 is communicated with a water pump 18 through a hose.
