Abstract
The invention discloses a golf bag structure, which comprises an upper frame body, a lower frame body, a supporting plate, a first coating part, a second coating part and a combination of at least one spine. The two ends of the supporting plate and the spine are respectively connected with the upper frame body and the lower frame body. The first cladding piece and the second cladding piece are respectively combined with the supporting plate at one side. The other side of the first coating piece and the other side of the second coating piece are mutually connected, and the first coating piece and the second coating piece are respectively combined with the upper frame body and the lower frame body. The supporting plate, the first cladding piece and the second cladding piece which are combined mutually enclose an accommodating space, and the spine is located in the accommodating space. The invention can achieve good structural strength and light weight effect.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to golf equipment, and more particularly, to a golf bag structure having excellent structural strength and light weight.
Background
In a conventional golf bag, a frame is connected to one end of a receptacle, and a base is connected to the other end of the receptacle. The container has a space inside. The golf club is inserted into the accommodating space of the accommodating device from the frame.
One known configuration of a receptacle is a combination of a barrel and a cover. The cladding piece is soft and is used for cladding the outer surface of the barrel and combining the frame and the base. The golf bag with the structure has good structural strength, but the barrel body has large weight, so the golf bag is inconvenient to carry and is hard to carry.
Another receiver configuration is a combination of an appropriate number of spines and a cover. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a golf bag structure, which has the effects of ensuring that a golf bag has good structural strength and light weight.

an upper frame body;
a lower frame body, which is arranged opposite to the upper frame body;
a supporting plate which is a hard plate body, wherein two opposite ends of the supporting plate are respectively a first connecting end and a second connecting end, and two opposite sides are respectively a first combining side and a second combining side, wherein the first connecting end is connected with the upper frame body, and the second connecting end is connected with the lower frame body;
one end of the spine is connected with the upper frame body, the other end of the spine is connected with the lower frame body, and the spine is arranged opposite to the supporting plate;
the first wrapping piece is made of soft materials, one side of the first wrapping piece is a first combining part, one side opposite to the first combining part is a first connecting part, one end of the first wrapping piece is a first upper combining part, one end opposite to the first upper combining part is a first lower combining part, the first combining part is combined with the first combining side of the supporting plate, the first upper combining part is combined with the upper frame body, and the first lower combining part is combined with the lower frame body;
a second covering member made of soft material, one side of the second covering member being a second combining portion, one side opposite to the second combining portion being a second connecting portion, one end of the second covering member being a second upper combining portion, one end opposite to the second upper combining portion being a second lower combining portion, the second combining portion being combined with the second combining side of the supporting plate, the second upper combining portion being combined with the upper frame, the second lower combining portion being combined with the lower frame;
the first connecting part of the first covering part and the second connecting part of the second covering part are connected with each other, so that the supporting plate, the first covering part and the second covering part form a cylindrical structure, the inside of the cylindrical structure is an accommodating space, and the spine is positioned in the accommodating space.
Further, in the above-mentioned case,
the golf bag structure also comprises a first supporting hole and a second supporting hole; the first supporting hole is formed in the upper frame body, and the second supporting hole is formed in the lower frame body; one end of the spine is embedded into the first support hole, and the other end of the spine is embedded into the second support hole.
The golf bag structure further comprises a plurality of locking elements, each locking element penetrates through the upper frame body and the lower frame body respectively and is used for combining the first connecting end and the second connecting end of the supporting plate, the first upper combining part and the first lower combining part of the first coating piece, and the second upper combining part and the second lower combining part of the second coating piece.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a golf bag for accommodating at least one golf club 10. The golf bag also has the function of supporting and protecting the golf club 10. The golf bag comprises an upper frame 20, a lower frame 30, a support plate 40, a first covering member 50, a second covering member 60 and at least one spine 70. The support plate 40, the first cover 50, the second cover 60, and the spine 70 are disposed between the upper frame 20 and the lower frame 30, respectively. The number of spines 70 is two.
The periphery of the upper frame 20 forms an upper coupling ring 22. A plurality of insertion holes 24 are formed in the top of the upper frame 20. The lower frame 30 is a seat structure. The periphery of the lower frame 30 forms a lower coupling ring portion 32. The upper frame 20 is disposed opposite to the lower frame 30.
The support plate 40 is a rigid plate. The outer surface of the support plate 40 is an arcuate surface 42. One end of the support plate 40 is a first connecting end 44. The other end of the support plate 40 is a second connecting end 46. The first connection end 44 is disposed opposite the second connection end 46. One side of the support plate 40 is a first coupling side 47. The other side of the support plate 44 is a second coupling side 48. The first coupling side 47 is arranged opposite to the second coupling side 48.
The first wrapping member 50 is made of a soft material. One side of the first cladding 50 is a first combining portion 52. The other side of the first cladding 50 is a first connecting portion 54. The first connecting portion 54 is disposed opposite to the first coupling portion 52. One end of the first cladding 50 is a first upper bonding portion 56. The other end of the first cladding 50 is a first lower bonding portion 58. The first upper coupling portion 56 is disposed opposite to the first lower coupling portion 58.
The second covering member 60 is made of a soft material. One side of the second cladding 60 is a second bonding portion 62. The other side of the second covering member 60 is a second connecting portion 64. The second coupling portion 64 is disposed opposite to the second coupling portion 62. One end of the second covering member 60 is a second upper engaging portion 66. The other end of the second cover 60 is a second lower engaging portion 68. The second upper bonding portion 66 is disposed opposite to the second lower bonding portion 68.
Referring to fig. 2, an upper mounting recess 23 is formed between the outer surface 21 of the upper frame 20 and the upper coupling ring 22. A lower mounting recess 33 is provided between the outer surface 31 of the lower frame 30 and the lower coupling ring portion 32. The first connecting end 44 of one end of the support plate 40 is inserted into the upper mounting recess 23 and connected to the upper binding ring portion 22. The plurality of locking members 76 pass through the upper connecting ring 22 of the upper frame 20 to engage with the first connecting ends 44 of the supporting plate 40. The second connecting end 46 of the other end of the supporting plate 40 is inserted into the lower mounting recess 33 and is connected to the lower coupling ring portion 32. The plurality of locking members 76 pass through the lower coupling ring portion 32 of the lower frame 30 to couple with the second connecting end 46 of the supporting plate 40.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the first coupling side 47 of the supporting plate 40 has a concave structure. The first coupling side 47 is used for coupling with the first coupling portion 52 of the first covering 50. The second engagement side 48 of the support plate 40 is of a concave configuration. The second joining side 48 is used to join a second joining portion 62 of the second covering member 60. The supporting plate 40 can be combined with the first covering member 50 and the second covering member 60 by gluing, sewing, zipper or any equivalent combination method, so that the supporting plate 40, the first covering member 50 and the second covering member 60 form a firm combination state. Secondly, the concave configurations of the first and second coupling sides 47 and 48 can make the joints between the supporting plate 40 and the first and second covering members 50 and 60 more flat.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a plurality of locking elements 76 are disposed through the upper frame 20. Each locking element 76 is used to combine the first upper combining part 56 of the first covering member 50 and the second upper combining part 66 of the second covering member 60.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a plurality of locking members 76 are disposed through the lower frame 30. Each locking element 76 is used to combine the first lower combining part 58 of the first covering member 50 and the second lower combining part 68 of the second covering member 60. When the upper frame 20, the lower frame 30, the supporting plate 40, the first covering member 50 and the second covering member 60 are connected, the plurality of locking members 76 can be used to form a firmly combined state of the upper frame 20, the lower frame 30, the supporting plate 40, the first covering member 50 and the second covering member 60.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, further, the first connecting portion 54 of the first covering member 50 and the second connecting portion 64 of the second covering member 60 are connected to each other, so that the supporting plate 40, the first covering member 50 and the second covering member 60 are connected to each other to form a cylindrical structure. An accommodating space 90 is formed inside the cylindrical configuration. The spine 70 is positioned within the receiving space 90 opposite the support plate 40. The connecting means of the first connecting portion 54 and the second connecting portion 64 may be selected from the group consisting of adhesive, sewing, zipper, snap, and any equivalent combination.
Referring to fig. 7, the upper frame 20 is formed with at least one first support hole 72 according to the number of the spine 70. The lower frame 30 is formed with at least one second support hole 74 according to the number of the spine 70. The first support hole 72 is disposed opposite to the second support hole 74. One end of the spine 70 may be inserted into the first support hole 72 to form a joint. The other end of the spine 70 may be inserted into the second support hole 74 to form a joint. The spine 70 is inserted into the first and second support holes 72 and 74 to firmly fix the upper and lower frames 20 and 30. In addition, the supporting plate 40 and the spine 70 can provide a good supporting effect for the upper frame 20 and the lower frame 30.
Referring to fig. 8, a first bag 80 and a second bag 82 are also included. The first pocket 80 is disposed on the arc-shaped surface 42 of the support plate 40. The second pocket 82 may be disposed on an outer surface of the first cover 50. The first bag 80 and the second bag 82 provide the function of accommodating objects. Also included are a first handle 84 and a second handle 86. The first handle 84 is disposed on the arcuate surface 42 of the support plate 40. The second handle 86 is disposed on the upper frame 20 for easy access by the user.
According to the above description, the present embodiment discloses a structure form in which the supporting plate 40 is combined with the upper frame 20 and the lower frame 30 in cooperation with at least one spine 70. Since the supporting plate 40 and the spine 70 have suitable weight (pressure) resistance, the combination of the upper frame 20, the lower frame 30, the supporting plate 40, the first covering member 50, the second covering member 60 and the spine 70 has good structural strength and good stability, which is enough to meet the needs of users.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the support plate 40 is combined with at least one spine 70 to combine the upper frame 20 and the lower frame 30 to form a golf bag, so the present embodiment uses a small number of components and has the effect of light weight.

an upper frame body;
a lower frame body, which is arranged opposite to the upper frame body;
a supporting plate which is a hard plate body, wherein two opposite ends of the supporting plate are respectively a first connecting end and a second connecting end, and two opposite sides are respectively a first combining side and a second combining side, wherein the first connecting end is connected with the upper frame body, and the second connecting end is connected with the lower frame body;
one end of the spine is connected with the upper frame body, the other end of the spine is connected with the lower frame body, and the spine is arranged opposite to the supporting plate;
the first wrapping piece is made of soft materials, one side of the first wrapping piece is a first combining part, one side opposite to the first combining part is a first connecting part, one end of the first wrapping piece is a first upper combining part, one end opposite to the first upper combining part is a first lower combining part, the first combining part is combined with the first combining side of the supporting plate, the first upper combining part is combined with the upper frame body, and the first lower combining part is combined with the lower frame body;
a second covering member made of soft material, one side of the second covering member being a second combining portion, one side opposite to the second combining portion being a second connecting portion, one end of the second covering member being a second upper combining portion, one end opposite to the second upper combining portion being a second lower combining portion, the second combining portion being combined with the second combining side of the supporting plate, the second upper combining portion being combined with the upper frame, the second lower combining portion being combined with the lower frame;
the first connecting part of the first coating part and the second connecting part of the second coating part are connected with each other, so that the support plate, the first coating part and the second coating part form a cylindrical structure, the inside of the cylindrical structure is an accommodating space, and the spine is positioned in the accommodating space;
the first combination side and the second combination side of the support plate are of concave structures, so that the combination positions of the support plate, the first coating piece and the second coating piece are more flat;
the connecting means of the first connecting part and the second connecting part can be selected from the combination modes of sticking, sewing, zipper jointing or buckling.

The golf bag structure of claim 1, further comprising a first support aperture and a second support aperture; the first supporting hole is formed in the upper frame body, and the second supporting hole is formed in the lower frame body; one end of the spine is embedded into the first support hole, and the other end of the spine is embedded into the second support hole.

The structure of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of locking elements, each of which passes through the upper and lower frames, and each of which is configured to engage the first and second connection ends of the support plate, the first upper and lower engaging portions of the first cover, and the second upper and lower engaging portions of the second cover.

The structure of claim 1, further comprising an upper coupling ring portion formed at the upper frame body, and an upper mounting recess formed between an outer surface of the upper frame body and the upper coupling ring portion, the first connection end of the support plate at one end being placed in the upper mounting recess and engaging the upper coupling ring portion.
5. The structure of claim 1, further comprising a lower coupling ring portion formed at the lower frame body, and a lower mounting recess formed between an outer surface of the lower frame body and the lower coupling ring portion, the second connecting end of the one end of the support plate being placed in the lower mounting recess and contacting the lower coupling ring portion.
