Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of biomedical science, in particular to a rapid fixing and unlocking mechanism of a blood pump. When the pump head (1) is required to be fixed, aligning the flange of the pump head (1) with the outer side of the clamping groove of the pump head fixing ring (2), loading the pump head (1) along the axial direction of the pump head (1), rotating the pump head (1) by a certain angle to enable the flange to be embedded into the clamping groove, simultaneously, enabling the flange to press down and back the buckle (5) through an inclined plane, and resetting the buckle (5) under the action of the first elastic element (4), thereby completing the quick fixing of the pump head (1); when the pump head (1) is unlocked, the unlocking operation element (3) is operated to drive the lock latch (6) to move, the irregular surface of the lock latch (6) enables the buckle (5) to generate displacement, the pump head (1) is rotated to be separated from the clamping groove, the pump head (1) is gradually separated along the rising track, the suction force born by the rotor in the pump head (1) is gradually reduced, and the quick unlocking of the pump head (1) is completed, so that the pump head is convenient to take out.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biomedical science, in particular to a blood pump rapid locking and fixing structure of an extracorporeal ventricular cycle auxiliary system. Background

When the pump head rotates in place, the buckle resets under the action of the first elastic element, and the pump head is fixed in the circumferential direction, namely the quick fixing of the pump head is completed;
the quick fixing and unlocking mechanism of the blood pump further comprises:
the unlocking operation element is connected with the second elastic element through a lock bolt, and an irregular surface is arranged on the lock bolt;
when the pump head needs to be unlocked, the unlocking operation element is operated, the unlocking operation element drives the lock latch to move, the irregular surface of the lock latch enables the buckle to generate displacement, the lock latch is separated from the clamping groove on the pump head fixing ring, the pump head is rotated, the pump head is gradually separated along the track of the lifting height, the suction force born by the rotor in the pump head is gradually reduced, even the suction force is changed into repulsive force, and the quick unlocking of the pump head is completed, so that the pump head is convenient to take out.
Preferably, the number of the clamping grooves can be equal to the number of the flanges; alternatively, the number of detents is greater than the number of flanges so that the pump head 1 has a plurality of selectable outlet orientations in a fixed state.
Preferably, an exhaust structure is provided on the motor upper cover to reduce resistance when the pump head is fitted into the pump head fixing ring.
Preferably, the pump head fixing ring is provided with a single-line spiral or multi-line spiral track, so that the pump head can be easily taken out.
Preferably, the first elastic element is a lock catch spring and the second elastic element is a latch spring.
Preferably, the unlocking operation element is a toggle button or a push button or a rotary button; the irregular surface is a guide groove or a guide rail.
Preferably, the direction of reciprocation of the catch is along the axial or radial or circumferential direction of the pump head.
Also, as an alternative variant, the irregular surface is not formed on the latch, but on the clasp; or the elevation means is formed on the pump head instead of the pump head securing ring.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. by adding an automatic locking mechanism, quick installation locking and unlocking are realized, and the time of a user is saved; meanwhile, the operation of a user is convenient, and hidden troubles caused by complex operation due to screw locking and uncontrollable locking force during manual screw tightening are avoided;
2. the pump head reduces the pulling force of taking out the pump head perpendicularly through the mode of taking out of spiral, solves the problem that need exert oneself when taking out and draws out, makes things convenient for the user to operate.

a plurality of buckles 5 are arranged on the pump head fixing ring 2 corresponding to the flange, and the buckles 5 realize reciprocating motion through the first elastic element 4; meanwhile, a lifting rail is arranged on the pump head fixing ring and is used for unlocking and taking out the pump head 1;
the buckle 5 is provided with a sliding structure and an inclined plane structure;

the quick fixing and unlocking mechanism of the blood pump further comprises:
an unlocking operation element 3, wherein the unlocking operation element 3 is connected with a second elastic element 7 through a lock bar 6, and an irregular surface is arranged on the lock bar 6;
when the pump head 1 needs to be unlocked, the unlocking operation element 3 is operated, the unlocking operation element 3 drives the lock latch 6 to move, the irregular surface of the lock latch 6 enables the buckle 5 to generate displacement, the lock latch is separated from the clamping groove on the pump head fixing ring, the pump head 1 is rotated, the pump head 1 is gradually separated along the track of the lifting height, the suction force born by the rotor in the pump head 1 is gradually reduced, even becomes repulsive force, and the quick unlocking of the pump head 1 is completed, so that the pump head is convenient to take out.
It should be noted that the number of the clamping grooves may be equal to the number of the flanges; alternatively, the number of detents is greater than the number of flanges so that the pump head 1 has a plurality of selectable outlet orientations in a fixed state.
The motor upper cover 8 is provided with an exhaust structure to reduce resistance when the pump head 1 is mounted in the pump head fixing ring 2.
At the same time, it is particularly interesting that the pump head fixing ring 2 is preferably provided with a single-line spiral or multi-line spiral track due to the fact that the suction force of the magnet in the pump head 1 is too strong to be taken out. As shown in fig. 9, the direction of the suction force F1 of the magnet is downward, the force F2 of the rotary pump head 1 is horizontal, the resultant force of the force F2 and the force F2 is perpendicular to the inclined plane, f2=f1×tg θ, and the spiral inclination θ is smaller than 45 °, so that F2 is smaller than F1. After the pump head rises to a certain height, the suction force F1 of the magnet is greatly reduced, and even after the pump head reaches to a certain height, the magnet is changed from suction force to repulsive force, so that the pump head 1 can be easily taken out.
In other aspects, alternatively, the first elastic element 4 is a lock catch spring and the second elastic element 7 is a latch spring; the unlocking operation element 3 is a toggle button or a push button or a rotary button; the irregular surface is a guide groove or a guide rail.
In addition, the direction of the reciprocating movement of the catch 5 is along the axial direction or the radial direction or the circumferential direction of the pump head 1.
Finally, as an alternative variant, the irregular surface is not formed on the latch 4, but on the catch 5; or the lifting means are formed on the pump head 1 instead of the pump head fixing ring 2.

the extracorporeal ventricle circulation auxiliary system comprises a pump head (1) and a motor upper cover (8), wherein the motor upper cover (8) is provided with a pump head fixing ring (2), and the motor upper cover (8) is arranged on a motor (9);
the pump head (1) is provided with a flange part which is matched with the pump head fixing ring (2) in a mounting way, the flange part is provided with a plurality of fixing flanges, and the pump head fixing ring (2) is also provided with a plurality of clamping grooves;
a plurality of buckles (5) are arranged on the pump head fixing ring (2) corresponding to the flange, and the buckles (5) realize reciprocating motion through a first elastic element (4); meanwhile, a lifting rail is arranged on the pump head fixing ring (2) and is used for unlocking and taking out the pump head (1);
an inclined plane structure is arranged on the buckle (5);
