the first fixing piece comprises a hook (121) fixed on the first arc-shaped air bag (120) and a retaining ring (122) fixed on the side of the baffle plate (11) facing the first sliding plate (12); the structure of the second fixing piece is the same as that of the first fixing piece;
the device also comprises a fixing frame (32) and a supporting rod (31) for hanging the liquid medicine bottle, wherein the fixing frame (32) is positioned above the vehicle body (1);
one end of the supporting rod (31) is fixed with the fixing frame (32), and the baffle (11) is provided with an inserting hole for the supporting rod (31) to penetrate through from one end of the fixing frame (32);
the device also comprises a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the distance between the fixing frame (32) and the vehicle body (1);
the height adjusting mechanism comprises a plurality of protruding blocks (310) arranged on the supporting rods (31) and pushing blocks (110) arranged on the side surfaces of the baffle plates (11), and gaps matched with the pushing blocks (110) are formed between two adjacent protruding blocks (310);
the baffle (11) is provided with two accommodating grooves for accommodating springs, and the two accommodating grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the push block (110);
the device also comprises a spring arranged in the accommodating groove, one end of the spring is fixed with the bottom of the accommodating groove, and the other end of the spring is fixed with the push block (110).

the fixed seat (25) is provided with a fixed groove for inserting the inserting block (26), the inserting block (26) is provided with a groove, one end of the connecting rod (27) is connected with the auxiliary wheel (28), and one end of the connecting rod (27) opposite to the auxiliary wheel (28) is rotationally connected with the wall of the groove.
