Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, an electric dental care apparatus, i.e., an electric toothbrush, includes a handle, a brush head, and a reciprocating rotation mechanism including a silicon steel sheet 1, a rotating member 2, and a positioning mechanism.
The silicon steel sheet 1 is provided with a pole 3, and a coil 4 is wound outside the pole 3.
The rotating member 2 is connected with the positioning mechanism, and the positioning mechanism enables the rotating member 2 to be positioned up and down and to rotate circumferentially, namely, the rotating member 2 can rotate but cannot move up and down.
The rotating piece 2 is provided with a magnet 5, and two poles of the magnet 5 are opposite to the pole 3 of the silicon steel sheet. It should be noted that, the fact that the rotating member is provided with a magnet means that the rotating member is provided with a magnet, and then the rotating member is provided with a magnet, or the magnet itself is the rotating member, and the magnet can rotate.
The coil 4 is connected with a commutator for controlling current commutation. The electric toothbrush uses a dc power source and the commutator may be a commutator commonly known in the art, such as an H-bridge drive circuit.
The brush head of the electric toothbrush is sleeved on the rotating piece 2.
After the coil is electrified, the pole 3 of the silicon steel sheet generates magnetism, the magnetic pole at the end part of the pole is N pole or S pole, and the two poles of the magnet 5 on the rotating piece correspond to the pole 3 of the silicon steel sheet, so that the rotating piece 2 is stressed by two opposite directions at the magnet according to the principle that like poles repel each other and opposite sides attract each other; meanwhile, as the rotating piece 2 is positioned up and down, the rotating piece 2 cannot be turned up and down, and can only rotate circumferentially under the condition that two parts are stressed by opposite directions, so that the rotating piece 2 can rotate; when the current in the coil 4 is reversed, the force applied to the rotating member 2 is reversed, thereby realizing the reverse rotation of the rotating member 2. The brush head can be driven to rotate reciprocally by the reciprocal rotation of the rotating member 2.
In this embodiment, the two poles 3 are provided, the two poles 3 are connected together at the lower end, the coils 4 wound on the two poles 3 are the same coil (i.e. the wire wound on the two poles is a wire) and the surrounding directions on the two poles are the same, so that the current directions of the coils on the two poles 3 are the same when the coils are electrified, and the magnetic poles on the end faces of the two poles are the same. The rotor 2 has magnets 5 corresponding to the two poles 2, and the corresponding positions of the magnets and the two poles have the same magnetic pole distribution, at this time, the two magnets 5 may have two identical magnetic pole distributions (if the front side of one magnet is the N pole and the rear side is the S pole, the front side of the other magnet is also the S pole, and if the front side of one magnet is the S pole and the rear side is the N pole, the front side of the other magnet is also the S pole and the rear side is also the N pole), or if one magnet is adopted, the front side of the magnet is the S pole and the rear side is the N pole, or the front side is the N pole and the rear side is the S pole, so that the corresponding position of the magnet and the two poles has the same magnetic pole distribution naturally. After the coil 4 is electrified, the current directions of the coils on the two polar posts are the same, so that the polarities of the upper ends of the two polar posts 3 are the same, and the stress directions of the two magnets 5 (or the two ends of one magnet) on the rotating member are the same, thereby further facilitating the rotation of the rotating member 2.
In this embodiment, the rotating member includes a rotating plate 6, and the magnet 5 is disposed on the rotating plate 6, preferably on the back surface of the rotating plate. Of course, the magnet itself may constitute the rotating plate, so that the effect of combining the rotating plate and the magnet is achieved, which is also "the magnet is provided on the rotating plate" in another sense. The rotating plate 6 is provided with an axial transmission rod 7, and the transmission rod 7 is fixed with the rotating plate 6. The lower part of the transmission rod 7 is positioned between the two polar posts, and the rotating plate 6 is positioned above the two polar posts. The brush head sleeve is sleeved on the upper part of the transmission rod 7. When the magnet and the rotating plate are combined into a whole, the transmission rod is arranged on the magnet, and the transmission rod is fixed with the magnet. The lower part of the transmission rod 7 is positioned between the two polar posts, and the rotating plate 6 is positioned above the two polar posts. The brush head sleeve is sleeved on the upper part of the transmission rod 7.
In this embodiment, the positioning mechanism includes an upper positioning device and a lower positioning device; the lower positioning device is used for axially positioning the lower part of the rotating piece, and the upper positioning device is used for axially positioning the upper part of the rotating piece. The lower positioning device in this embodiment includes a base 8, into which the pole 3 of the silicon steel sheet is inserted and positioned, and a through hole is usually formed in the base 8, into which the pole 3 of the silicon steel sheet is inserted to be positioned, or other manners, such as a clamping groove formed in the base, into which the silicon steel sheet is clamped, etc.; the lower end of the transmission rod is provided with an elastic sheet 11, and the lower end of the elastic sheet is inserted into the base, so that the lower end of the rotating piece is positioned. In this embodiment, the base includes a base body 9 and a bottom cover 10, the base body has an insertion slot, after the elastic sheet 11 is inserted into the insertion slot, the bottom cover 10 is covered in the insertion slot, and the bottom cover 10 and the base body 9 are fixed by screws or rivets, so as to achieve the positioning of the elastic sheet 11. Of course, the elastic sheet 11 may be fixed to the base by other means, such as inserting the elastic sheet directly into the base and having interference fit with the base, connecting the elastic sheet to the base by a connecting member (such as a screw, a rivet, etc.), or bonding the elastic sheet to the base. The elastic sheet has the functions that: the rotation of the rotating member 2 is not restricted due to its elastic action during the rotation of the rotating member 2, and the elastic action thereof also helps the return of the rotating member 2. The elastic member 11 is typically in the form of a metal sheet.
In this embodiment, the base 8 is provided with a winding frame 12, the pole 3 of the silicon steel sheet penetrates into the winding frame 12, and the coil 4 is wound on the winding frame 12. The upper positioning device comprises an upper fixing frame 13 fixed with the upper part of the winding frame 12, in this embodiment, the upper fixing frame 13 is connected with the winding frame 12 by a buckle, and of course, the upper fixing frame can be positioned by other connection modes such as screw connection. The transmission rod 7 passes through the upper fixing frame 13 and is axially positioned, a bearing 14 is arranged in the upper fixing frame 13 in the embodiment, and the transmission rod 7 passes through the bearing 14 so as to realize axial positioning. The upper fixing frame 13 in this embodiment is provided with a bearing accommodating cavity 15, and the bearing 14 is disposed in the bearing accommodating cavity 15. Of course, other structural forms can be adopted to realize the axial positioning of the transmission rod, for example, a snap spring is arranged on the transmission rod, and the snap spring is positioned in the upper fixing frame and is in contact with the inner side surface of the upper end surface of the upper fixing frame.
The reciprocating rotary mechanism is typically mounted within the handle with the rotatable member (in the above embodiments, the drive rod) extending at least partially out of the handle so that the brush head can be sleeved thereon. It is noted that the handle in this patent is a handle in a broad sense, and includes various cases, for example, the handle is a handle for holding, and the rotating member (the transmission lever in the above embodiment) protrudes from the upper end of the handle; in addition, the handle can also be the following mechanism: the handle comprises a handle body and a transmission rod, wherein the transmission rod can be connected with the handle body or a mechanism (such as a bracket for installing a circuit board or a battery) in the handle body, the handle body and the transmission rod form a handle in a broad sense, and the reciprocating rotating mechanism can be fixed in the handle body or the transmission rod.
The manner in which the reciprocating rotary mechanism is fixed in the handle may be in the prior art, that is, the manner in which the vibration motor and the handle are fixed in the existing electric toothbrush is not described herein.
The reciprocating rotary mechanism described above may be applied to fields other than electric toothbrushes, and may be used in any case where reciprocating rotary motion is required.
