A portable ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope for use in field conditions, comprising: portable light source, ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope, digital high definition auto focusing lens and display unit; the portable light source is connected with the ear and nasopharyngeal laryngoscope, and provides a light source for the ear and the nasopharyngeal laryngoscope so as to illuminate the part to be detected; the eyepiece part of the ear and nose pharyngoscope is connected with the digital high-definition automatic focusing lens; the digital high-definition automatic focusing lens is connected with the display unit, so that an image of the part to be detected is displayed on the display unit. The portable ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope for field operations can be well adapted to field operations sanitary conditions, and helps doctors to well realize corresponding visual inspection under field operations conditions, and medical inspection means under field operations conditions are well enriched.

Preferably, the portable light source comprises a rechargeable battery and an LED lamp, and the rechargeable battery supplies power to the LED lamp.
Preferably, the LED lights are mounted at a first end of the connection unit and the light guide beam plug bar of the ear and nasopharyngeal laryngoscope is inserted into a second end of the connection unit.
Preferably, a screw is provided on the second end of the connection unit, and an end of the screw passes through the housing of the connection unit and abuts against the outer periphery of the light guide beam inserted rod, so as to firmly fix the light guide beam inserted rod in the connection unit.

The portable ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope for use in field conditions of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention relates to a portable ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope for field operations, which comprises: a portable light source, an ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope 15, a digital high definition auto focus lens 12, a display unit 11.
The portable light source is connected with the ear and nose-throat mirror 15 to provide light source for the ear and nose-throat mirror to illuminate the part to be detected; the eyepiece part 14 of the ear and nose pharyngoscope 15 is connected with the digital high-definition automatic focusing lens 12; the digital high-definition autofocus lens 12 is connected to the display unit 11, whereby an image of the portion to be detected is displayed on the display unit.
In one embodiment, the portable light source includes a rechargeable battery 20 and an LED lamp, the LED lamp being powered by the rechargeable battery 20.
In one embodiment, the LED light is mounted at a first end of the connection unit 17 and the light guide beam plunger 16 of the ear and nasopharyngeal laryngoscope 15 is inserted into a second end of the connection unit 17.
The second end of the connection unit 17 is provided with a screw 18, and an end of the screw 18 passes through the housing of the connection unit 17 and abuts against the outer circumference of the light guide beam insertion rod 16 to firmly fix the light guide beam insertion rod 16 in the connection unit 17.
In one embodiment, an adjustment knob 19 is provided between the rechargeable battery 20 and the LED lamp to adjust the brightness of the LED lamp. The adjustment knob is the same as a dimming knob used in a desk lamp or the like.
The digital high definition autofocus lens 12 is connected to the eyepiece portion 14 of the ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope 15 via a coupling unit 13.
The coupling unit 13 is further formed with an elastic clip to stably fix the eyepiece portion of the ear and nasopharyngeal laryngoscope.
The display unit 11 may be a tablet computer or a smart phone.
The output of the digital high definition autofocus lens 12 is output to a tablet computer or smart phone via a USB data line and OTG patch cord.
The design and assembly process of each part will now be described as follows:
portable light source
The portable light source provides power by using a purchased Patriot A110S type charger baby, the light source part is a lamp holder part which is directly detached from the LED desk lamp, one end of the light source part is a USB connector for connecting the charger baby, the other end of the light source part is a 5V,7W LED bulb, and an adjusting knob is arranged between the power source and the light source for adjusting the brightness of the light source. A connection unit is made of a polymer material at the end of the portable light source. The screw thread is arranged in one end of the connecting unit, the lamp cap part of the light source can be connected and screwed, and the other end of the connecting unit is also provided with a fastening knob by utilizing a metal screw.
Auto-focusing lens
The lens part adopts a digital high-definition automatic focusing lens, so that the image acquisition and transmission can be very effectively completed. One end of the lens is connected with the data line, the other end of the lens is correspondingly modified, an elastic clamp is manufactured by using a stainless steel wire with the length of 2mm, and after the eyepiece part of the otoscope or the nasopharynx laryngoscope is connected with the lens, the clamp is clamped, so that the eyepiece is conveniently taken out and screwed, and the eyepiece part and the auto-focusing lens can be more firmly connected during operation.
Data transmission line
The data line is mainly used for transmitting images, the whole data transmission line is divided into two parts, one is a USB data line, one end of the data line is connected with the automatic focusing lens, and the other end of the data line is connected with a computer, so that the images can be transmitted to a workstation for display; the other one is an OTG patch cord, one end of the OTG patch cord is connected with a USB data line, the other end of the OTG patch cord is used for being connected with a smart phone or a tablet of an android system, and the like, so that images can be transmitted to the mobile phone or the tablet for display under field conditions, and related operations are greatly facilitated.
Display unit
The display unit part can display images by using a computer workstation commonly used in clinic under the condition of hardware condition. Under the field battle condition, the image display can be realized very conveniently by a mobile phone and the like. The whole operation does not need to be additionally provided with hardware facilities such as an acquisition card, and the like, and only one USB camera APP is downloaded in the mobile phone, so that the display of images can be realized in real time, and the functions such as image acquisition or video recording can be realized by utilizing function keys on the USB camera APP software on the mobile phone, thereby ensuring the efficient development of diagnosis and treatment work.
Function and control
Light source section control: the power supply part is used as the charging device, the LED lamp can provide a clear and stable illumination light source for the whole device, an operator can observe the screen in the use process and rotate the brightness adjusting knob of the LED lamp by one hand until the brightness required in the examination and diagnosis process is reached, and clear and stable images are acquired on the screen.
Image acquisition control: the image acquisition is realized through the automatic focusing lens, an image acquisition workstation in the daily examination process of the five sense organs is omitted, the image acquisition can be completed by installing image acquisition APP software in intelligent equipment such as a mobile phone, and a user can complete the functions of image acquisition, image storage and the like by clicking.
Image transmission control: after the image acquisition is completed, the image can be watched in real time in APP software, the image can be edited by using intelligent equipment, and when the image is required to be transmitted, the image transmission and sharing can be rapidly and conveniently completed by using a wireless network or a mobile network through instant messaging software.
In use, each manufactured part is firstly connected with the otoscope or the nasopharyngoscope correctly, see figure 1. The light source is connected with the light guide beam inserted link of the mirror through the adapter of the portable light source, and the fastening knob on the adapter is adjusted to tightly connect the two parts. And then the eyepiece part of the otoscope or the nasopharynx laryngoscope is filled into the automatic focusing lens, the elastic clamp is clamped, so that the lens and the eyepiece are firmly connected, and finally the switching from the USB data line to the mobile phone is realized by using the OTG switching line, so that the connection sequence of each link is correct, and the combination is tight.
Method of operation

Application effects
After the design and the manufacture of the device are finished, trial is performed from the month of 2016 and 12. In the whole use process, the clinical staff can be quickly connected with related devices, the whole operation process is efficient and smooth, and the image effect is satisfactory. The whole set of device designed and manufactured by the method is matched with the clinical endoscope commonly used, so that related examination and diagnosis work can be well completed, the portable otoscope can clearly and accurately present the image of the auditory canal in front of a doctor, and the nasopharynx laryngoscope can acquire satisfactory images to realize the expected examination effect.
Claims (5)
1. A portable ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope for use in field conditions, comprising: portable light source, ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope, digital high definition auto focusing lens and display unit;
the portable light source is connected with the ear and nasopharyngeal laryngoscope, and provides a light source for the ear and the nasopharyngeal laryngoscope so as to illuminate the part to be detected; the eyepiece part of the ear and nose pharyngoscope is connected with the digital high-definition automatic focusing lens; the digital high-definition automatic focusing lens is connected with the display unit, so that an image of the part to be detected is displayed on the display unit;
the portable light source provides power by using the charger; the portable light source is a lamp cap part which is directly detached from the LED desk lamp, the first end of the portable light source is a USB connector connected with the charger, and the second end of the portable light source is a 5V,7W LED lamp;
an adjusting knob is arranged between the power supply and the portable light source and is used for adjusting the brightness of the portable light source;
a connecting unit is manufactured at the tail end of the portable light source by utilizing a high polymer material; the LED lamp is arranged at the first end of the connecting unit, and threads are arranged in the first end of the connecting unit so as to be connected with the lamp cap part of the portable light source and screwed; a light guide beam insertion rod of the ear and nose pharyngoscope is inserted into the second end of the connection unit; the second end of the connecting unit is provided with a fastening knob by utilizing a metal screw, and after the light guide beam inserting rod of the ear and nasopharynx laryngoscope is inserted into the connecting device, the tightness degree is adjusted by rotating the knob, so that the connection between the laryngoscope body and the light source is tight.
