Abstract
The invention discloses an oil-break protection device and method for a lubrication system of heavy-duty mechanical equipment, and belongs to the field of mining mechanical equipment. The device comprises an oil pump, wherein the oil pump is connected with a pressure controller through an oil pipe, and the pressure controller is connected with a first bearing and a second bearing of heavy-duty mechanical equipment through a first flowmeter and a second flowmeter respectively through the oil pipe; the pressure controller, the first flowmeter and the second flowmeter are respectively and electrically connected with the PLC controller through wires, and the PLC controller is respectively and electrically connected with the programmable display, the audible and visual alarm and the relay through wires. The device uses the flow of the rotameter as the basis of whether the lubricating oil supply is normal or not, and alarms and performs protection action when the oil quantity is abnormal through the PLC control program, so that the occurrence of bearing bush accidents caused by oil interruption of the bearing of heavy-duty mechanical equipment is avoided, the automation level of a control system of the device is improved on the basis of effectively guaranteeing the operation safety performance of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment, and the production operation cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of mining machinery equipment, and particularly relates to an oil-break protection device of a lubricating system of heavy-duty machinery equipment and a method for protecting oil-break by using the same.
Background
Lubricating oil is an important cooling lubricating medium for large heavy-duty mechanical equipment and is critical to the safe operation of the equipment. Taking a ball mill as an example of a main mineral separation device: the lubricating positions of the front bearing and the rear bearing of the ball mill can not be provided with an oil storage tank, and only lubricating oil supplied by an oil pump can be used for circulating lubrication. The lubrication station system is the "heart" of the apparatus, and the magnitude of the lubricant flow directly reflects the operating conditions of the oil station. In general, a lubrication station is composed of 1 high-pressure oil supply system, 1 low-pressure oil supply system, and 1 low-pressure circulation cooling system. The working principle is that the motor drives the oil pump to convey the oil in the oil tank to the bearing through the pipeline system, and then the oil flows back to the oil tank through the oil return pipeline and the filter, thereby achieving the purposes of lubrication and cooling. When the ball mill lubricating system is designed, an oil pump in a lubricating station and a circuit system for controlling operation are electrically interlocked through a pressure transmitter, namely, when the pressure of the pressure transmitter is lower than a set pressure, the ball mill stops operating, but in the actual working process, the following phenomena often occur: when the oil pump works normally, the oil quantity in the bearing bush is reduced or the oil is not contained due to the blockage of the oil supply pipeline or the misoperation of the control valve, but the displayed oil pressure is not reduced but is increased; or the condition that one bearing lacks oil and the other bearing has overlarge flow rate occurs, but the oil pressure is normal from the display of the pressure gauge, and the lubrication system operates normally. Therefore, the loss of important data in the monitoring process of the lubrication system can cause the burning loss accident of the ball mill bearing bush, thereby causing shutdown and abnormal fluctuation of the product quality of the whole production system.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provide the oil-break protection device for the lubricating system of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment, which is safe, reliable, simple, effective and capable of realizing automatic control.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for fuel cut protection using the above system.
The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme: the oil-break protection device of the lubrication system of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment comprises an oil pump, wherein the oil pump is connected with a pressure controller through an oil pipe, and the pressure controller is connected with a first bearing and a second bearing of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment through a first flowmeter and a second flowmeter respectively through the oil pipe; the pressure controller, the first flowmeter and the second flowmeter are respectively and electrically connected with the PLC controller through wires, and the PLC controller is respectively and electrically connected with the programmable display, the audible and visual alarm and the relay through wires.
The first flowmeter and the second flowmeter are both rotameters, and the rotameter is simple in structure and low in pressure loss, and is convenient for accurately measuring the oil flow rate flowing through the oil pipe in the vertical trend from bottom to top.
The oil pump comprises a first oil pump and a second oil pump, the first oil pump and the second oil pump are respectively connected with the pressure controller through oil pipes, and the first oil pump and the second oil pump are standby and pressure compensated.
The method for protecting the oil break of the lubrication system of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment by utilizing the system comprises the following steps: according to the operation parameter requirements of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment and the oil circulation condition of the lubricating oil station, respectively setting warning values and lower limit values of the lubricating oil flows of the first bearing and the second bearing of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment through a programmable display, and programming a lubricating oil flow control program of a PLC (programmable logic controller): on the basis that the oil pressure of the oil pump meets the operation condition, when the flow rate of the lubricating oil is lower than a warning value, the PLC outputs an oil quantity warning alarm signal, and the audible and visual alarm intermittently gives an alarm; if the flow is lower than the lower limit value, the PLC outputs a lubricating oil cut-off alarm signal through the control valve, and sends a stopping instruction to the relay, the audible and visual alarm sounds to alarm for a long time, and the relay controls the engine to enable the heavy-duty mechanical equipment to execute stopping operation.
The oil-break protection device disclosed by the invention takes the flow of the rotor flowmeter as the final basis of whether the lubricating oil supply is normal or not in the operation process of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment, alarms and performs protection actions when the oil quantity is abnormal in the operation process of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment through a PLC control program, and ensures that a lubricating system of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment is safe, stable and reliable, so that the occurrence of bearing bush burning accidents caused by oil-break of a bearing of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment is avoided, the automation level of a control system of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment is improved on the basis of effectively ensuring the operation safety performance of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment, and the production operation cost is reduced. The lubricating system oil-break protection device is suitable for controlling the oil-break protection of the lubricating oil of the large-scale heavy-duty mechanical equipment with fixed value requirements on related parameters such as pressure or flow of a conveying medium.

The oil-break protection device and the protection method for the lubrication system of the heavy-duty mechanical equipment are further described in detail below by taking a ball mill as an example and referring to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the oil-break protection device of the ball mill lubrication system comprises a first oil pump 1 and a second oil pump 2 which are standby and pressure compensated, wherein the first oil pump 1 and the second oil pump 2 are respectively connected with a pressure controller 3 through an oil pipe 8, and the pressure controller 3 is respectively connected with a first bearing 11 and a second bearing 12 of the ball mill through the oil pipe 8 via a first flowmeter 4 and a second flowmeter 5; the pressure controller 3, the first flowmeter 4 and the second flowmeter 5 are respectively and electrically connected with the PLC controller 6 through wires 10, and the PLC controller 6 is respectively and electrically connected with the programmable display 7, the audible and visual alarm 8 and the relay 13 through wires 10; the first flowmeter 4 and the second flowmeter 5 are both rotameters.
When the intelligent ball mill is used, according to the running parameter requirements of the ball mill and the oil circulation condition of the lubricating oil station, the warning value of the lubricating oil flow of the left bearing and the right bearing of the ball mill is set to 3500 mL/h through a programmable display 7, and the lower limit value is set to 2800 mL/h; the first oil pump 1 or the second oil pump 2 operates normally, the oil pressure is detected by the pressure controller 3, if P is smaller than 0.1MP, the PLC controller 6 sends out a stopping instruction after receiving the signal, and the ball mill stops operating; if P is more than or equal to 0.1MP, the ball mill normally operates. When the flow value of the first flowmeter 4 or the second flowmeter 5 is higher than or equal to the warning value, the ball mill normally operates; when the flow value of the first flowmeter 4 or the second flowmeter 5 is lower than the warning value, the PLC controller 6 outputs an oil quantity warning alarm signal, the audible and visual alarm 8 intermittently alarms, and the programmable display 7 flashes to display warning information: "left (right) bearing lubricating oil flow is low, please adjust-! "; when the flow value of the first flowmeter 4 or the second flowmeter 5 is lower than the lower limit value, the PLC 6 outputs a lubricating oil cut-off alarm signal and sends a stopping instruction to the relay 13, the audible and visual alarm 8 sounds to alarm, the relay 13 controls the engine to enable the ball mill to execute stopping operation, and the programmable display 7 flashes to display alarm information: "left (right) bearing lubricating oil flow is below lower limit, stopped-! ".
