本发明公开了一种砂浆铺设装置,包括漏斗、轮子、动力连接端和翻板，漏斗上口与下口均呈矩形，且上口尺寸大于下口尺寸，动力连接端是固定在漏斗一侧面两端的上部，翻板是转动安装在下口处，且翻板与外界伺服电机传动连接，车轮是转动安装在漏斗两端，本发明结构简单，成本低，能够均匀的将砂浆铺设在地面上，也还可以控制翻板的角度，从而控制砂浆下降的流速。

本发明属于建筑施工设备的技术领域，特别涉及一种砂浆铺设装置。
背景技术
混凝土浇筑施工中通常采用分层分块施工方法。对于施工分层产生的水平缝一般采用在下一层混凝土浇筑前铺设砂浆的方式进行处理。传统方式均为运输设备将砂浆直接倒入浇筑面后采用人工进行摊铺的方式进行，效率低且摊铺厚度和均匀性往往达不到设计要求，影响施工质量，给工程带来相关损失。
在水利工程中，需要控制砂浆摊铺厚度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种砂浆铺设装置,结构非常简单，降低成本，使用方便。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种砂浆铺设装置,包括漏斗、轮子、动力连接端和翻板，漏斗上口与下口均呈矩形，且上口尺寸大于下口尺寸，动力连接端是固定在漏斗一侧面两端的上部，翻板是转动安装在下口处，且翻板与外界伺服电机传动连接，车轮是转动安装在漏斗两端。
本发明的有益效果是：
结构简单，成本低，能够均匀的将砂浆铺设在地面上，也还可以控制翻板的角度，从而控制砂浆下降的流速。
