本发明公开了一种环保水性硅丙涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:硅丙乳液110‑130、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1‑2、羟基硬脂酸2‑4、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1‑2、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.8‑1、马来酸酐14‑20、过硫酸铵0.3‑0.4、聚磷酸铵2‑5、硬脂酸钡1‑3、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2‑3、纳米二氧化硅10‑15,本发明得到聚磷酸铵改性的聚合物可以有效的改善聚磷酸铵在聚合物间的分散相容性,从而提高成品涂料的力学稳定性。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种环保水性硅丙涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
内墙涂料是建筑装饰材料的重要组成部分,大都由乳液、去离子水、颜料以及其他助剂制成,但是大多数内墙涂料还是存在涂层不坚固、附着力不强、涂层易脱落、耐洗刷性、耐酸碱性、耐污性不强、有害物大大超过国家限量标准等方面的不足,因此,生产一种高性能且无毒无害的内墙建筑涂料实为人们所期盼。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种环保水性硅丙涂料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保水性硅丙涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液110-130、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1-2、羟基硬脂酸2-4、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1-2、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.8-1、马来酸酐14-20、过硫酸铵0.3-0.4、聚磷酸铵2-5、硬脂酸钡1-3、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2-3、纳米二氧化硅10-15。
一种环保水性硅丙涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取聚磷酸铵、马来酸酐混合,加入到混合料重量10-15倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,升高温度为55-60℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得改性单体溶液;
(3)取硬脂酸钡,加入到上述改性单体溶液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为60-70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料冷却,得聚合物乳液;
(4)取羟基硬脂酸、纳米二氧化硅混合,在75-80℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,加入到混合料重量10-13倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得纳米分散液;
(5)取上述聚合物乳液、纳米分散液混合,超声20-30分钟,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,搅拌均匀,得纳米聚合物溶液;
(6)取上述纳米聚合物溶液,与剩余各原料混合,1000-1300转/分搅拌1-2小时,即得所述环保水性硅丙涂料。
本发明的优点:
本发明采用聚磷酸铵处理马来酸酐,分散到脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯水溶液中,然后以此为单体,在引发剂作用下聚合,得到聚磷酸铵改性的聚合物,其可以有效的改善聚磷酸铵在聚合物间的分散相容性,从而提高成品涂料的力学稳定性。本发明的涂料特别适合作为内墙涂料,安全环保性好,无毒无污染,使用寿命长,不易变色。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保水性硅丙涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液110、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1、羟基硬脂酸2、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.8、马来酸酐14、过硫酸铵0.3、聚磷酸铵2、硬脂酸钡1、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2、纳米二氧化硅10。
一种环保水性硅丙涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取聚磷酸铵、马来酸酐混合,加入到混合料重量10倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,升高温度为55℃,保温搅拌20分钟,得改性单体溶液;
(3)取硬脂酸钡,加入到上述改性单体溶液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为60℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌3小时,出料冷却,得聚合物乳液;
(4)取羟基硬脂酸、纳米二氧化硅混合,在75℃下保温搅拌20分钟,加入到混合料重量10倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得纳米分散液;
(5)取上述聚合物乳液、纳米分散液混合,超声20分钟,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,搅拌均匀,得纳米聚合物溶液;
(6)取上述纳米聚合物溶液,与剩余各原料混合,1000转/分搅拌1小时,即得所述环保水性硅丙涂料。
实施例2
一种环保水性硅丙涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液130、十二烷基葡萄糖苷2、羟基硬脂酸4、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯2、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺1、马来酸酐20、过硫酸铵0.4、聚磷酸铵5、硬脂酸钡3、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇3、纳米二氧化硅15。
一种环保水性硅丙涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取聚磷酸铵、马来酸酐混合,加入到混合料重量15倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,升高温度为60℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得改性单体溶液;
(3)取硬脂酸钡,加入到上述改性单体溶液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌4小时,出料冷却,得聚合物乳液;
(4)取羟基硬脂酸、纳米二氧化硅混合,在80℃下保温搅拌30分钟,加入到混合料重量13倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得纳米分散液;
(5)取上述聚合物乳液、纳米分散液混合,超声30分钟,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,搅拌均匀,得纳米聚合物溶液;
(6)取上述纳米聚合物溶液,与剩余各原料混合,1300转/分搅拌2小时,即得所述环保水性硅丙涂料。

1.一种环保水性硅丙涂料,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
硅丙乳液110-130、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1-2、羟基硬脂酸2-4、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯1-2、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.8-1、马来酸酐14-20、过硫酸铵0.3-0.4、聚磷酸铵2-5、硬脂酸钡1-3、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇2-3、纳米二氧化硅10-15。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的环保水性硅丙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取聚磷酸铵、马来酸酐混合,加入到混合料重量10-15倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,升高温度为55-60℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得改性单体溶液;
(3)取硬脂酸钡,加入到上述改性单体溶液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为60-70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料冷却,得聚合物乳液;
(4)取羟基硬脂酸、纳米二氧化硅混合,在75-80℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,加入到混合料重量10-13倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得纳米分散液;
(5)取上述聚合物乳液、纳米分散液混合,超声20-30分钟,加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇,搅拌均匀,得纳米聚合物溶液;
(6)取上述纳米聚合物溶液,与剩余各原料混合,1000-1300转/分搅拌1-2小时,即得所述环保水性硅丙涂料。
