The third is: as shown in fig. 16, a corrugated hose 80 is arranged on the lower plate surface of the lifting plate 30, the corrugated hose 80 is a corrugated plastic pipe, the upper end of the corrugated hose 80 is fixed to the lower plate surface of the lifting plate 30, an inflation corrugated pipe 81 is vertically arranged in the center of the corrugated hose 80, the upper end of the inflation corrugated pipe 81 is connected to the lower plate surface of the lifting plate 30, the inflation corrugated pipe 81 is communicated with an air source, and a control unit controls inflation or deflation in the inflation corrugated pipe 81; the corrugated hose 80 is a flexible hose, and when the corrugated hose 81 is inflated, the corrugated hose 80 is rapidly extended, so that the lifting plate 30 can be lifted upwards, and the lifting plate is lifted to the opening of the garbage can body 10 together with the circular film tube B, when the lifting plate is lifted to the opening, a trigger can be arranged below the clamping ring 40, a limiting block is arranged at the upper end of the track 15, the clamping ring 40 is prevented from sliding out of the track 15, the trigger is ensured to be started, the control unit controls the inflatable corrugated tube 81 to be rapidly deflated, and then the control unit controls the hot sealing mechanism and the cutting mechanism to act, so that the circular film tube B is hot sealed and cut off.
In order to adapt to different types of thin-film round tubes B, the first bristles 31 are fixed on a ring 32, and the ring 32 is sleeved on the plate edge of the lifting plate 30.
After foretell film pipe B is located feed roll 21 of feed mechanism and runs out, set up new feed roll 21 at the lower extreme of garbage bin body 10, and before the operation, film pipe B's mouth of pipe needs artifical the cover to establish the periphery at lift plate 30, in actual design, can set up opening 16 at the outer wall of garbage bin body 10, conveniently penetrate in foretell garbage bin body 10 by hand, promote the convenient degree of actual operation, then start control switch, make this garbage bin action, in order to realize automatic bagging operation.
The edge of the clamping plate 34 is close to the inner annular surface of the jacking ring 33 so as to clamp the nozzle of the thin film round tube B.
The following describes the automatic bagging process of the whole trash can with reference to fig. 2 to 8:
firstly, the circular film tube B is sleeved on the feeding roller 21 and is in a threaded tubular shape, so that the storage amount of the circular film tube B can be increased, the feeding roller 21 is arranged at the lower end of the garbage can body 10, the upper end of the circular film tube B is drawn out into the lantern ring 90, so that the tube opening of the circular film tube B is positioned between the lifting plate 30 and the clamping plate 34, the coil 341 is electrified, so that the clamping plate 34 is close to the lifting plate 30 to clamp the tube opening at the upper end of the film, the control unit controls the inflation tube 80 to inflate the circular film tube B, so that the circular film tube B is lifted to the tube opening at the upper end of the garbage can body 10, after the circular film tube B is lifted to the highest end, the coil 341 is powered off, the clamping plate 34 is far away from the lifting plate 30, the first bristles 31 are stretched and reset, so that the tube opening of the circular film tube B is overturned at, the cutting mechanism and the hot sealing mechanism act to cut and hot seal the circular film tube B to form a complete garbage bag, after the garbage in the garbage bag is filled, the garbage bag filled with the garbage is drawn out, the control unit of the garbage can is started, so that the sleeving of a new garbage bag is realized, and the cutting and hot sealing operations of the new garbage bag are circularly repeated until the circular film tube raw material on the feeding roller 21 is used up.
The following briefly describes an automatic bagging method of the garbage can, which comprises the following steps:
A. sleeving a circular film tube on the feeding roller 21, sleeving the upper tube end of the circular film tube to be lifted on the outer edge of the lifting plate 30, and enabling the upper tube end of the circular film tube to be positioned between the clamping plate 34 and the lifting plate 30;
B. energizing coil 341 so that clamp plate 34 is brought into proximity with lift plate 30 and effects clamping of the upper tube end of the circular tube;
C. starting the lifting mechanism, so that the lifting plate 30 is lifted to the highest position of the garbage can body 10, and the first bristles 31 of the lifting plate 30 are positioned above the opening of the garbage can body 10;
D. coil 341 is de-energized so that clamp plate 34 is spaced away from lift plate 30;
E. the lifting mechanism is reset, so that the lifting plate 30 is reset to the lowest end of the garbage can body 10, and the lifting plate 30 and the clamping plate 34 are arranged in the up-and-down direction of the ring surface of the ring 90;
F. the driving roller 60 is started, so that the electric heating strip 50 and the electric heating wire 70 approach to the center of the garbage can body 10, and the electric heating strip 50 and the electric heating wire 70 are gathered to form a straight line, thereby realizing the hot sealing and cutting of the circular thin-film tube;
G. the driving roller 60 is reversely rotated so that the electric heating strips 50 and the heating wires 70 are restored into the first and second annular grooves 11 and 91 to form a relief for the up-and-down movement of the lifting plate 30.
H. The upper nozzle of the cut circular film tube falls between the clamping plate 34 and the lifting plate 30, the coil 341 is energized, so that the clamping plate 34 and the lifting plate 30 are close to clamp the upper tube end of the circular film tube, and the steps B to G are repeated until all the circular film tubes on the feeding roller 21 are used up.
