Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,包括基层,所述基层的底部固定连接有聚酯纤维非织布,所述聚酯纤维非织布的底部固定连接有聚脂薄膜,所述聚脂薄膜的底部固定连接有防潮层,所述防潮层的底部固定连接有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的底部固定连接有耐腐蚀层,所述耐腐蚀层的底部固定连接有防水层,所述防水层的底部固定连接有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的底部固定连接有绝缘层。本发明通过设置基层、聚酯纤维非织布、聚脂薄膜、防潮层、阻燃层、耐腐蚀层、防水层、耐磨层和绝缘层的配合使用,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸不具备耐腐蚀性能的问题,该绝缘复合纸,具备耐腐蚀性能的优点,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,具体为一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸。
背景技术
绝缘纸是电绝缘用纸的总称,用作电缆、线圈等各项电器设备的绝缘材料,通常包括电容器纸、电缆纸、电话纸、浸渍绝缘纸、卷管绝缘纸、粉云母纸等多种,除都具有良好的绝缘性能和机械强度外,还各有其特点,例如,电容器纸薄和竹膜,是用精制硫酸盐水浆制成;粉云母纸的表面带金属闪光,是由云母片经煅烧净化而制成。
绝缘复合纸不仅能改善纸和纸板的外观性能和强度,主要的是提高防水、防潮、耐磨、阻燃性等性能,现有的绝缘复合纸不具备耐腐蚀性能,极易被腐蚀,在使用者使用的过程后带来极大的安全隐患,会造成后期大量的维修工作,给使用者带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,具备耐腐蚀性能的优点,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸不具备耐腐蚀性能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,包括基层,所述基层的底部固定连接有聚酯纤维非织布,所述聚酯纤维非织布的底部固定连接有聚脂薄膜,所述聚脂薄膜的底部固定连接有防潮层,所述防潮层的底部固定连接有阻燃层,所述阻燃层的底部固定连接有耐腐蚀层,所述耐腐蚀层的底部固定连接有防水层,所述防水层的底部固定连接有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的底部固定连接有绝缘层。
优选的,所述基层的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,所述聚酯纤维非织布的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,所述基层的底部与聚酯纤维非织布的连接处通过粘合剂连接。
优选的,所述聚脂薄膜的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,所述聚酯纤维非织布的底部与聚脂薄膜的连接处通过粘合剂连接。
优选的,所述防潮层采用高分子量化合物和丙烯酸酯等材料制成,所述阻燃层采用聚磷酸铵材料制成。
优选的,所述耐腐蚀层采用环氧树脂层材料制成,所述防水层采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置基层、聚酯纤维非织布、聚脂薄膜、防潮层、阻燃层、耐腐蚀层、防水层、耐磨层和绝缘层的配合使用,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸不具备耐腐蚀性能的问题,该绝缘复合纸,具备耐腐蚀性能的优点,值得推广。
2、本发明通过设置绝缘层,可以使复合纸具备绝缘性能,通过设置耐磨层,可以增加该复合纸的使用寿命,通过设置防水层,可以有效的保护基层,通过设置耐腐蚀层,防止绝缘复合纸被腐蚀,增加使用寿命,通过设置阻燃层,防止绝缘复合纸板燃烧,通过设置防潮层,防止绝缘复合纸受潮。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,包括基层1,基层1的底部固定连接有聚酯纤维非织布2,基层1的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,聚酯纤维非织布2的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,基层1的底部与聚酯纤维非织布2的连接处通过粘合剂连接,聚酯纤维非织布2采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,聚酯纤维非织布2的底部固定连接有聚脂薄膜3,聚脂薄膜3的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,聚酯纤维非织布2的底部与聚脂薄膜3的连接处通过粘合剂连接,聚脂薄膜3采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成,聚脂薄膜3的底部固定连接有防潮层4,防潮层4的底部固定连接有阻燃层5,防潮层4采用高分子量化合物和丙烯酸酯等材料制成,阻燃层5采用聚磷酸铵材料制成,阻燃层5的底部固定连接有耐腐蚀层6,耐腐蚀层6的底部固定连接有防水层7,防水层7采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成,防水层7的底部固定连接有耐磨层8,耐磨层8的底部固定连接有绝缘层9,耐腐蚀层6采用环氧树脂层材料制成,防水层7采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成,绝缘层9采用聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯和交联聚乙烯材料制成,通过设置绝缘层9,可以使复合纸具备绝缘性能,通过设置耐磨层8,可以增加该复合纸的使用寿命,通过设置防水层7,可以有效的保护基层1,通过设置耐腐蚀层6,防止绝缘复合纸被腐蚀,增加使用寿命,通过设置阻燃层5,防止绝缘复合纸板燃烧,通过设置防潮层4,防止绝缘复合纸受潮,通过设置基层1、聚酯纤维非织布2、聚脂薄膜3、防潮层4、阻燃层5、耐腐蚀层6、防水层7、耐磨层8和绝缘层9的配合使用,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸不具备耐腐蚀性能的问题,该绝缘复合纸,具备耐腐蚀性能的优点,值得推广。
使用时,绝缘层9对复合纸进行绝缘保护,耐磨层8对复合纸的表面进行保护,防水层7可以避免复合纸进水,耐腐蚀层6缓解复合纸腐蚀的速度,阻燃层5防止复合纸燃烧,防潮层4防复合纸受潮。
综上所述:该耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,通过设置基层1、聚酯纤维非织布2、聚脂薄膜3、防潮层4、阻燃层5、耐腐蚀层6、防水层7、耐磨层8和绝缘层9的配合使用,解决了现有的绝缘复合纸不具备耐腐蚀性能的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,包括基层(1),其特征在于:所述基层(1)的底部固定连接有聚酯纤维非织布(2),所述聚酯纤维非织布(2)的底部固定连接有聚脂薄膜(3),所述聚脂薄膜(3)的底部固定连接有防潮层(4),所述防潮层(4)的底部固定连接有阻燃层(5),所述阻燃层(5)的底部固定连接有耐腐蚀层(6),所述耐腐蚀层(6)的底部固定连接有防水层(7),所述防水层(7)的底部固定连接有耐磨层(8),所述耐磨层(8)的底部固定连接有绝缘层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,其特征在于:所述基层(1)的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,所述聚酯纤维非织布(2)的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,所述基层(1)的底部与聚酯纤维非织布(2)的连接处通过粘合剂连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,其特征在于:所述聚脂薄膜(3)的厚度为0.01-0.03mm,所述聚酯纤维非织布(2)的底部与聚脂薄膜(3)的连接处通过粘合剂连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,其特征在于:所述防潮层(4)采用高分子量化合物和丙烯酸酯等材料制成,所述阻燃层(5)采用聚磷酸铵材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的绝缘复合纸,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀层(6)采用环氧树脂层材料制成,所述防水层(7)采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成。
