The bonded product is shown in fig. 7, the plastic cover plate is one or more selected from planar or pre-bent PC, PMMA and PET materials, the plastic cover plate is an optical grade material for the organic cover plate, and the plastic cover plate can be preformed according to the required shape.

the preparation method of the curved glass comprises the following steps:
obtaining a curved surface clamp, and fixing the glass sheet in the curved surface clamp to keep the glass sheet in the curved surface shape;
first tempering: carrying out primary toughening treatment on the glass sheet fixed on the curved surface fixture, and cooling to prepare the semi-toughened glass with the toughening depth of 1/10-1/1.5 of the preset toughening depth of the glass sheet;
and (3) tempering for the second time: performing secondary toughening treatment on the semi-toughened glass sheet fixed on the curved surface fixture, and cooling to prepare toughened glass with the toughening depth being preset toughening depth of the glass sheet;
the time of the first toughening treatment is 1-3 h;
the time of the second toughening treatment is 2-5h
The preparation method of the curved surface composite cover plate comprises the following steps:
adsorbing the plastic cover plate on a first platform, and adsorbing the curved glass on a second platform;
bonding the plastic cover plate and the curved glass on the first platform and the second platform by adopting optical glue to obtain a bonded product;
and placing the attached product in the curved surface fixture for curing and forming to obtain the curved surface composite cover plate.
2. The curved composite decking of claim 1, wherein the first tempering treatment is for a period of 1 hour.
3. The curved composite decking of claim 1, wherein the second tempering treatment is for a period of 2 hours.
4. The curved composite cover plate as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the temperature of the first toughening treatment is 380-520 ℃, and the molten salt is potassium nitrate melt; and/or
The temperature of the secondary toughening treatment is 380-520 ℃, and the molten salt is potassium nitrate molten liquid.
5. The curved composite decking of any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the curved fixture is made of iron or steel.
6. The curved composite cover plate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the glass sheet has a thickness of 0.05 to 1.0 mm.
7. The curved composite decking of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the material of the plastics decking is selected from one or more of PC, PMMA and PET.
8. The curved composite cover plate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the thickness of the plastic cover plate is 0.02 to 2.0 mm.
9. The curved composite decking of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the optical glue is selected from one or more of OCR, OCA and LOCA.
10. A method of making the curved composite decking defined in any one of claims 1 to 9 including the steps of:
adsorbing the plastic cover plate on a first platform, and adsorbing the curved glass on a second platform;
bonding the plastic cover plate and the curved glass on the first platform and the second platform by adopting optical glue to obtain a bonded product;
and placing the attached product in the curved surface fixture for curing and forming to obtain the curved surface composite cover plate.
