一种消声器密封垫片,包括密封垫片本体,其特征在于:所述密封垫片本体由上石墨片层(1)、下石墨片层(2)以及夹置于上石墨片层(1)与下石墨片层(2)之间的不锈钢片层(3),所述不锈钢片层(3)的表面与底面上分别为凹凸面,所述上石墨片层(1)、中间的不锈钢片层(3)以及下石墨片层(2)通过挤压而相互固定在一起。其优点在于:上石墨片层与下石墨片层之间采用不锈钢片,不锈钢片不易生锈,延长本垫片的使用寿命,不锈钢片层的表面有凹凸面,凹凸面在挤压时能嵌入石墨层中,使不锈钢片层与上石墨片层、下石墨片层紧密连接在一起,不易分离,抗弯抗拉,而且隔音效果好,能将本垫片应用在消音器上作为密封垫片使用,应用广泛,使用效果好。

本发明涉及一种消声器制作技术领域,尤其指一种消声器密封垫片及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有一种申请号为CN201620962957.9名称为《一种石墨复合密封垫片》的中国实用新型专利公开了一种石墨复合密封垫片,包括有柔性石墨垫,其特征在于:柔性石墨垫设置有两层,且两层柔性石墨垫之间设置有金属网板,该金属网板具有多个毛刺,毛刺均向两侧的所述柔性石墨垫延伸,该实用新型的优点在于通过在两层的柔性石墨垫内增设金属网板显著提高辅助石墨垫片的抗冲刷强度,该石墨复合密封垫片的纵剖面呈现为以金属网板为中心层,以柔性石墨垫片为最外层的三明治结构,由此增强两层柔性石墨垫片之间的结合力,同时增加整个石墨复合密封垫片的机械强度,使密封垫片整体的使用寿命延长数十倍,有效提高密封连接件的防泄漏能力,可广泛应用于各种压力管道、设备的密封连接件中。但其缺点是,金属网板易生锈影响垫片的使用寿命,石墨垫与金属网板之间的连接不紧密,声波易通过,故无法应用于消声器中,应用范围小,所以其结构还有待于改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种消声器密封垫片,本垫片具有不易生锈,使用寿命长,隔音效果好,应用范围广的优点。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本消声器密封垫片,包括密封垫片本体,其特征在于:所述密封垫片本体由上石墨片层、下石墨片层以及夹置于上石墨片层与下石墨片层之间的不锈钢片层,所述不锈钢片层的表面与底面上分别为凹凸面,所述上石墨片层、中间的不锈钢片层以及下石墨片层通过挤压而相互固定在一起。
作为改进,所述不锈钢片层的表面与底面的凹凸面上可优选分别分布有通孔,所述上石墨片层与下石墨片层覆盖于不锈钢片层的表面与底面上经挤压形成上下互不通气的密封片材料片。

三、将冲刺面板在汽油或煤油中浸泡清洗,然后将浸泡清洗后的冲刺面板在高压空气中吹气将从冲压模在冲压时附着在冲刺面板上的铁屑吹净,并在浸泡清洗和吹气过程中冲刺面板不允许接触到铁质物件;或者,将冲刺面板在汽油或煤油中浸泡清洗中边浸泡边用高压空气中吹气将从冲压模在冲压时附着在冲刺面板上的铁屑吹净;并在浸泡清洗和吹气过程中冲刺面板不允许接触到铁质物件;
四、将清洗和吹气干净后的冲刺面板夹置于备用的上层石墨片和下层石墨片之间,然后将上层石墨片、冲刺面板和下层石墨片输送至挤压面上涂有腊层的挤压机进行挤压,经挤压后的挤压板即制成所述消声器密封垫片成品材料。
作为改进,所述挤压机包括上碾压轮和下碾压轮,所述腊层分别涂于上碾压轮和下碾压轮上外周面上。
作为改进,所述挤压机包括上挤压模和下挤压模,所述腊层分别涂于上挤压模的底面和下挤压模的顶面上。
进一步改进,所述上层石墨片、冲刺面板和下层石墨片在挤压机上挤压时,所述上碾压轮和下碾压轮的温度相同,且上碾压轮和下碾压轮温度分别可优选控制在175~250℃之间。
进一步改进,所述上层石墨片、冲刺面板和下层石墨片可优选在挤压机上分二次挤压,先将上层石墨片、冲刺面板和下层石墨片输送至上下碾压轮温度为175~185℃的第一挤压机上进行挤压,挤压成复合片层,然后将第一次挤压后的复合片层输送至上下碾压轮温度为235~245℃的第二挤压机上进行挤压,从第二次第二挤压机中挤压出的挤压片即为所述消声器密封垫片成品材料,上述第一挤压机挤压的上下碾压轮温度相同,上述第二挤压机挤压的上下碾压轮温度亦相同。
作为改进,所述上层石墨片和下层石墨片可优选分别为脱硫后的无硫石墨片层,所述不锈钢片为铬金属片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于,本制作方法具有步骤少,操作简单,制作效率高,次品率低,制成的垫片的中间层采用不锈钢片,不锈钢片不易生锈,延长垫片的使用寿命,不锈钢片层的表面有凹凸面,凹凸面在挤压时能嵌入石墨层中,使不锈钢片层与上石墨片层、下石墨片层紧密连接在一起,不易分离,抗弯抗拉,而且石墨能吸收声波,隔音效果好,能将本垫片应用在消音器上作为密封垫片使用,应用广泛,使用效果好。且本发明的制作方法过程中,严防加工件与铁质相接触,从而杜绝了铁屑混入到石墨层、不锈钢片层中而生锈,这中个非常重要的环节,并且,上层石墨片和下层石墨片选择为脱硫后的无硫石墨片,从而彻底消除了密封垫片易生锈的难题。

1.一种消声器密封垫片,包括密封垫片本体,其特征在于:所述密封垫片本体由上石墨片层(1)、下石墨片层(2)以及夹置于上石墨片层(1)与下石墨片层(2)之间的不锈钢片层(3),所述不锈钢片层(3)的表面与底面上分别为凹凸面,所述上石墨片层(1)、中间的不锈钢片层(3)以及下石墨片层(2)通过挤压而相互固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消声器密封垫片,其特征在于:所述不锈钢片层(3)的表面与底面的凹凸面上分别分布有通孔(31),所述上石墨片层(1)与下石墨片层(2)覆盖于不锈钢片层(3)的表面与底面上经挤压形成上下互不通气的密封片材料片。
