Abstract

The inner wall of the handle head 2 is coaxially provided with a groove 19 ring 21; the outer wall of the ratchet wheel 3 is provided with a raised ring 22 which engages with and is in clearance fit with the ring 21 of the recess 19. By the cooperation of the ring 21 of the groove 19 and the raised ring 22, the ratchet wheel 3 and the pawl mechanism can be effectively connected together, and the ratchet wheel 3 cannot fall off from the handle head 2. The straight triangle teeth 4 can be arranged on the raised ring and also can be arranged on one side of the raised ring; the purpose of the raised ring 22 and the recessed ring 19 ring 21 is to prevent axial misalignment of the ratchet wheel 3 and the handle head 2 from affecting use.
The fixture assembly further comprises a worm adjusting rod 23 matched with the worm wheel 6 for adjusting the rotation of the worm wheel, a worm adjusting barrel 24 sleeved outside the worm adjusting rod 23 and a worm fixing rod 25 for connecting the worm adjusting rod 23 with the ratchet wheel 3. The worm 7 can be rotated through the worm adjusting rod 23, so that the worm 7 is driven to rotate, and then the positive and negative tooth screw rod 9 rotates, so that the V-shaped clamping head is driven to clamp or loosen, and the adjustment is more convenient and quick. Compared with the prior art, the ratchet wheel 3 cable stripper provided by the embodiment of the invention utilizes the unidirectional intermittent motion characteristic of the ratchet wheel 3 pawl mechanism to drive the cutter head 15 assembly and the clamp assembly to rotate around the cable, so that the cable is stripped, the handle does not need to rotate around the cable, and only one side of the cable is required to swing back and forth within a certain angle range, so that labor is saved and the efficiency is high. The front and back tooth screw rods 9 and the V-shaped clamping heads of the clamp assembly are utilized to clamp the cable, so that the cable is clamped and fastened, and the clamping force and the clamping range of the cable are adjustable.
When the electric cable is used, firstly, the electric cable is clamped into the ratchet wheel 3 at the opening, the worm gear adjusting rod 23 is rotated to drive the worm wheel 6 to rotate, the worm wheel 6 drives the worm 7 to rotate, the bevel gears 8 at two ends of the worm 7 drive the positive and negative tooth screw rods 9 to rotate, and the screw rod sliding blocks 10 on the positive and negative tooth screw rods 9 move along with the positive and negative tooth screw rods; because the screw rod sliding blocks 10 are matched with different directional wires of the positive and negative screw rods 9, the two screw rod sliding blocks 10 on the same positive and negative screw rods 9 move in opposite directions, namely the two clamping wheels 13 move in opposite directions, and the cable is clamped under the clamping action of the four clamping wheels 13. When the cable is untwisted, the worm adjusting rod is reversely rotated, the screw rod sliding block 10 reversely moves, the clamping wheel 13 reversely moves, and the cable is untwisted. Because one end of the connecting rod 12 is hinged with the ratchet wheel 3 through the shaft pin 14, and the other end is a free end, the middle part is matched with the positive and negative screw rod 9 through the limiting pin 11, so that the clamping wheel 13 can move parallel to the axial direction of the positive and negative screw rod 9 when the positive and negative screw rod 9 rotates. The depth of the cutter head 15 is adjusted by the cutter adjusting rod 16, so that the peeling depth of the cable is adjusted.
When the cable is clamped, the handle 1 is moved downwards, the handle head 2 rotates around the cable by a certain angle, the pawl part 5 presses down the end face of the straight triangular tooth 4, which points to the axis of the ratchet wheel 3, so that the ratchet wheel 3 also rotates by a certain angle, and the cutter head 15 rotates by a certain angle along with the ratchet wheel 3; when the handle is moved upwards, namely the handle 1 is moved backwards, the pawl part 5 presses down the bevel edge of the straight triangular tooth 4, the lower end is provided with the groove 19, so that the straight triangular tooth 4 is extruded into the groove 19, the handle head 2 can smoothly rotate reversely around the cable for a certain angle until the pawl part 5 leaves the position of the straight triangular tooth 4, the ratchet wheel 3 does not rotate in the process, and the straight triangular tooth 4 is ejected under the action of the spring 20; when the handle 1 is continuously moved downwards, the ratchet wheel 3 can also rotate a certain angle, and when the handle is moved upwards again, the ratchet wheel 3 does not rotate, and the handle 1 returns to form unidirectional intermittent movement. Therefore, the cable can be cut and peeled without rotating the handle around the cable by repeating the above operation.
