Abstract
The invention discloses a compact transformer, which comprises a magnetic core, a coil, a first fixing piece and a second fixing piece, wherein the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are used for longitudinally fixing the magnetic core and the coil from two sides respectively, the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are used for transversely fixing and pressing the magnetic core and the coil through a connecting piece, the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece respectively comprise main fixing pieces for surrounding partial magnetic core and coil, and the main fixing pieces are mutually connected through auxiliary fixing pieces to form surrounding of the side surfaces of the magnetic core and the coil. The transformer has the advantages that the transformer is integrally packaged in a mode of surrounding the magnetic core and the coil, the main fixing piece and the auxiliary fixing piece are used for surrounding the front side and the rear side, and the connecting pieces are used for surrounding and connecting the periphery of the magnetic core and the coil, so that the surrounding of the periphery is realized.

Preferably, the main fixing pieces are L-shaped and are half-wrapped on one side surface of the magnetic core and one side surface of the coil, the two end parts of the main fixing pieces are connecting ends, the two main fixing pieces are arranged in a centrosymmetric mode, the connecting ends are opposite, and the auxiliary fixing pieces are fixedly connected to the opposite connecting ends.
Preferably, the opposite connecting ends are provided with opposite first screw holes along a direction parallel to the plane of the main fixing piece, and the auxiliary fixing piece is a first bolt fixedly connected in the opposite first screw holes.

(4) the two ends of the connecting piece are longer than the plane of the main fixing piece and are fixedly connected with the main fixing piece through screw holes, and the end parts longer than the main fixing piece can abut against the inner wall of the transformer box body to fix the transformer and the box body into a whole, so that the stability is improved;
(5) one end of the connecting piece is a hook-shaped end, the other end of the connecting piece is a bolt, and the assembling speed can be high only by performing threaded connection operation on one end of the connecting piece.

The main fixing members 31 are L-shaped and are half-wrapped on one side surface of the magnetic core 1 and the coil 2, the two end parts of the main fixing members are connecting ends, the two main fixing members 31 are arranged in a central symmetry mode, the connecting ends are opposite, and the auxiliary fixing members 32 are fixedly connected to the opposite connecting ends.
The opposite connection ends are provided with opposite first screw holes along a direction parallel to the plane of the main fixing member 31, and the auxiliary fixing member 32 is a first bolt fixedly connected in the opposite first screw holes.
