The telescopic magnetic chuck as claimed in claim 2, wherein the elastic quick release means is an elastic buckle, the detachable positioning means has a first outer diameter, the elastic buckle has a second outer diameter, the second outer diameter of the elastic buckle is larger than the first outer diameter of the detachable positioning means, so that the elastic buckle can be fastened to the inner edge of the sleeve, and the elastic buckle has an elastic deformation position, which allows the detachable positioning means to freely extend through the sleeve.
4. The retractable magnetic attraction seat as claimed in claim 3, wherein the magnetic attraction device has a support portion opposite to the connection end, and the spring is not fully compressed when the support portion abuts against the connection end.

The telescopic magnetic attraction seat as claimed in claim 4, wherein the magnetic attraction device includes a magnet disposed at one end of the first shaft member for providing magnetism, the second end of the magnetic attraction device is disposed at an end of the first shaft member opposite to the magnet, the connecting end of the second shaft member is slidably disposed at the second end of the first shaft member, the elastic quick release device is disposed at an end of the second shaft member away from the connecting end, the first shaft member has a first position-limiting portion, the second shaft member has a second position-limiting portion, and when the spring returns the magnetic attraction device to the original position, the first position-limiting portion and the second position-limiting portion can prevent the spring from separating the magnetic attraction device from the detachable positioning device.
6. The retractable magnetic attraction seat as claimed in claim 5, wherein the abutting edge has a third outer diameter, and the third outer diameter of the abutting edge is larger than the first outer diameter of the detachable positioning device.

The retractable magnetic attraction seat as claimed in claim 6, wherein the second shaft member further comprises a third position-limiting portion at the outer periphery thereof, and a fourth position-limiting portion at the inner periphery thereof, the third position-limiting portion and the fourth position-limiting portion forming a stop for preventing the slide from separating from the second shaft member in the direction of the elastic quick release device.

The telescopic magnetic attraction seat as claimed in claim 6, wherein the magnetic attraction device further comprises a seat for accommodating the magnet and fixed to the first shaft, the spring is disposed between the seat and the detachable positioning device, and the support portion is located at the end of the seat opposite to the connecting end.

The telescopic magnetic chuck as claimed in claim 3, wherein the elastic latch is a C-shaped buckle disposed on the detachable positioning device, the cross-section of the C-shaped buckle is circular, the end point of the second outer diameter is located at the outermost edge of the C-shaped buckle, and the end point of the first outer diameter is located at the position of the detachable positioning device adjacent to the elastic latch.

The retractable magnetic attraction seat as claimed in claim 3, wherein the resilient latch is an inverted latch integrally formed on the removable positioning device, the end point of the second outer diameter is located at the outermost edge of the inverted latch, and the end point of the first outer diameter is located at the location of the removable positioning device adjacent to the resilient latch.

The socket of claim 3, wherein the resilient latch comprises a ball and an elastomer, the ball and the elastomer are embedded in the removable detent, the end of the second outer diameter is located at an outermost edge of the ball, and the end of the first outer diameter is located at a position of the removable detent adjacent to the resilient latch.
