Interchangeable joint wrenches have been widely used in everyday life and industrial environments where magnetic joints can magnetically replace hand holding a fastener to, for example, a ratchet wrench, making the use of ratchet wrenches more flexible.
However, as disclosed in taiwan patent No. TWI224538, the conventional magnetic joint is only used as an extension rod of a ratchet wrench after being installed, and the ratchet wrench still needs to be used for small-amplitude reciprocating pulling during initial locking or rear-end loosening, so that the fastening member cannot be continuously rotated, the operation is inconvenient and time-consuming, and the convenience needs to be improved.
Therefore, there is a need for a new and improved magnetized joint and a ratchet wrench including the same to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a magnetic coupling and a ratchet wrench including the same, which can quickly rotate a fastening member during initial locking or loosening at a rear end, and which has magnetism to prevent the fastening member from falling off, is easy to install, and can be flexibly applied to various tool attachments.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the magnetic joint 1 of the present invention includes a rotating handle 10 and a telescopic rod 20.
The telescopic rod 20 comprises an assembling part 21 extending axially from the rotating handle 10, a rod body 22 telescopically connected with the assembling part 21, and an elastic part 23 arranged between the assembling part 21 and the rod body 22, wherein the assembling part 21 is driven by the rotating handle 10 to rotate and is provided with a sleeve joint 24, the sleeve joint 24 is sleeved with a sleeve hole 42 of a ratchet head 41 in a non-relatively free rotating manner, and the sleeve hole 42 is a through hole; when the engaging member 24 is engaged with the engaging hole 42 without rotating freely, the rotating handle 10 is located at an outer side of the ratchet head 41 for manual rotation. Thus, the rotating handle 10 can be used as the other force applying end when using the wrench, so that the wrench can rotate for many turns quickly and saves time.
The coupling portion 21 is further provided with an engaging head 25 detachably coupled with the twist grip 10. The rotating handle 10 is provided with a tooth engaging hole 26, and the engaging head 25 is provided with a plurality of engaging teeth 251 in the circumferential direction, the plurality of engaging teeth 251 being engaged in the tooth engaging hole 26. The rotating handle 10 can be easily assembled and disassembled through the engaging holes 26 and the plurality of engaging teeth 251, and is convenient to maintain and replace according to requirements. The telescopic rod 20 further includes a sleeve 27 connected to an end of the shaft 22 and a magnetic member 28 received in the sleeve 27. The assembly portion 21 is provided with a sliding hole 211, a throat 212 is formed at one end of the sliding hole 211, a support edge 223 is protruded radially at one end of the shaft 22, the shaft 22 is slidably disposed in the sliding hole 211, and the support edge 223 can be supported against the throat 212. In the embodiment where the sliding hole 211 is open to the handle 10, the elastic member 23 and the abutting edge 223 disposed in the sliding hole 211 can ensure that the fastening member 50 is kept in a proper position during each use, so that the sleeve can drive the fastening member 50 and the fastening member 50 can be easily separated from the sleeve after being locked. The sleeve 27 has a plug hole 271 and a ring groove 272 formed around the wall of the plug hole 271, the end of the shaft 22 is inserted into the plug hole 271 and has a ring groove 221, and a C-fastener 222 is fastened to the ring groove 272 and the ring groove 221. The material of the C-button 222 is a material with good elasticity, such as elastic metal or rubber, and the elastic force of the C-button 222 can ensure the relative position between the sleeve 27 and the shaft 22 and facilitate the detachment of the sleeve 27 during maintenance.
Referring to fig. 7, another embodiment of the tool holder 30a is a connecting rod, which can extend the working distance of the magnetic joint 1.
The present invention further provides a ratchet wrench 4, comprising the magnetic joint 1 as described above, a wrench body 40 and a ratchet head 41. The ratchet head 41 is pivotally disposed on the wrench body 40 and has a hole 42 that is sleeved on the sleeve joint 24 and is not capable of rotating relatively freely, and the hole 42 is a through hole. Through the wrench body 40, the magnetic joint 1 and the tool connecting member 30 sleeved in the sleeving hole 42, the fastening member 50 can be further locked by the ratchet wrench 4 directly after the fastening member 50 is initially and rapidly rotated by the rotating handle 10, and no tool needs to be replaced in the locking process, so that the functions of simplifying the process and shortening the working hours are achieved.
In summary, the present invention utilizes the cooperation of the magnetic joint and the ratchet wrench to quickly rotate the fastening member during initial locking or back-end loosening, thereby saving time, and the magnetic force can prevent the fastening member from falling off, and in addition, various tool connecting members can be flexibly applied according to the working environment and requirements.

1. A magnetized joint, comprising:
a rotating handle;
a telescopic rod piece, which comprises an assembly part extending from the axial direction of the rotating handle, a rod body telescopically connected with the assembly part and an elastic piece arranged between the assembly part and the rod body, wherein the assembly part is driven to rotate by the rotating handle and is provided with a sleeve joint, the sleeve joint is sleeved with a sleeve hole of a ratchet head in a non-relative free rotation manner, the sleeve hole is a perforation, the elastic piece enables the rod body to have the trend of moving away from the rotating handle, the telescopic rod piece further comprises a sleeve piece connected with one end of the rod body, and a magnetic piece is accommodated in the sleeve piece;
when the sleeve joint and the sleeve hole are sleeved together in a non-relatively free rotating manner, the rotating handle is positioned at one outer side of the ratchet head and can be manually rotated;
when the tail end of the rod body is subjected to an external force towards the elastic piece to overcome the elasticity of the elastic piece, the rod body freely slides towards the elastic piece;
the sleeve joint is smaller than the sleeve hole, the sleeve joint is inserted into the assembly hole of a group of joints of a tool joint in a non-free rotating manner, and the assembly hole and the sleeve hole of the ratchet head are sleeved in a non-free rotating manner.
2. A magnetized joint as set forth in claim 1, wherein the coupling portion is further provided with a coupling engaging portion detachably coupled to the rotation handle.
