The C # program module acquires data of a recorder: the C # program module is used for establishing a data table 2 named by a 'timestamp' connection '2' character string in a connected MYSQL database; and the C # program module reads the process data collected by the recorder through the OPC communication server and automatically inserts the process data, the date and the time collected by the recorder read through the OPC communication server into the data table 2 according to the frequency of every 10S.
The data comparison analysis method comprises the following steps: the C # program module simultaneously reads two groups of data of the controller and the recorder, which are acquired by an OPC communication server; the same variable in the two groups of data is differenced with the two groups of numerical values; judging whether the absolute value of the difference is larger than a set range (generally 0.7 ℃); and when the difference value is larger than the set range, performing color distinguishing on the corresponding data in the two groups of data tables, and outputting an alarm.
Furthermore, the communication interruption between the host upper system and the lower controller is judged or the switching value is manually input to the controller, and the lower controller sets an abnormal mark; the C # program module reads the controller to send the abnormal mark; according to the requirement of the authority, a user logs in the software system; and an operator controls the lower controller through the C # program module to realize the control of the field execution device.
