and a second step of: food samples are placed on the turntable 5, the food samples are crushed and scattered on the upper surface of the turntable 5 right below the detection probe 6, the detection probe 6 starts to detect the food samples, and after the detection is finished, the indexer 11 controls the transverse frame 3 to rotate 90 degrees and then to fall above the turntable 5 to stop;
and a third step of: the air cylinder 111 pushes the air cylinder rod 2 to drive the transverse frame 3 to descend, and the cleaning brush 32 and the sweeping brush 4111 are contacted with the top surface of the turntable 5;
fourth step: the motor 31 controls the rotating shaft 311 to rotate, and the lantern ring 4 moves to drive the sweeping brush 4111 to move to the circle center of the turntable 5 to stop;
fifth step: the motor 12 starts the rotary table 5 to rotate, the sweeping brush 4111 and the cleaning brush 32 accumulate scattered samples on the rotary table 5 in a strip shape, and the motor 31 starts the sweeping brush 4111 to move from the circle center to the direction of the collecting cylinder 14 again, so that the samples are swept into the collecting cylinder 14.
To sum up: according to the food detection device and the use method thereof, the air cylinder 111 pushes the air cylinder rod 2 to drive the transverse frame 3 to ascend, the indexer 11 controls the transverse frame 3 to rotate for 90 degrees and then separate from the upper part of the turntable 5, food samples are placed on the turntable 5, the detection probe 6 starts to detect the food samples, after detection, the indexer 11 controls the transverse frame 3 to rotate for 90 degrees and then drops above the turntable 5 to stop, the air cylinder 111 pushes the air cylinder rod 2 to drive the transverse frame 3 to descend, the cleaning brush 32 and the sweeping brush 4111 are in contact with the top surface of the turntable 5, the motor 31 controls the rotating shaft 311 to rotate, the lantern ring 4 moves to drive the sweeping brush 4111 to stop moving to the circle center of the turntable 5, the motor 12 starts the turntable 5 to rotate, the sweeping brush 4111 and the cleaning brush 32 accumulate the scattered samples on the turntable 5 in a strip shape, the motor 31 starts the sweeping brush 4111 to move from the circle center to the direction of the collecting cylinder 14, the samples are swept into the collecting cylinder 14 to be uniformly collected, and the samples are quickly collected, and the problem that the samples are difficult to clean on the detection table is avoided.
