(6) And (3) starting the conveying device, conveying the silt with different particle sizes into the weighing device, and calculating to obtain the grading of the solid particles in the slurry.
(7) After the measurement is finished, the residues can be conveyed to the outside of the machine, and finally enter the clear water washing machine from the feed inlet.

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment discloses a multifunctional slurry physicochemical property detection device, which comprises a main frame 1 and an operation machine 13 arranged on the main frame, wherein a wallboard is arranged on the main frame to seal the main frame; the main frame is internally provided with a first treatment bin 3, a second treatment bin 4 and a third treatment bin 5, the first treatment bin is respectively communicated with the second treatment bin and the third treatment bin, the main frame is internally provided with a conveying device 9 matched with the second treatment bin, and a weighing device 10 is arranged below the conveying device.
Specifically, a feed inlet 2 is arranged on the first treatment bin, the second treatment bin is positioned below the first treatment bin, and a first material door 7 is arranged between the second treatment bin and the first treatment bin; the first treatment bin and the third treatment bin are fixed in volume, the first treatment bin and the third treatment bin are communicated through a feeding pipe 12, and a slurry pump is arranged at the feeding pipe and used for pumping and conveying slurry in the first treatment bin and the third treatment bin, so that the slurry in the first treatment bin and the slurry in the third treatment bin can be conveyed in a two-way manner; and weighing sensors are arranged below the first treatment bin and the third treatment bin, and probes of the weighing sensors are positioned on the inner bottom surfaces of the first treatment bin and the third treatment bin and used for weighing the weight of mud in the first treatment bin and the third treatment bin. Heating devices 6 are arranged outside the first treatment bin and the third treatment bin; the main frame is provided with a crushing device 14, a crushing head of the crushing device is positioned in a second treatment bin, a second material door 8 is arranged below the second treatment bin, and a conveying device is positioned below the second material door.
The operating machine is a common control cabinet and generally comprises a control host machine, and is externally connected with a plurality of control buttons and knobs. The operating machine is respectively and electrically connected with the weighing sensor, the weighing device, the heating device, the crushing device and the conveying device and respectively controls the working states of the operating machine.
In order to facilitate feeding, a conveying auger is arranged in the feeding port, and conveying of slurry among a plurality of treatment bins can be promoted by the conveying auger.
The first treatment bin, the second treatment bin and the third treatment bin are square box bodies, and a sealed space is formed after the first treatment bin, the second treatment bin and the third treatment bin are communicated.
The conveying device comprises a conveying motor, a main roller, an auxiliary roller and a conveying belt, wherein the main roller is linked with a rotating shaft of the motor, the conveying belt is wound on the main roller and the auxiliary roller, the conveying belt is a mesh belt, and in the embodiment, the mesh belt is a metal mesh belt. In order to detect the pressure value in the first processing bin and the third processing bin so as to control feeding and discharging and calculate corresponding parameters of materials, the first processing bin and the third processing bin are internally provided with pressure sensors, probes of the pressure sensors are positioned in the first processing bin and the third processing bin, internal pressure is detected in real time, the pressure sensors are connected to an operating machine, and the detected values are fed back in real time. In order to facilitate data checking, a display screen is arranged at the operating machine, and the display screen displays the data in real time.
For conveniently cleaning the first treatment bin, the second treatment bin and the third treatment bin, water is irrigated from the feed inlet during cleaning, a drain pipe 11 is arranged at the lower part of the second treatment bin, water enters the second treatment bin after being sequentially cleaned in the first treatment bin and the third treatment bin, and finally is discharged from the drain pipe.
The present invention can be well implemented according to the above-described embodiments. It should be noted that, based on the above design principle, even if some insubstantial changes or color modification are made on the basis of the structure disclosed in the present invention, the adopted technical solution is still substantially the same as the present invention, so that the technical solution is also within the protection scope of the present invention.
