The operation is convenient and quick, the operation is clear at a glance, and the manual installation cost is greatly saved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the two boom fixing blocks 13 are connected by a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism includes a lock pin 171 matched with the two boom fixing blocks 13, and the lock pin 171 is inserted into a locking slot formed by the boom slots 131 of the two boom fixing blocks 13; the lock pin 171 is provided with a lock tongue connecting hole 172, and the lock pin 171 is provided with an upper key connecting hole 173 and a lower key connecting hole 174 which are vertically crossed with the lock tongue connecting hole 172; a key 176 is connected in the upper key connection hole 173 through a return spring 175; the lower part of the key 176 is connected with a lock tongue 178 through a fixing screw 177; the set screw 177 passes down key connecting hole 174 and is connected with key 176, and spring bolt 178 is located spring bolt connecting hole 172, and when the spring bolt 178 is rotated to the spring bolt 178 that the key 176 drove, makes spring bolt 178 and spring bolt connecting hole 172 lateral direction parallel, the boom fixed block 13 of two relative settings separates mutually and forms the state of unblanking, and when the spring bolt 178 is rotated to the spring bolt 176 drove, makes spring bolt 178 and spring bolt connecting hole 172 lateral direction mutually perpendicular, the boom locked groove 132 on two relative settings's boom fixed block 13 cooperatees with spring bolt 178 and forms the locking state.
In the embodiment, the whole lamp is designed to be in a fan-shaped or square structure, the front cover is designed to be narrow in frame, seamless splicing can be achieved, meanwhile, the design of the suspension arm assembly is designed, and flexible splicing of a plurality of machines is achieved through high-precision matching; different combinations can be arranged according to different requirements of stage effects, such as different stage effect combinations of annular shape, wave shape and the like formed by combining square shape (shown in figure 13), rectangle shape, trapezoid shape and arc shape, and various combinations can meet various scene requirements of different clients; the running horse lamp can be realized, a single area, and a plurality of areas can realize the lighting and stroboscopic, lighting, extinguishing, color switching or light intensity adjustment of different areas simultaneously, can satisfy various demands of customers and set, and is easy to operate and convenient.

Claims (9)
1. A multifunctional strobe light, characterized in that: the LED lamp panel comprises a radiator assembly (1), wherein a driving power supply assembly (2) is connected to the radiator assembly (1), and an LED lamp panel (4) is connected to the driving power supply assembly (2) through a lamp panel insulating heat conducting pad (3); the LED lamp panel (4) is electrically connected with the driving power supply assembly (2); the LED lamp panel (4) is connected with a plurality of lamp cups (6) through an LED lamp panel cover plate (5); a front cover (7) is connected to the radiator assembly (1), and the front cover (7) covers the driving power supply assembly (2), the LED lamp panel (4) and the lamp cup (6) in the radiator assembly; the bottom of the radiator assembly (1) is connected with a rear cover assembly (8);
the heat sink assembly (1) comprises a heat sink (11); the bottom of the radiator (11) is connected with a suspension arm fixing block (13);
the suspension arm fixing block (13) is connected with a suspension arm mechanism, and the suspension arm mechanism comprises a suspension arm plug pin (141) matched with a suspension arm slot (131) on the suspension arm fixing block (13); a suspension arm locking groove (132) perpendicular to the suspension arm inserting groove (131) is formed in the suspension arm fixing block (13); a boom lock hole (133) is formed in the boom fixing block (13), and the boom lock hole (133) is communicated with the boom lock groove (132); an adjusting through hole (142) is formed in the suspension arm bolt (141), a bolt hole (143) which is perpendicular to the adjusting through hole (142) is formed in the suspension arm bolt (141), when the suspension arm bolt (141) is inserted into the suspension arm slot (131), the center line of the bolt hole (143) is overlapped with the center line of the suspension arm lock hole (133), and a fixing pin (146) is connected between the suspension arm lock hole (133) and the bolt hole (143); the suspension arm bolt (141) is provided with a plunger hole (144) which is vertically crossed with the bolt hole (143); a plunger (145) is arranged in the plunger hole (144); the plunger (145) is clamped with a limit groove (1461) on one side of a fixing pin (146) in the bolt hole (143); an adjusting screw (147) for adjusting the movement of the fixing pin (146) is connected to the adjusting through hole (142); the outer side of the suspension arm bolt (141) is provided with a mounting hole (149) for connecting the suspension arm assembly;
the two boom fixing blocks (13) are connected through a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism comprises locking pins (171) matched with the two boom fixing blocks (13), and the locking pins (171) are inserted into locking grooves formed by opposite arrangement of boom slots (131) of the two boom fixing blocks (13).
2. The multi-function strobe light of claim 1, wherein: the rear cover assembly (8) is connected with a handle (9) and a lifting lug (10).
3. A multi-function strobe light as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the bottom of the radiator (11) is connected with a rear cover connecting block (12) and a rear cover fixing column (14) which are used for connecting the rear cover assembly (8); the bottom of the radiator (11) is connected with a rear cover wire-passing oil seal (16) through a wire-passing oil seal pressing plate (15).

A multi-function strobe light as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the driving power supply assembly (2) comprises a main lamp control circuit board (21) electrically connected with the LED lamp panel (4); the main lamp control circuit board (21) is connected to the radiator (11) through the insulating board (25); the main lamp control circuit board (21) is connected with a power supply (22); the main lamp control circuit board (21) is connected with a circuit board cooling fan (24) through a fixed plastic (23).

The multi-purpose strobe light of claim 4, wherein: the rear cover assembly (8) comprises a rear cover (81), and a main cooling fan (82) is connected in the rear cover (81); the rear cover (81) is connected with a wire inlet seat (83) and a wire outlet seat (84); the wire inlet seat (83) and the wire outlet seat (84) are respectively connected with a wire inlet waterproof cover (85) and a wire outlet waterproof cover (86); a main control circuit board (87) is connected in the rear cover (81), and the main control circuit board (87) is electrically connected with the main lamp control circuit board (21); a main control cover plate (89) is connected in the rear cover (81) through waterproof rubber (88), and the main control cover plate (89) covers the main control circuit board (87) in the rear cover; a battery (810) electrically connected with the main control circuit board (87) is arranged on the main control cover plate (89); a positioning column (811) matched with the radiator (11) is arranged on the main control cover plate (89); and a yielding groove (812) for avoiding the suspension arm fixing block (13) is formed in the rear cover (81).

The multi-function strobe light of claim 1, wherein: the boom assembly includes a boom plate (151); two ends of the suspension arm plate (151) are respectively connected with a side connecting plate (152) connected with the mounting hole (149); a fixing hole (153) is formed in the suspension arm plate (151); and the side connecting plate (152) is provided with an adjusting relief hole (154).

The multi-function strobe light of claim 1, wherein: the boom assembly comprises a lifting bracket (161); the hoisting bracket (161) is U-shaped, and the two inner sides of the hoisting bracket are respectively connected with an inner fixing plate (162) connected with the mounting hole (149); the hoisting support (161) is connected with the inner fixing plate (162) through a swinging shaft (165), and the hoisting support (161) can swing relative to the inner fixing plate (162) by taking the swinging shaft (165) as a fulcrum; two side edges of the hoisting support (161) are respectively provided with an adjusting through groove (163); the adjusting through groove (163) is arc-shaped, an adjusting handle (164) is arranged in the adjusting through groove in a penetrating mode, the inner end of the adjusting handle (164) is connected with the inner fixing plate (162) and used for relatively fixing the inner fixing plate (162) and the hoisting support (161).

The multi-purpose strobe light of claim 7, wherein: connecting shafts (166) are respectively arranged on two sides of the hoisting support (161), and a supporting frame (167) is connected between the two connecting shafts (166); the supporting frame (167) is rotatable relative to the hoisting bracket (161) by taking the connecting shaft (166) as a fulcrum; clamping blocks (168) are respectively arranged on two sides of the hoisting support (161), and the clamping blocks (168) are matched with clamping grooves (169) at the end parts of the support frames (167); the supporting frame (167) rotates by taking the connecting shaft (166) as a fulcrum, so that the supporting frame (167) and the hoisting support (161) are attached to form an integrated hanging frame or the supporting frame (167) and the hoisting support (161) are separated to form a landing support.

The multi-function strobe light of claim 1, wherein: a lock tongue connecting hole (172) is formed in the lock pin (171), and an upper key connecting hole (173) and a lower key connecting hole (174) which are vertically crossed with the lock tongue connecting hole (172) are formed in the lock pin (171); a key (176) is connected in the upper key connecting hole (173) through a reset spring (175); the lower part of the key (176) is connected with a lock tongue (178) through a fixing screw (177); the lock is characterized in that the fixing screw (177) penetrates through the lower key connecting hole (174) to be connected with the key (176), the lock tongue (178) is located in the lock tongue connecting hole (172), when the key (176) drives the lock tongue (178) to rotate, and when the lock tongue (178) is parallel to the transverse direction of the lock tongue connecting hole (172), the two opposite suspension arm fixing blocks (13) are separated to form an unlocking state, when the key (176) drives the lock tongue (178) to rotate, and when the lock tongue (178) is perpendicular to the transverse direction of the lock tongue connecting hole (172), the suspension arm locking grooves (132) on the two opposite suspension arm fixing blocks (13) are matched with the lock tongue (178) to form a locking state.
