Abstract

本发明涉及一种叶片泵,包括定子、所述定子具有容纳槽,在所述容纳槽的上、下两侧对应具有底盘及盖板,从而使所述容纳槽形成容纳空间,所述容纳槽内设置有转子,在所述转子中径向形成的多个叶片槽及可以在所述叶片槽中往复滑动的多个叶片,其中,所述叶片的下端面与所述底盘接触,所述叶片的上端面与所述盖板接触,所述上端面和/或下端面具有倒角。由于倒角的设置,可以使叶片泵的叶片与盖板及底盘间有较优的润滑。

技术领域
本申请有关一种叶片泵及其叶片,尤其指使具有较好的润滑效果的叶片泵及其叶片。
背景技术
叶片泵是在工业领域使用范围极广的一种泵。一般地,叶片泵包括一具有一空置空间的定子,在该空置空间内设置有与该定子偏心的转子。在转子内具有沿转子径向延伸的多个叶片槽,在所述叶片槽内设置有叶片。叶片可以在叶片槽内沿叶片槽径向往复运动。定子及转子的上下两侧,设置有盖板及底盘,将上述的空置空间密封。叶片的上端面与所述盖板接触并形成密封,而叶片的下端面与所述底盘接触而形成密封。通过叶片在叶片槽内的往复运动,可以将叶片顶端与空置空间内密封的流体加压。
上述的方式能够完成叶片泵基本的加压功能,然而,叶片在叶片槽内的往复运动,并且随着转子进行旋转运动,使得叶片与盖板及底盘之间无法形成有效的润滑油膜,从而叶片上下端面与盖板及底盘之间无法有效润滑,从而容易磨损损坏。
需要提供一种新型叶片泵,解决叶片上下端面与盖板及底盘之间无法有效润滑的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种叶片与盖板及底盘之间可以有效润滑的叶片泵及其叶片。
本发明提供一种叶片泵,包括定子、所述定子具有容纳槽,在所述容纳槽的上、下两侧对应具有底盘及盖板,从而使所述容纳槽形成容纳空间,所述容纳槽内设置有转子,在所述转子中径向形成的多个叶片槽及可以在所述叶片槽中往复滑动的多个叶片,其中,所述叶片的下端面与所述底盘接触,所述叶片的上端面与所述盖板接触,所述上端面和/或下端面具有倒角。
本发明还提供一种用于叶片泵中的叶片,其中,所述叶片的上端面和/或下端面形成楔形或弧形的倒角。
本发明的叶片上的倒角可以容油部分流体于其中,且在叶片随着转子旋转时,会给叶片与盖板及底盘间提供较好的润滑。

图5是如图3所示的的本发明的叶片的一个实施例的平面图中的部分放大,用以显示倒角的角度表示方式。
图6是本发明叶片与盖板、底盘的位置关系图,用以显示叶片与盖板、底盘间的位置关系及运动关系。
具体实施方式
在不同的附图中,相同或相似的部件用相同的附图标记表示。
应当理解,附图仅用于对本发明进行说明,其中部件的尺寸、比例关系以及部件的数目均不作为对本发明的限制。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的叶片泵100包括定子1,该定子1具有容纳槽11,所述容纳槽11为圆柱形,在定子1的上侧设置有盖板5,而在定子1的下侧设置有底盘4。上述盖板5、定子1及底盘4可以进行结合固定,从而使容纳槽11被部分封闭。在容纳槽11内设置有与该定子1偏心设置的转子2。该转子2内径向形成多个叶片槽21,在每一个叶片槽21内均设置有一个叶片22。该叶片22可以在叶片槽21内往复运动。
请配合参阅图2所示,叶片22具有上端面221,下端面222,顶端面223及底端面224。所述上端面221与盖板5接触,所述下端面与底盘4接触,所述顶端面223在叶片22滑动至叶片槽21最外端时与容纳槽11的内侧面111接触,在底端面224上设置有弹性件23,在本实施例中该弹性件25为设置于叶片22与转子2之间的弹簧。在叶片22滑动至叶片槽21最外端时,弹性件23产生使叶片22向叶片槽21内侧滑动的力。在叶片22的上端面221及下端面22上均具有倒角225。
请参阅图3所示,该倒角225在图3所示的实施例中为楔形,且该倒角225的角度限定为图5中所示。倒角225的角度使用上端面221或下端面222的平面与楔形的倾斜面之间的夹角表示,在本实施例中,该角度为3—6.5度。
在图4所示的实施例中,所述倒角225为弧形,其弧形的角度使用上上端面221或下端面222的平面与弧形面之间的夹角来表示。在本实施例中,该角度的3—6.5度。
在图2、图3及图4所示中,前述倒角225均设置于上、下端面221、222的两侧,本专业的技术人员可以得知,该倒角225可以仅设置于上端面221的两侧,或者下端面222的两侧,或仅设置于上、下端面221的一侧或其变形均可。
请同时配合参阅图5所示,前述倒角225并不延伸至叶片22的中心,仅延伸至上、下端面的部分区域。
请参阅图6所示,在本发明的叶片22设置于所述叶片槽21时,叶片22需要随着转子2在定子1内作旋转运动。当叶片22向叶片槽21的外侧运动,由于倒角225的作用,会在叶片22与转子2的内壁之间形成容油部分,该容油部分能够收容流体于其中。尤其是,而由于转子2的旋转运动,设置于叶片22在转子运动方向的前端面与上端面221和/或下端面222相交处的倒角225,其容油部分收容的流体会容易在叶片22的上端面221与盖板5之间,及下端面222与底盘4之间形成润滑膜。
综上所述,本发明的叶片泵及其可以使叶片与盖板、底盘之间的润滑效果改善。

Claims (10)

1.一种叶片泵(100),包括定子(1)、所述定子(1)具有容纳槽(11),在所述容纳槽(11)的上、下两侧对应具有底盘(4)及盖板(5),从而使所述容纳槽(11)形成容纳空间,所述容纳槽(11)内设置有转子(2),在所述转子(2)中径向形成的多个叶片槽(21)及可以在所述叶片槽(21)中往复滑动的多个叶片(22),其特征在于,所述叶片(22)的下端面(222)与所述底盘(4)接触,所述叶片(22)的上端面(221)与所述盖板(5)接触,所述上端面(221)和/或下端面(222)具有倒角(225)。
2.如权利要求1所述的叶片泵(100),其特征在于,所述容纳槽(11)与所述转子(2)偏心设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的叶片泵(100),其特征在于,所述叶片(22)在滑动至最外侧时其顶端面(223)与所述中容容纳槽(11)的内侧面(111)接触。
4.如权利要求1所述的叶片泵(100),其特征在于,所述倒角(225)至少设置于所述叶片(22)前端面与上端面(221)和/或上端面(22)相交处。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的叶片泵(100),其特征在于,所述倒角(225)为楔形。
6.如权利要求5所述的叶片泵(100),其特征在于,所述倒角(225)的角度为3—6.5度。
7.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的叶片泵(100),其特征在于,所述倒角(225)为弧形。
8.如权利要求7所述的叶片泵(100),其特征在于,所述倒角(225)的角度为3—6.5度。
9.一种用于叶片泵(100)中的叶片(22),其特征在于,所述叶片(22)的上端面(221)和/或下端面(221)形成楔形或弧形的倒角。
10.如权利要求9所述的叶片(22),其特征在于,所述倒角的角度为3—6.5度。
